I really enjoyed the P2. Spicy Chicken Teriyaki Plate with fried rice, fresh veggies and an egg roll.

I really enjoyed the spicy chicken teriyaki with fried rice, fresh veggies and an egg roll. So much flavor and super delicious for takeout. I also tried the sesame sauce on the side and love it even more. Highly recommended.

So my husband and I have thought about ordering from this place for a while but just... Never did? So as I was lurking on GH attempting to find something new to have for dinner I decided why the heck not, right? I ordered the salmon teriyaki with steamed veggies and an egg roll. My husband ordered the chicken katsu with the macaroni salad and an egg roll. My salmon was delicious! My only issue was with the steamed veggies because there were snap peas and the stems were not removed. And I suppose a little more teriyaki sauce wouldn't have hurt. Either way we will be ordering from them again. Oh, and my husband really liked the macaroni salad but didn't like the katsu sauce which he put all over his chicken without tasting first so that may just be on him. But legit though everything looked nicely plated even in the take out container.

No frills grilled teriyaki place. Food always fresh and delicious. Very reasonable prices.

[5] - Location / Parking / Dining area [5] - Food, Menu Options / Big portions [4] - Parking can be full during lunch hours [4] - Pricing is good could be better. [5] - Customer service and Employee This place really never fails for me when I am hungry and need a good spot during work lunch hour. Place is clean, well maintained, and cozy. The lady at the front is always pleasant and nice. My current favorites &recommendations: Chicken Yakisoba Chicken Bento Spicy Chicken Kabob Wait times are decent, if you can phone order would prob be best. They also have Boba milk teas and slushes. I am not a big fan of the boba, not much flavor, but if you need a boba slush fix then yeah Taro and Mango are good.

Salmon teriyaki with a side of chicken teriyaki. Yummy yummy

I've been here several times and the food is just ok. The customer service is decent, the prices could be better for the quality, and the food comes out in a decent timeframe. It's worth a try.

The food is great. Unfortunately they often don't include the salad dressing in the delivery orders.

Super great, best Teriaki in Irving! But boba is def not priority there, the boba was not fully soaked. I wouldn't buy that again.

The Ramen broth is simple; it's not a layering of deep flavors like those found in other ramen places, which leads me to wonder if it's made in-house or purchased. On this trip, we tried some of their chicken offerings. While the chicken bento and chicken Katsu were better than the Ramen and sushi, they still weren't amazing by any means. The staff are likely well-intentioned, but they really amplify the disappointment and create discomfort. The moment you sit, they hover, pressuring you to order while still scanning the menu. The room is cramped; tables are packed so tightly that shifting your chair risks bumping the diner behind you. This is semi-acceptable if the place is packed, but it's not. The waitress insists on putting people next to each other instead of spreading them out a bit. At one point I briefly sat on the bench to help my child and the waitress took my chair away, it was uncomfortable and just odd to put it mildly. Recommend immediate staff training and professional assistance with dining layout to maximize seating while ensuring guest comfort.

We also liked that the rolls come in smaller orders so we could sample the wide variety of rolls. We tried a lot of their cold appetizers and they were all great. Save room for dessert. Crème brûlée, fried mantou, and ice cream were delish. Overall, really great experience. We'll be back!

I just wish they had placed it on top of a shiso leaf so the sashimi wouldn't get wet. The fish did not taste as fresh as I had hoped. Unfortunately, none of the appetizers left an impression. Overall, everything I ate was very underwhelming. I don't think I will be coming back.

As a former fan of "all you can eat" buffets, I noticed as I've gotten older, I'm no longer a fan of "all ya can eat", but hangin' out with da fellas is fun. What can I say about Japan House? 1. The restaurant had an extensive sushi menu for all you can eat. 2. Exceptional service! Our waitress was very attentive, she kept checking up on us and placed our food orders quickly. After placing the food order, the food came out quickly. 3. This restaurant was one of the first restaurants that used an electronic robot. The robot machine brought out the simple items, and I even saw the robot sing "Happy Birthday" to a restaurant patron. 4. The restaurant is casual, and pretty dark inside. 5. It has the right balance between an intimate classy establishment and a casual meet up place for a few friends. I went around Christmas time and the decor was really cute and not overdone. The food was amazing, and I would say it was reasonably priced. My dad loves this place because of how healthy fish is and that he can eat it with his special diet plan due to medical reasons. I have also tried the crystal roll (no rice), eel, and tuna, all of which were amazing. I absolutely plan on visiting again.

Needless to say, I was disappointed with the service this time. I wouldn't say it wasn't busy, but it wasn't full either. There were two servers (one male and one female) running the whole restaurant, which is understandably frustrating on their end. However, service was not great. Never once were we checked in after receiving the food (which also took 15, maybe 20 minutes to reach us when it was never this long before) and even after completing our meals we had to flag down our male server multiple times to get a to-go box and our bill. I made eye contact with the female server and moved my bill folder containing my card. She glanced at me and kept walking, and I assumed she told the male server to check on us. But when he came out he walked right by our table and did something else. We called out politely two more times but he didn't hear us. My stepfather was ready to walk up to him instead but I ushered him to wait. Eventually the male server completed our transaction and we silently walked out the store. This restaurant is considered one of my stepfather's favorites; but even he was flabbergasted at the service provided tonight. I really hope the restaurant hires more staff as they look overwhelmed.
