The pho was forgettable while it's hard to remember the fried veggies; however, friendly service and worthy wings make this restaurant a memorable 3.5-star choice for Vietnamese-style food on Highway 99. Chicken Wings (K1) - $12.95 4-star wings with Vietnamese-flavored Fish Sauce were tasty and filling. Stir-fried Vegetables (E5) with Tofu - $11.95 3-star mix of Broccoli, Carrots, and Asparagus with a side of White Rice was alright. Large Pho Tai (P3) - $10.95 2-star clumps of Noodles and 3-star salty Broth weren't saved by tender thin slices of Beef or thicker cuts of Jalapeno Peppers. Honestly, 4 stars seems to generous. Luckily, service with a smile always makes a difference ... and our server's beaming grin lingered long enough to round up. Giving these folks four stars because I suspect wh!te patrons are to blame and not the business owner, but our food was really bland and instead of thin sliced raw top round, we were served well done meat. I've never been given pre cooked meat in pho, and found it to be inedible, though I can imagine it freaking Karen out. I'm gonna give this place 5 stars. They gave my friend a completely wrong dish(she didnt notice until the end haha!), but she still enjoyed it. You can say both ends were phogettable. Anyways, I came here with a group of friends, and we all enjoyed our dishes. The pho broth tasted pretty dang good. My friend really liked her bun bo hue. I had the stir fried hu tieu, which I recommend! Theres a combo of rice and egg noodle, so thts pretty neat. The grilled beef/meat dishes looked delicious. The thit nuong meat looked so j00cy!!! The pho is definitely UnPhogettable! Even with a slight cold the rich flavors from the broth came through with flying colors. A small bowl is plenty but the large is only a dollar more. The menu has a huge variety. I was not a fan of the fried rice, a bit bland but the rolls were big and delicious. Clean atmosphere and a great spot to go with family or to go alone. First visit. Just wanted a light meal. Picked the banh mi special and it was delicious. Sweet and savory balanced with its complementary spicy pickled carrots and cucumbers. The liver paste and mayo is an interesting combo that works well together. Overall, one of the best banh mi sandwiches I've had in a long while. We don't have many pho places around my neighborhood (if any), so I was really excited to try UnPhógettable! I ordered a side of summer rolls and phó with prawns, and my boyfriend ordered a vermicelli noodle dish. He didn't love the vermicelli noodles and said they somewhat lacked flavor, and the summer rolls were nothing to write home about, but I LOVED my phó. The portion was huge, it was full of flavor, and I was able to pack some up for leftovers. The location is a bit weird, but they did do a great job with the interior atmosphere. I came around 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. I ordered a Banh mi and a bowl of flank pho. The broth was good, the meat was good and they were very generous when I asked for extra lime! The Banh mi was okay, the overall flavor was good but the BBQ pork was very chewy. They just opened yesterday so they were still a little chaotic as servers got used to using the technology and she apologized that it took a minute to get to us and get our order. We got the salad rolls (they were much bigger than we expected), he got the beef pho and I got the beef, brisket and tripe pho, all meats were tender. The broth was AMAZING, portions were great, the chili oil added a nice kick to the broth. We had had the boba Thai teas, were were nervous because places usually make them too sweet and they taste syrup-y, but these were perfection. Ordered a few items through uber eats. Seafood pho and chicken fried rice. It took over 50min for them to make the two items. Hence it was a Saturday around 5:30pm so I can understand why. The chicken fried rice had a good flavor but there was too many peas and not enough chicken. Maybe 3-4 pieces. The seafood pho had a lot of variety in it. There was squid, crab, chicken, fish ball, and shrimp in it. The only thing missing was the broth flavor. It was so thin and didn't have much of a flavor to it. They use real broth here...not the powdered kind that other pho places use. I had my mom come here to verify; it's real broth! I'm quite suspicious of that one star review stating that the broth tastes like water. Anyway, my family and I come here at least twice a month for a reason. I was excitingly waiting for this place to open since it's so close to my residence. My Hope's for this place were somewhat dashed after my experience here. Stood at the front for a while (maybe 5 minutes) before anyone acknowledged my presence. Not even a " just a moment " or anything. Food came pretty quickly after ordering however no napkins or utensils present. Waited for a few minutes thinking maybe they noticed this but nah. Had to get up and request utensils. The broth for the pho was extremely light in color and flavors underdeveloped compared to other pho restaurants like the ones on Mill plain. No homemade hot sauce only sriracha available. Salad rolls and peanut sauce were ok. I might be able to forgive all of this (grand opening growing pains) except for the very weak pho broth. That is a deal breaker for me. I got the vegetable pho tonight and it was a disappointment. I asked for no tofu and it was packed with tofu. There are huge chunks of cabbage and very little noodles. I asked the guy for extra lime and he looked at me like I was psycho. First time and definitely won't be back. Not worth the price you pay. read more

Being a new restaurant serving Pho, we had to give it a try. To me a good Pho is all in the broth, and this place had great tasting Pho. HOWEVER, what makes a great restaurant is great service and the service here (within weeks of opening) is very poor. After receiving our food, no one checked in, to go boxes / containers were not offered. A portion of our order didn't even arrive at our table and I had to argue over the bill... I really hope this place can turn it around. Seemed like a case of being disorganized. There needs to be a lead manager who is delegating who does what and when. Poorly trained staff is a downward spiral for any restaurant. We will give this place one more shot in a few months after the crowds thin due to poor service. read more

The meat was super chewy. I generally try to give new places multiple chances, but pho is just something that should be right. I love the ambience at UnPhogettable - the wood tables, charming artwork, gorgeous orchids, and amazing wood bar in the center of the restaurant. Don't come here a little over 30min before closing thinking you'll get great service and feel like your money is wanted. The lady who attempted to serve us was trying to get us to get only pho and explaining what it is as if we don't know WTF it is. Well, let me start with we showed at 8pm (which on the door sign says they close at 8pm). We were bummed, turned around to get into our car and the owner came out and said come in please.. he took us to a table and welcomed us to his restaurant. First impression (wow- this use to be a 7/11). Nicely done, simple but clean and comfortable. Enough tables but not so that you aren't able to have a private conversation and no worries that your neighbors might lean over and take a bite of your food. It was fast!!! So fast!! We orders and within 5 minutes we had our spring rolls. Solid taste and flavor. We had t even finished two of the 4 and our Banh mi sandwich arrived. With only a few bites left of my half of the sandwich our main course arrived. faST!!! We had the banh mi grilled pork sandwich. It was very nice. Great bread, fresh veggies, Mayo was good flavor. Plentiful bbq pork. Just wish the pork would have been thicker cut and more caramelized to give it that true banh mi feel. But would get it again. We got Pho with flank and top round. The flavor by itself was solid but when eating with the noodles something is lost in translation. The broth is a little watered down and not as robust and powerful as some of my favorites. I think the flavor is just a little lacking do to have fast they bring it out (so it is a trade off). The other place in town we enjoy takes forever but the broth is amazing. We were in and out in 35 minutes and there wasn't an empty table. Some people were waiting for take out as well. So the speed is impressive and we will be back. I got the B1 grilled pork and vermicelli noodles. Sauce was good and wished the pork had grilled marks and was more caramelized and just a little thicker. Paper thin slices.
