We decided to have them put up an outdoor fan with a light in it so that we could enjoy the patio in the evening as well as when the weather is hot. We also chose to have a screen put us to help the heat as well as the direct sun in the afternoon. The job was so professional and we just love how easy it was to work with them. Also for a much lower price, we were able to not only do the cover, we had them install the fan, put up a skylight as well as the sun shade. Absolutely go with their company! During the recent windstorm we forgot to retract the awning and it was damaged. I first called the original installer, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The first thing they told us was that the damage wouldn't be covered because we didn't retract it during the wind storm, and the customer service was extremely rude. It also reminded me how difficult it was working with them in the first place, they gave us the runaround for almost 6 months before the original installation. After that, I reached out to Where Shade Is Made, and the difference was night and day. I spoke directly with the owner, who assured me I would get a call Monday morning to schedule the repair. Sure enough, Monday morning I received a call from Jimmy their GM, and from that point on everything was smooth and professional. By the very next day our shade was repaired and working perfectly again. Even better, Jimmy let us know that the repair didn't require as much work as originally expected, which actually made the final cost lower than the quote. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. Thank you Where Shade Is Made for the amazing service. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quick turnaround.
