not organized, very long wait time. Why would you use a Kaiser quality surgery center if you have a PPO?

From the incredible ICU team who cared for him -- just to name a few, Leah, Vivienne, Ish, and Maria -- thank you for treating him like family. They lovingly call him "Papa" and have taken such amazing care of him during this difficult time. From the bottom of my heart , thank you for all that you do. Nurses truly are extraordinary, and your compassion, dedication, and kindness do not go unnoticed. From Patient Superman with love!

Warning worst hospital in OC!!! My dad was brought to this hospital by ambulance because he was…read morestruggling to breathe. He has heart failure, has been intubated before, and arrived with a severe case of pneumonia. He was shaking, gasping for air, and clearly very sick. His insurance usually doesn't approve extended stays at this hospital, but the doctor specifically requested that he remain because it was too dangerous to transfer him. So help me understand this... If he was too unstable to be transferred, why wasn't a room secured for him? Twelve hours later, he was still on a gurney in the ER. No pillow. Freezing cold. No food had even been ordered for him. He's a high-risk patient, yet he was left exposed in a crowded emergency department where he's at even greater risk of picking up another infection. Twenty-eight hours later, he finally got food... but he was still on that same ER gurney. This doesn't feel like patient-centered care. It feels like a business. If you acknowledge that someone is too sick to move, they deserve more than being left in an emergency room hallway for over a day. No family should have to watch their loved one go through this. If you have a choice, think twice before bringing someone you love here. This has been, without question, the worst hospital experience our family has ever had.

Since this was during the covid pandemic, I was allowed to go in only for the initial consultation and for her first infusion. They have a great covid protocol in place, so we never felt nervous about her visits. During the initial consult, Dr. Reese spent a long time with us, explaining in detail about the cancer and about what to expect during the treatments. He drew pictures and wrote key words on some sheets of paper we were able to take home and study. We felt he really cared about her outcome. They have a web portal for communication that allowed us to submit questions and usually had Dr. Reese or a staff member get back to us that same day. They were also great at working through insurance issues with us. We never felt overlooked or ignored, and my wife said all of the front office staff and nurses were kind and helpful. Unlike restaurant reviews where you end it by saying "I can't wait to come back!", well, I'll say we do feel comfortable continuing to see Dr. Reese for follow-ups, and should a similar need arise in the future, UCLA Health And Dr. Reese will likely be the first place we ask for!

It was really fast pace and well thought out. the speackers all knew what they were talking about and were able to answer questions in a technical way and connect all their ideas into one big picture. While everything was amazing I do want to add that with some much information is such a small amount of time it was hard to comprehend a lot of it. but overall this was an amazing lecture that thought me alot about new and incoming innovations in the medical field and makes me curious what the future of medican will look like in the upcoming years.

It was a busy Friday night, yet the staff treated my father with urgency, dignity, and genuine compassion. What could have been a chaotic and impersonal experience instead felt human and attentive. After we arrived, the ER team worked tirelessly -- not just medically, but administratively -- coordinating with insurance, social workers, and case management. When my father became stuck in the ER due to complications with his prior facility refusing readmission, the UCLA team did not give up on him. They continued advocating, communicating, and ultimately helped secure placement in a better facility after nearly a week in limbo. That level of follow-through meant everything to our family. I especially want to recognize Nurse Claire in the ER. Her kindness and humanity were extraordinary. She gave my father blankets, made sure he was comfortable, and even offered me blankets, food, and water during a long and emotional night. She cleaned my father up with such care and dignity. After 10 hours of uncertainty, she brought calm, reassurance, and genuine bedside compassion that I will never forget. I also want to thank Dr. Carson Dangberg for advocating for my father during a very unfortunate situation. His professionalism and willingness to step in made a real difference. In one of the hardest moments for our family, this ER team reminded us that healthcare can still be compassionate and patient-centered. We are deeply grateful.

Good thing I did because wow, this location is great!!!! My mom was definitely in and out less than 15 minutes if not 10!!!!!! It helps that this facility is small. Parking is so close to where the building is. Checked in for X-ray and we barely sat down, they already came out to call my mom. I walked her in then went outside to wait for her and I didn't even finish my phone call that they already walked her out to me in the garden!! This was totally awesome! if you have been to their Orange location, you would know and appreciate this type of timeliness to the max. I highly recommend you book this location for any of your appointment if you can!!

Made an appointment to check in and thought I was set. Well my practitioner left UCI Health, and they didn't bother to tell me. I asked if they could just authorize one more prescription for my current dosage so I don't have that huge gap but was told no. Very unhappy with this lack of concern for a situation they created.
