This was so worth it to us. This was a great spacious place to hang out between flights. The staff was very friendly and they would constantly clean and refresh the food stations. The drink menu and buffet that comes with the day pass was more than enough. They did have a menu for drinks and food at an additional price. The mimosas were amazing and the snacks hit the spot. There was plenty of seating and electrical outlets. Everyone we met inside was happy to be there too. We would love to be back

This location is the first to open (5a) in the airport. There's usually a line right when they open but I prefer this one as it also connects to the flagship lounge. Very big space and friendly staff

Had a stop before heading to Green Bay . Saw this admirals club and went in . It is small but good ambiance . High open ceilings . Good views of the airport exit . Lots of cars . Good Service.

I have been to several United Clubs in various airports but I think this is the first Admirals Club I've been to. This was located by gate H6. The club is on the third floor. As far as these clubs go, this one is pretty nice. It was very spacious and there were many open seats in the early morning. The United Club is usually pretty crowded and I remember one occasion where there was no available seating. When we entered there was a distinct odor of bacon throughout the lounge. The buffet area had some bread items, fruit, hard boiled eggs and an egg casserole with hatch Chile. There was some (surprise!) crumbled bacon. After I made an Americano I discovered there was now (surprise!) an entire platter of bacon. I made a beeline for the bacon and I helped myself to a hearty portion let me tell you. Comfy seats, phone charging outlets worked, several business convos taking place all around (what do you expect?) and the staff was nice and diligent about clearing away used items. Nice clean bathroom with DS & Durga hand soap and lotion (primo stuff their perfumes are amazing). I think I was in a mood to be entertained.

Clean lounge to take a break in when you're waiting for your flgiht at O'Hare. The lounge was large with lots of seating area. Some areas were designated as quiet areas which was nice. There were showers and bathrooms inside. They had complimentary food such as cereal, trail mix, hummus, and alcoholic beverages. Staff was friendly enough.

If you're traveling this is the place to be! They have great complimentary food and beverages! There is also good for a fee . Staff walk around and clean. There is comfortable seating with a view available . Restrooms are clean with upscale hand soap and lotion. There is a door ledge at the bottom of the door to open with your foot after you washed your hands! Always leave early enough before your flight to enjoy. You need your boarding pass and a credit card linked to the club! American Airlines. You do not need to use it in the club.

Having been to the clubs in DFW, PHL, and PIT, I believe Chicago has the best one. The space never seems crowded and food is refreshed on a regular basis. Staff here are always great and attentive during your stay. Reymond the bartender was exceptional this morning. There are two bars in the club, helping to spread everyone out in the space. Bathrooms and facilities are always clean and well maintained. There's a quiet room where you can lie down if you have a long layover or get here early. I always enjoy my time here, can't wait to come back!

Very quite nice area to rejuvenate

I never entered one of these clubs before. I used my points (5600) to purchase a day pass. The attendant at the door helped me with checking in on my flight and then directed me to the lounge. They provided two types of soup, cheese cube and hummus selection, fantastic Caribbean chicken, and made to order guacamole. Also provided was three dessert options and delicious coffee, cappuccino or latte options. The bar had a large selection of drinks for purchase. Behind the bar a room is located for resting or lying down. The wait staff came around and cleaned up dishes. I'd pay again for this type of commodity/environment for my next long layover.

While the clubs used to be spacious with decent food and drink offerings and excellent service, the clubs have become much busier with fewer seats available and average food and drink options. It seems that everyone has access to an Admirals Club nowadays and brings their entire families. With that said, this particular lounge is one of the largest locations I have been in, and there are many places within the lounge to relax, do work, grab a snack, or anything else. In fact, for such a large lounge, there were surprisingly open seats here and there where I'm used to smaller lounges without any open seats. There is comfortable seating as well as bar seating and table seating. Also over the last year, I've begun to see the efforts made to improve the Admirals Club membership which includes complimentary hot food throughout the day from soups, Mac and Cheese, sandwiches, meatballs, and breakfast items (not all at once though). There are charcuterie offerings, dessert trays, a salad bar, hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and then house drinks. You can pay more for premium drinks and prepared meals. Access to the lounge is easy to get whether through the Citi Executive World Mastercard with free access for you and up to two guests. You can also pay $175 for up to three authorized users each receiving their own lounge access (with up to two guests). Also, One World alliance flyers with a certain status can access Admirals Clubs. There are also Flagship Lounge and Flagship First Dining locations, which offer much more than just Admirals Clubs. I'm confident that making it easy to get Admirals Club memberships has led to lounges being overcrowded though now that you have to pay for authorized users instead of getting them for free in recent years, that may help. You can also redeem AAdvantage miles for membership or access to the Admirals Club. This specific lounge is also connected to the Flagship Lounge, which is a special elevated American Airlines lounge complete with Flagship Dining options. I look forward to testing this out sooner than later on a future layover at ORD.

The admiral club has a relatively large area, we prefer to sit at the tables on the left side. Food options for lunch on a Saturday with very tender and tasty beef, mushroom risotto. There's also salad, fruit, prosciutto, two types of soups, dessert, coffee, tea, and other drinks. I appreciated the option of oat milk for the coffee area due to having lactose intolerance. There's also two bars in the lounge - we didn't partake in any alcohol. There is relatively fast WiFi in the lounge on- there are signs with the Wi-Fi name and password. The staff quickly takes plates and cleans up tables, and food is frequently replenished.

I was so grateful when the ticket agent told me I could use the Lot lounge-my online research had let me to believe Turkish passengers used the (dreaded) Swissport lounge. This lounge is gorgeous! I was here in the morning, so the sun was shining through beautifully (though they appear to have tined windows so the sun isn't overpowering). The lounge was not busy (seriously, there were maybe 3 other people), though it did start to fill up as it got closer to my flight time. There's plenty of seating options-comfy chairs, tables, etc. I took a seat at the bar along the back which gave me a great view of the runway (my favorite!). The food was fine-nothing outstanding but nothing horrible. They did have a decent variety of hot food and cold food, including some Polish items. They also have a fancy coffee machine, which I used to get a latte. They also have a nice bar, and when I was there a bloody Mary station, which was a nice touch. Service was a little slow-there wasn't someone staffing the bar at all times (possibly because it was early morning?), so sometimes I had to wait a bit to get a drink. Not terrible, but I did notice. They had a special for fall, an apple cider mule that was delicious. Overall, a great lounge to use before a long transatlantic flight. It was gorgeous and the food/drink was good.

I had the Spice Apple & Raisins Hand Pies, that was flaky and good, with nuts that added a nice crunch to it. We didn't order at the bar. The orange juice in a carafe inside a small fridge was fresh and good. We didn't eat a lot, as we don't want to have a big meal before a long haul flight. By the way, this flight has been delayed for 5 hours because of a delayed incoming flight. Thank God that they notified us by email and text the night before. What is not so great with this lounge is: it is shared by many airlines, and was super crowded when we arrived around 6:30 pm. The set up of tables and chairs, couches and cocktail tables are very tight in a relatively small lounge. It was difficult to navigate a passage way to the buffet area or washrooms. The washroom stalls were small and not perfectly clean. With that said. I am still happy that we have a lounge to rest before our flight.

The first impression was nice, calm, and professional in appearance. The seating was nicely laid out, plenty of different areas. There were kids and they were well-mannered. They have a champagne and wine bar here - though not as nice as many other first class lounges, it was a nice offering and the brands were very nice too. They also offered a fun bloody mary bar which was self-service. This was really interesting as they offered so many things one could put in their bloody mary.
