After hearing nothing all morning, I called at 1:00 PM to check on the status only to be told that they would not be able to get around to it today because the installer left early. This is completely unacceptable. If you book an appointment weeks out and drop your vehicle off on time, there should be clear communication and realistic scheduling. Waiting until the customer calls hours later to say the job won't be done shows a lack of respect for people's time. If they were overbooked or short-staffed, that should have been communicated before taking the appointment or at least first thing in the morning, not halfway through the day after the vehicle has already been sitting there.
