They did an amazing job with the scheduling experience, through their survey and when I spoke to Bentley about needing to reschedule at one point. We started off the experience by being given birthday champagne, which was a lovely touch. And the room was nicely decorated and we LOVED how they surprised us with little cakes from Nothing Bundt Cake, the handwritten cards sealed in wax. Visited Unplugged Head Spa in San Diego for my birthday girls' trip, and it was hands-down one of the most pampering experiences I've had at a headspa. I've been to headspas in other cities, but this one felt truly luxurious and thoughtfully done from start to finish. We booked the 75 minute couples experience, and it was so much more than a scalp treatment it was a full upper-body reset.It started with a lovely facial, and every product they used smelled amazing. The therapists were so intentional and calming with every movement. Then came the most thorough hair wash and scalp treatment, plus an incredible scalp, neck, and shoulder massage. They even massaged our arms, hands, and upper back. The owner made it feel incredibly personal handwritten custom welcome cards, tea, and even a small birthday gift for me. I also loved that the products left my hair feeling fresh, clean, and not greasy at all, and they took their time drying and finishing. Honestly, it felt less like a "head spa" and more like a high-end spa experience. My only regret is not booking a longer treatment I could have happily stayed another hour. We even got our face exfoliated -studio ambiance & music is relaxing -the massage neck/shoulder was fantastic, im pretty sure i fell asleep -Beto even blow dried my hair so nicely afterwards -Beto & Bri were very friendly & gentle -they even wrote me a sweet birthday card, talk about thoughtfulness! The original therapist I was scheduled with called in sick but Baylee was able to take care of me and she was amazing. Where do i begin? Crazy story how i came across & met this Amazing hair stylist. I was stressing to find a great place to get a hair due for the Marine Corp Ball.
