I really enjoyed the P2. Spicy Chicken Teriyaki Plate with fried rice, fresh veggies and an egg roll.

I really enjoyed the spicy chicken teriyaki with fried rice, fresh veggies and an egg roll. So much flavor and super delicious for takeout. I also tried the sesame sauce on the side and love it even more. Highly recommended.

So my husband and I have thought about ordering from this place for a while but just... Never did? So as I was lurking on GH attempting to find something new to have for dinner I decided why the heck not, right? I ordered the salmon teriyaki with steamed veggies and an egg roll. My husband ordered the chicken katsu with the macaroni salad and an egg roll. My salmon was delicious! My only issue was with the steamed veggies because there were snap peas and the stems were not removed. And I suppose a little more teriyaki sauce wouldn't have hurt. Either way we will be ordering from them again. Oh, and my husband really liked the macaroni salad but didn't like the katsu sauce which he put all over his chicken without tasting first so that may just be on him. But legit though everything looked nicely plated even in the take out container.

[5] - Location / Parking / Dining area [5] - Food, Menu Options / Big portions [4] - Parking can be full during lunch hours [4] - Pricing is good could be better. [5] - Customer service and Employee This place really never fails for me when I am hungry and need a good spot during work lunch hour. Place is clean, well maintained, and cozy. The lady at the front is always pleasant and nice. My current favorites &recommendations: Chicken Yakisoba Chicken Bento Spicy Chicken Kabob Wait times are decent, if you can phone order would prob be best. They also have Boba milk teas and slushes. I am not a big fan of the boba, not much flavor, but if you need a boba slush fix then yeah Taro and Mango are good.

I've been here several times and the food is just ok. The customer service is decent, the prices could be better for the quality, and the food comes out in a decent timeframe. It's worth a try.

The food is great. Unfortunately they often don't include the salad dressing in the delivery orders.

Food was great. Skinny girl with glasses behind the counter was sublime. 10/10 would recommend taking your mom on a date here!

Super great, best Teriaki in Irving! But boba is def not priority there, the boba was not fully soaked. I wouldn't buy that again.

Food was good. I got the beef and short ribs plate with salad and eggroll. One star deducted because I got salad, but no dressing.

What a cool spot! My partner and I were looking for a good late night spot and Dansungsa checked…read moreoff all the boxes! It's an unassuming location but once you step through the doors you're met with ambient lighting, wooden table tops and benches. We arrived around 11 and were greeted immediately; sat within 5 mins. Once sat, you scan the menu to order. There's plenty Korean and Asian fusion dishes to choose from. We ordered a number of things and everything was fresh and plentiful. I'll say the standout was the bulgogi and lemon pepper wings. Also, the fries were stellar! Needless to say we'll definitely be back!

When I walked in, the place was empty. I stood at the "Please wait to be seated" sign for way longer than necessary--especially since there were no other customers. I finally peeked in and saw two employees busy counting receipts and money at the register. (Bad Impression #1). After being seated, I was actually enjoying the music until I felt something sticky on my forearm. It was a stray bean sprout left on the table (Bad Impression #2). To make matters worse, the tables are incredibly low. Even at my height, I had to hunch over the entire time. I eventually gave up on table manners and just held the rice bowl up to my face to eat comfortably. Regarding the food: it was a bit salty. The kimchi fried rice was average, but the kimchi stew really missed the mark. That was the moment I realized this is a fusion spot, not authentic Korean. It wasn't horrible, but it's definitely different from the real thing. BUT, can we talk about the massive portions? (Good Impression #1). Everything is clearly meant to be shared. The service was actually good. They have a buzzer on the table for service, which I loved. It saves you from having to track down a waiter. (Good Impression #2). The ambiance is loud, poppy, and "hip." You better like K-pop if you're coming here. It's not a first-date spot because it's hard to hear each other, but it's a solid place to hang out with friends who like the genre. Will I come back? Not actively. But if someone else suggests it, I won't fight them on it.

He was such a kind hearted man with excellent customer service. We recommend getting a small side of the cold noodle soup! The broth was so flavorful and paired well with the meat. Koryo Kalbi Korean BBQ has always been one of my favorite Korean BBQ restaurants in Dallas. A…read moreremodel and menu update even landed them in D Magazine's Best issue. But while this is a very prestigious endorsement, my past visit wasn't up to previous visits. My Overall Rating - 3 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - There are several tables with built in grills and private rooms, and we didn't use our grill, but I was a bit uncomfortable in the restaurant. It was really hot in the restaurant, and I'm not sure they turned down the A/C. Aside from that, the restaurant is nice and clean. You can also check the meat display case for the beef and pork cuts on display. 1/2 Star. Service - Our server was very nice. He brought out water and another server brought all the wonderful Korean sides. The service was superb and is a reason they would have landed in D Magazine's Best issue. 1 Star. Food - The menu has been updated, and prices have gone up (everywhere). But my main issue was the Kalbi wasn't very tender. In fact, I had to use my hands to pull the meat from the bone. Granted, I always use this technique when eating Kalbi, but this time it took more effort. The marinated, grilled beef still had a delicious, sweet Korean flavor, and the Seafood Pancake is a must order. Overall, though, I've had a better experience in my past visits. 1/2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. I've been going to Koryo for years. I hope their recognition in D Magazine wasn't a signal for them that they've made it and stopped trying. I'm pretty loyal and will come back, and I hope they improve. 1 Star.
