OMG, is Uno 1 China Super Buffet the most fancy buffet in Dallas Fort Worth area or what? I was shockingly impressed by everything this place has to offer. I am not a buffet person only when I really don't know what to eat. So I was on a business trip and my friend suggested to try this place. I was definitely hesitated. But I am so glad I took her advise and went. Not all Chinese buffet are fancy, but this place is. Uno 1 China Super Buffet is not the typical Chinese buffet. The owner did a great job on decorating, it's friendly, the setup is super easy for people to reach to the food and the services is great. And the place is huge! When I was thereI had to wait for like an hour to be seated even though the place is gigantic, but trust me you, this place is definitely worth going to. The selections of food is just amazing. From Japanese sushi, sashimi , sushi rolls. Traditional Chinese food, Mexican dishes, meat eater, vegetarian, to kids menu, desserts and to top it off ice cream. LOL. Btw, if you are seafood lover, this would be the most inexpensive seafood buffet you can find in town. It's like a Gem having everything you can think of. Several different shrimp dishes with jumble size shrimp, the flavor is intense, all the materials are super fresh. And just seeing everyone is having so much fun time eating there is like make you happy to be in the right place. I was mostly impressed by the hibachi section. Everything is made to your order, the meats and the veggie mix are all there. Super impressed with everything there, highly recommended. I even told my friend from Murphy to give it a try. Do not let the pictures and the 5 star reviews fool you. I don't have any tales of woe going to this place. No horrible customer service stories or hygiene related content. The food here is very underwhelming. Based on the pictures on yelp and on their website i expected to find a diamond in the rough.. but really just found another average to less than average Chinese buffet. One thing to remember for the price point (under 8.99) you will not leave this place hungry. Sushi was edible but not super fresh. Hot dishes were robust in quantity but lacking in quality Desserts... somehow every one of them didn't taste right..... All in all doesn't really warrant a return trip. But if you want to eat your body weight in food... and your not that concerned about how it tastes.. go here and you can do it all for cheap. read more

I have been coming to this restaurant for about 4 months now. I was just accused by the Manager of this restaurant, for not paying my last bill in front of the entire restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told her that I always pay my bill and again she loudly accuses me of not paying my bill, in front of the entire restaurant. In order to get my last 6 figure position I had to pass a background check, a municipal background check, a FBI background check, and finally a FBI background check to Birth for the TSA!!! 1st incident I was billed for dinner price rather than lunch price which is what I should have been billed as it was lunch time. 2nd incident there was an attempt to charge me for a party of 4 when we were only party of 2. When I inquired she stated that she can charge for 4 people because we were at a larger table. In her words "She can do that" I asked her if this was a standard business practice here and she said she can do that. BE AWARE of the billing at this establishment. Nickels and dimes add up. I've been to ALOT of Chinese buffets and i must say this one is among the best that I've had . I really enjoy their food selection and atmosphere . The variety of food , desert , appetizers , sushi are incredible . My favorite item is the coconut shrimp which is very god and all of the sushi are good for a buffet . They also have a special soy sauce which adds more flavor. Really recommend this place for your buffet cravings. read more

A very good selection of Sea-foods, meats, fruits and dessert items. Fresh noodles off the hibachi is always an option. Korean bbq was plus....like someone said, wish there were some crab legs....the only thing I hate about Buffet is I overindulge.....the good thing about here is that if you feel guilty, head to Irving Mall...start from Sears and end at Dillard's and back....you'll feel fine !! read more

My favorite buffet ever!!! Everything is so delicious, they even have a fresh sushi bar with a dude actually making fresh sushi behind it. Can't wait to go again. Oh and they have oysters but it's after 3 or 4pm (made the mistake of going for oysters at 11am and was deeply saddened they don't serve til dinner or lunch) but it doesn't matter because they have so many more things to choose from! read more

Delicious. I go here every paycheck. The food is so tasty I find it hard to stop eating! I've gone there when its so busy you have to wait 20 minutes for a seat but its worth it. I LOVe this buffet! Takeout is $4.99 for weekdays and $5.99 evenings and weekends! -That is cheaper than I can cook it for and includes (some) sushi, shrimp, salmon, chinese dumplings and crab wontons, AND catifsh! We get takeout every week here and it never gets old. read more

The food was great it's that they don't charge by age they charge by height, so they were charging us for three adults because one of the kids were tall, do not recommend to any one who has a kid that's tall because they will charge you for them as a adult. read more
