We went here for a deep dish large pizza which was decent. Unfortunately, that same night was some kind of a strange event called PAW Patrol. Most of the entire restaurant was filled with screaming kids, loud music and people dressed in costumes. As a result all the adults who were not part of the fiasco had to sit in the lounge area. So while we waited for our pizza, we waited in the lounge area at a booth and ordered potato skins. Unfortunately, the potato skins were the worst I've ever had. They were pizza dough, filled with mashed potatoes and melted cheese on top. We ate 2 of them because we were hungry, but then when the waitress came by and asked how they were, we said we didn't really like them. She said she would get a manager to come by. Unfortunately , no manager ever came by and we were charged for the potato skins. The only reason why we came there is because I had a gift card. It's been a hot minute since I've been here! Hubby and I decided to pop in because they were having a sangria & food pairing event. The event itself was fun. The host was very entertaining. All of the sangrias we had were pretty good. The food was hit or miss, however...possibly because they were small samples dished out ahead of time? The spinach and artichoke dip was a little runny and lacked depth of flavor; the watermelon feta salad was pretty good; the Chicago ribeye was waaayyyy overcooked, but the grilled vegetables that came with it were delicious; and the absolute star of the show was that chocolate torte! In addition to the samples provided, we ordered a small Spicy Hawaiian pizza to share. Yep...we're those pineapple on pizza people...lol! Just like we remember it! So good. It was a pretty slow night. Staff was friendly. Place looked clean overall, but I feel like the finish on the tables is going as it feels sticky even though it's just been cleaned. Based on this visit, I'd say they backslid a bit over the past few years. It's still a decent, family friendly place. I'd come back, but it wouldn't be on my "regular" rotation. read more

Only 1 server for the tables and 1 bartender/server for the bar area. But our server was there when we needed him and did check on us and people in the bar all seemed happy. I ordered the individual thin pizza with a side Caesar salad , no croutons. I wanted sausage and light green pepper and asked that it not be overcooked. The pizza came out PERFECTLY! It was good and hot and I enjoyed it. The Caesar salad was a good size, fresh and dressed just enough. With the lunch specials, it was $8.99 for each. Definitely a huge change since the last time!! The place was dead inside after one loud party of 16 left; I mean crickets! The community seems to have abandoned this location and I can see why. The food is chain, processed and below expectations. Never in my life would I have imagined walking out of a restaurant. We went to grab a drink at the bar and we were greeted by the bartender asking us "did you check in with the hostess?" In which we responded to sit at the bar? She said oh no, then asked us what we wanted without even presenting a menu. It's unfortunate that first impressions mean something. We had a group of 41 of us. Had set up Uno as our dinner stop, on the way from Chicago to Cape Cod. The staff did a fantastic job setting up the tables needed, and did a wonderful job matching the pre-ordered dinners with the diner! We went in there about 1130 to do the fundraiser for the music department of the north Attleboro high school. We were seated right away no waiting the manager ended up being a server he was very polite and pleasant brought over a beverage is right away explain the specials really was a good person we were very impressed with his service. He then explained that it was from the luncheon menu and the regular menu the size portions are almost exactly the same but a difference of 3 to 5 dollars per item that we ordered. For once I went to a restaurant got a burger at the bake it was cooked perfect I wanna cook soft it was cooked soft but fully cooked the burger was medium like it was supposed to be I got three potato fries they were super hot the way I like them all the meals came out together everything was exactly the way we had ordered it not one complaint among us and we did however order the garlic bread but they forgot to put it in so no loss we were pretty much full from what we had we did take home the leftovers for lunch the next day and we felt really good about the experience especially the fact we went during lunch you thought that we would get lesser of a service because it's so busy but it was not that way. I would absolutely go back there again to eat can't say enough about the people. On the way out we noticed they were having a fundraiser for some Christmas organizations we buy a ticket for that and that's pretty much it it was a good experience all around and I would definitely recommend it it is not more than 5 to 7 minutes off of route 95 it is right at the corner of Washington Street at the traffic light in the same plaza with Stop & Shop. read more

Beware if you are on a restricted diet or have allergies. Made the person very aware of my diet restrictions, they offer cauliflower crusted pizza. So I go out of my way to get my dinner there. When I got home I found regular crusted pizza, had to throw it out. Restricted diet are serious to those on them. Yesterday was my first day eating at this location, but since I'm an UNOs lover I already expected this place to be amazing to begin with but boy was I shocked . Walking in they have numerous employees greeting you with smiles and welcoming kind words. And I don't mean regular working employees these employees looked very into the job they have. While being seated for 2 we were placed near the fire place that could've been seated for 4 , but since I was sick to begin with they went above and beyond to keep me warm in these freezing cold conditions in New England! Can you say brownie points for this one!! Our servers name was Madison she was great. Her service was amazing , and her smile made it easy to ask a million questions without receiving an attitude. She was very attentive and was always around never had to go looking for her. She also stayed on top of our drinks , which I love because I hate having to wait around for an hour for a refill. I ordered the Chicken Parm and my mother ordered the Shrimp Scampi we both loved our meals , and were already full to begin with because we started with the Shrimp and Crab Dip appetizer which is my favorite and encourage everyone to get! UNOs is always reasonable with prices to begin with , and you get amazing service which is a plus. Just left what used to be a great restaurant, with exceptional pizza. I will never return. Another reviewer mentioned Alexandria. She is the reason. Sat at the bar to wait for my daughter to arrive, and asked if she could make an old fashioned, to which she miserably nodded. I tried to drink it, but never have I had a carbonated old fashioned. I have had many, and even make them myself at home. This was awful, and I don't know what was in it. Sending it back was obviously a mistake, and she was completely miserable the entire time, acting like my daughter and I were a nuisance. The appetizer was so overcooked I'm surprised it didn't break our teeth, and the pizza was so dry we had to ask for sides of sauce. The manager asked when we were cashing out how everything was, and I wasn't honest because I just wanted to leave. She did not deserve a tip, but we gave her about 15%, where I typically leave 25. While walking out my daughter politely said "have a good night" to which she replied "thanks". Not thank you, you as well... or something similar. What a horribly miserable and rude woman. Alexandria should not be working with the public. It's no wonder the place is empty. So sad. read more

They don't even deserve one star AT ALL! Wish yelp would understand and allow you to post with our clicking a star. First time at an Unos Restaurant and what a complete disappointment! We went there because of a Princess Facebook event happening there, Cinderella and Ariel. We called the night before to make reservations and when we got there tonight, they "didn't have one for us" so why do we as customers take the time to call leave our name and number if they aren't going to do anything with it? They sat us down and with in 10 minutes later the "princesses" walk in. My two daughters first words were , who are they? Oldest one is 7 and she said those aren't real? Those are Halloween costumes? And my 3 year old was just all sorts of confused. We always look for businesses who are hosting princesses and we have privately also used them for birthday parties, they are not that expensive , usually around $250 for 2 hour session. I am letting you know this because these "princesses" were waitresses that work there? We spoke with the "manager" who apologized and I quote word for word " I'm sorry for my Generals Managers Dollar Tree Princesses tonight" and it's all we got from her. We told her we're so disappointed and they could of done better. This was their first time doing something like this but if you are not going to invest in an event don't do it at all. What a SCAM! I feel like I got robbed, and by this time we had already ordered our dinner and our waitress was super nice we decided to just eat and leave. Nothing was done due to such disappointment! Every time these "princesses" kept walking by we wouldn't even make eye contact so they wouldn't stop. My two daughters wanted nothing to do with them. All around just such an awful experience all around. We took time to plan it the night before , got them dressed in their Ariel costumes , hair , nails and all for them to just be confused and wondering who there two were? We could hear the table behind us and next to us talking about how upset and disappointed they were too. We are vegans and we called ahead last week to have a dough made without cheese and were really adamant about wanting to eat in the restaurant but that we were calling ahead to have the dough set aside/ made for us (normally there is cheese in the dough) so it would be ready when we got there- We normally go to Bellingham and they are pretty great when we do call ahead for the dough- They normally tell us "give us 45 mins and we will have the dough ready for your pizza when you get in. " So, we got in and our pizzas were in to go boxes, we told the manager we wanted to eat in several times- but, to go was the only option or she just didn't listen. Also, my pizza, was completely wrong. Had onions and peppers on it (which I despise) when I asked for black olives and sundried tomatoes. We ended up having to wait at a table, with the boxes of pizza which was confusing the staff- all we wanted to do was dine in, have some appetizers and go home. We had to wait for my second pizza to be made/ ordered some fries/ chips/salsa guacamole- the plates they gave us were dirty, it was gross- took a picture of the random stain on the fry plate. The guacamole was one hard lump that wasn't properly mashed. It was the most bizarre experience we've had at UNOs. The guy who was the host upfront was nice to us though. At the initial look I thought the size of pizza is too small and might not be sufficient for 3 people as they mentioned. Very good taste, the dough is soft and tasty unlike other pizza chains where the edge of dough is hard to eat. I ordered online, went to pick it up, and waited and waited and waited...... took a total of 50 minutes from when I submitted the order for 3 salads until the manager on the phone told me "they're packing it up now". What really got under my skin was when he insisted that I ordered it at 12:10, and I really hadn't waited that long. He said "I have the order in front of me". But when I finally got the food, there were tags on it saying that it was ordered 20 minutes before that (exactly when I told him I had submitted it). He said he would give me a refund, which was nice (hasn't happened yet, but this was just yesterday so maybe it will), I just felt like he called me a liar and scolded me first. We actually get carry out here more than we should. the food is inconsistent at best and the service is terrible. The greeter is doing about 3 different things so you have to wait before anyone even acknowledges you are there. the last visit, our order was 15 minutes later than the pick up time. Brought straight from the kitchen, I would have thought it would have been at least hot. it wasn't, it wasn't even warm. so either the kitchen served up cold food or it sat for a long time before being brought out. As for dine in, never again. Three straight bad experiences. First one, the waiter never put our dinner order in so we waited over an hour before our meal was brought. Second time, the waitress never came, but the manager did and took care of us. Third time, the waiter greeted us and said he would be right back. He never came back so we just left. If you want an OK meal and the worst service in town, this is the place to go. read more

What happened to this place? It's astonishing how awful everything we ordered was just dry tasteless, salt soaked deep dish crap. We got the farmers vegetarian and the Chicago classic. They have been our favorites for years!! The classic was so different, if I didn't know where it came from I would have thought it came from the bottom of a connivence store freezer. The Vegetarian was dried up veggies with tomatoes plopped on top. I asked for extra sauce, I paid for it but there's no way I got it. We ordered the brownie bites. They didn't even make to us unless out Grubhub driver decided to eat them. That's the problem with Grubhub, DoorDash, & etc you never know what's going to be left out of your order because the restaurant still charges you,.. but it never arrives to my home. I think the restaurant should make a special effort to have these food delivery companies come back and bring you what you're missing. At who's expense, I don't care but they make so much money they could redeliver as it was originally as placed. So no more UNO's or Grubhub for our family. They suck !!! read more

I find this to be one of the better chains. Clean, better than average and great specials. I Love their potato skin pizza ( although not great on the waistline). Also their specials are great. If you are looking for a place to eat late, they offer apps half off (some 3 dollars at most). The drink specials are really good too. I used to love Fridays in the early 2000's but UNO's is much better overall. The only thing lacking is organization during big promos like buy one get one free pizza nights. read more

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and im guessing they did not cook the chicken right because I have all symptoms of food poisoning. This place is always a solid choice. They always have great beers on tap. Mixed drinks are good, but it being a chain the pour measure is not worth it. I stick to beers and food. Everyone from host, to the server is always wicked nice, the restaurant is clean and service is quick...I have absolutely no reason to complain. It's my favorite chain restaurant in the area. Half price apps is the best time to go in and get an idea of what you like. My recommendations are: APPETIZERS: Pizza Skins Pizza Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla Shrimp and Crab Dip Chicago Fire Boneless Bites (do half Chicago, half buffalo) ENTREES/PIZZAS: Chicago deep dish (I add pepperoni). Farmers Market deep dish (so good). I want to try the Chicago Fire deep dish, and River North Sausage Deep dish. My only complaint are their side veggies with entrees - usually overcooked and just peppery. I love veggies, and I cannot stomach those. After my last dine in at Unos, over a year ago, when we waited an extraordinary long time for no special orders at all - I only returned for my son's soccer fundraiser and called in a pick up. 1 large cheese pizza and a personal spinnocoli. Called it in at 6:37, got to Unos 7:10. Waited and waited with a crowd of people also waiting. One man asked of he could go in the kitchen since he could cook food faster. I felt very bad for the poor host because he was trying his best to keep everyone happy. After about 15 minutes I told the manager that I needed to leave and would take the pizza in any shape that it was in and bake it myself. I STILL was kept waiting over 10 more minutes. Left Unos at 7:40, got home and opened up - AN UNCOOKED PERSONAL PIZZA!!!!! It took 55 minutes for a large pizza and a cold uncooked personal pizza. I'm AMAZED that this really happened. read more

The food is terrible. The gluten free pizza crusts were delivered warmed but raw; and, the bacon cheeseburgers, ordered medium, were beyond well done, just dry, burnt, and without bacon.
