Finally a decent lounge in Chicago O hare if you. If you are flying Etihad or Air India, the lounge is literally between the 2 gates. Food is polish inspired so if you are a vodka fan, they have a nice vodka experience. Wine and cocktail selection is good too. Food is decent and has some vegetarian options. I couldn't understand a lot of the polish dishes but they had nice selection of charcuterie, soup, chicken, dips. Service is very efficient.

If you're catching a midnight flight out of Terminal 5, your lounge options are limited and even more so with United's Polaris lounge being under renovation. So we opted to come to the LOT Lounge (Polish Airlines) which is also under the Star Alliance and the greeting and service were awesome. Thus, we're so glad we came here and thank you Ade for your straight up honest and detailed review. The concierge was very friendly and mentioned that the lounge just recently opened and was very welcoming. There were things to fill up on but I normally don't eat big at lounges or buffets anymore because I'm trying to save some room for the next meal. :) However, I did eat a good amount of pierogis with cabbage and sour cream, that was good. I also had some chicken breast which is an excellent low fat protein option. They also have a bunch of things to munch on like Polish caramel chews, nuts, cereal and stuff like that. The bartender/Mixologist was really friendly and cool. He also made a special drink using a popular Polish Vodka (off the menu my friend) and that was exquisite, as were all the other drinks that we sampled. There aren't too many people this late at night so we had the place practically all to ourselves and the employees were quick to clear our plates, every now and then. Heck, I almost didn't want to leave and jump on that 14 hour and 44 minute flight. :)

It's not a huge lounge but it's really nice. The food buffet has a variety of options to appeal to US customers and European. There was the traditional eggs and bacon but they also had a cold buffet with cold cuts, cheese and veggies.

Amazing service and very tasty food! I'm not an airport lounge connoisseur, but this is much better than any I've been in before. The drinks include some Polish options (the honey liquor!). A wonderful selection of classic cocktails too. The bartenders and wait staff were all very kind. Most of the food is Polish as well, which is to be expected from a Polish airline. Sausages, pierogis, soup, roasted veggies, some of the best hummus I've ever eaten, fruits, cake, and more. Our airline had a partnership with them, but our class of ticket wasn't included for free entry. So we came up and asked if they had day passes, and they did. It's not cheap at $70 per person, but they didn't have time limits (or at least didn't on the day we went). Still, for the food, drink, beautiful interior, and calm/classy atmosphere (severely lacking from some other lounges in terminal 5), it's worth it! I noticed there were a few completely enclosed rooms for work/taking calls as well, so it's a good option for a working layover. Private full stalls in each restroom, darkened private work areas to the left of the bar, and a shower round out the offerings. Very nice overall!

I've been to the Admiral's Lounge at ORD (and many other airports) over a hundred times and…read morerecently when at ORD I was able to visit this Flagship lounge for my first time. The first impression was nice, calm, and professional in appearance. The seating was nicely laid out, plenty of different areas. I absolutely loved the library-esque atmosphere, THIS is what a lounge is supposed to be... not having kids running around, yelling, horseplaying, annoying guests. There were kids and they were well-mannered. They have a champagne and wine bar here - though not as nice as many other first class lounges, it was a nice offering and the brands were very nice too. They also offered a fun bloody mary bar which was self-service. This was really interesting as they offered so many things one could put in their bloody mary. Food here was tasty... the eggs were amazing. They offered an omelete station too. Overall, it was a nice visit.

When you get past the security, you enter a good sized lounge with plenty of food and drinks. Interestingly, every food item is labeled and the labels let you know about any allergens in that item. They also have a stocked bar with various liquors as well as beer and wine. Everything was good. I tried everything I could so the list is long and, frankly, I don't remember everything I ate. All I can tell you is the food was very good. There is plenty of seating, so unless they have a lot of flights going on, you can find a seat. The seating was comfortable and we took a table by the food which we frequented... The wine selection was much better than I expected and I enjoyed some Pinot Noir. This was a great experience - one we don't take advantage of often. So, what I can tell you is it is much, much better than sitting at the gate. :)

Even though I was flying first class domestically, I paid $60 to use the lounge. In case you don't…read moreknow where it is, it's located on the first floor, but you take an escalator to the second floor. It's an expansive lounge with a lot of seating, and frequented by many. There are two locations for food and drinks. Alcoholic beverages are served at the bar only, by staff. Restrooms are located near the center of the lounge. Every time I used the restroom, staff was cleaning. They're serious about clean restrooms, which is a positive. Outside of alcohol, they offer coffee, tea, soda, and water. Hot cocoa mixes are packaged. Espresso drinks and soda are machine made. They have a good selection of food. Today's food was Chipotle, which was tasty. They also offered whole fruit, chocolate chip cookies, donut holes, soup, cheese, grapes, loose banana chips, loose pretzels, and bags of potato chips. Flight information for all the United flights are posted on the board. There aren't any overhead announcements, so you need to keep track of time. Otherwise, you will miss your flight.

The worst lounge I have ever been in rated on facility, environment, food quality and service. I…read morereally wanted to like this place because I need to for travel reasons, including O'hare and United notoriously having delays. However, the food was barely edible, processed from K mart food boxes without description of what it actually is, and poorly presented. The staff are extremely rude - every single time I have gone here. This reflects on the company as a whole. You don't see so many staff this rude each time you go unless something is wrong with the company. The staff members also hide their name cards. I have never been able to see anyone's name anywhere in the lounge. Also the furniture is old, not clean and is in worse condition than the facility outside the airport. I have yet to have an on time flight with United at O'hare so thought this would be perfect. But this place is far from special. Outside in the regular airport is nicer.

There are lots of chargers in and around the seating area. I also appreciated the ambient lighting. As for the lunch spread, there were two soups to choose from, salad fixings, chicken marsala, penne pasta, mini deli sandwiches, charcuterie board of cheeses and meats, and desserts (cookies, brownies, mousse cups). Drinks included a soda machine, lots of different hot tea to choose from, iced tea pitcher, coffee machine and a full serve bar. You can get complimentary drinks at the bar, but we skipped this. Also, the hot dog cart was out, so if you're in the mood for a Chicago hot dog, this is your spot. The bathrooms were very clean, stocked with fancy soap (Grown Alchemist) and tissue boxes. My husband even opted to sign up on the app to take a shower. He said he felt completely relaxed and ready for the trip home after that. If you've got access to this lounge, I highly recommend it. It totally changed my flying experience to a more zen one this weekend.

A Chicago Hot Dog stand hides in the back and is the best feature of this Sky Club. I don't get mine Chicago style though. Stop judging me!
