In the end, he couldn't fix our fridge, but he was totally honest and told us realistically just get a new fridge. We were so impressed with him. Fantastic communication and service from a repairman who knows his stuff and shows up when he says he will. Our 10-year-old FisherPaykel (ours for two years) had apparently never been serviced, so he thoroughly took it apart and cleared out the drain and tightened the handle. Seemed a bit expensive considering we did not need any parts, but, just about everything seems expensive these days and when we consider that we might get another 10 years out of the dishwasher it averages out just fine. During a load of laundry, my washer went out of balance and walked across the laundry room and refused to work. Alexi and Demetrius came out and assessed the situation but assured me they could fix my washer. They found 3 broken parts and within a week my washer was back to working perfectly. I needed someone to come fix my Dacor stovetop. We got an immediate response from Universal Repair on a very snowy day. He came in two hours from when I reached out on Yelp. He drove from Highland's Ranch to Lakewood. I was so impressed with him being willing to come the very same day when it was so cold and snowy out. He was able to fix our cooktop in about 50 minutes and didn't care what brand the appliance was. He said he fixes any brand. Even Viking. Which we were really glad to hear because it's not so easy finding repair people for those brands . I learned that from other companies turning me down because it was Dacor. My JENN AIR fridge stopped cooling, and I needed a technician ASAP. After 4 calls, Universal Repair's prices are in the range of other techs ($80 diagnostic fee credited towards the repairs), and their technician was available the same day. I talked to their scheduler (a lovely, happy woman) at 9:09 am, booked a time between 1:00 and 3:00 pm, and told her I'm around if the technician is available earlier. I was thrilled when she called me back an hour later to say the tech can be there at 11:00 am. The tech pulled up at 10:57 am, rang our doorbell promptly at 11:00 am, and was done fixing the fridge at 11:40 am. I'm impressed with how fast they were able to complete this repair and will use them in the future. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Contacted Okeksandr to repair my oven which had the main burner not turning on at all. His texts said he would charge $80 for a diagnostic. He didn't seem to know what to do and kept going out to his car which I have now surmised to watch YouTube videos because he kept coming back in empty handed. After saying it was a short in the switch, he proceeded to charge us 3x his original charge and now the front burner works but none of my burners will work on low or med heat. read more
