If I could give zero stars I would! This review is LONG over due. If you want to spend your hard earned money do not waste it here. I have had the worst hair stylist experience with this stylist of my life. I paid Fiona for over a year $600 plus dollars AND SHE ADDS ON A TIP for her to BREAK my hair off. When I came to this salon I wanted to bleach my hair and we did and it was great! I got so many compliments on my hair I loved it. In between bleaching we would let the root grow out and tone it. I suggested to stop letting my root grow out and to bleach it back to back but I wanted to stretch my appointments to 12 weeks apart and she said no! And came up with some BS reason And I bought it but that mistake cost me my hair. As we started bleaching it back to back She saw my hair was breaking off and instead of saying hey we can not do this anymore she waited until I said something. I texted her a long message saying how my hair is completely broken and how I was so upset because I use all of her specific hair salon bs products and it's still breaking off and what do I do. She gaslit me instead of apologizing ! Then she suggested a high lift and used a chemical something with a T I can not recall the name but she claimed it was not bleach. So I agreed she is the professional and I trusted her but whatever that was it completely broke my hair. My hair is now a mullet. She even had the audacity to say for the third time after I already said I will not do hair extensions!!! THEY ARE NOT IN MY BUDGET but she said we will "throw in some extensions" when the broken pieces are long enough. I have not been back since and canceled my future appointments. I have gone to other stylist in the area and around other areas they all said leave my hair alone and let it grow out and start over. That whoever did this to my hair did it on purpose. I even had someone suggest possibly going to court to get some of my money back and I think that's a great idea! I told FIONA I am beyond sensitive because I have ALOPECIA this is exactly how my hair looked when it was growing back after falling out and I wore wigs. My hair is AWFUL! I cry about it all the time I can only wear it up in a clip to hide how broken it really is. Not one time did I get an apology or a freaking text asking how was my hair doing? After all the money my husband and I spent which was THOUSANDS of dollars! I believe she is a mean girl but hides behind things like letting me bring my son to my appointments or suggesting places for me to check out when going out however, if you really cared about me like I thought you did as a LOYAL client who had been going to you for OVER A YEAR you would have stopped taking my money and told me to go back to what we were doing originally when you noticed my hair was first breaking. I know she noticed because when I brought it up the second time of us doing the bleach I asked is my hair breaking she said "oh yeah it's breaking girl I can tell". All of this was preventable. I went from getting hair compliments to hiding my hair and feeling ashamed all of the time! I should have known you weren't a good stylist when you tried to suggest to me MULTIPLE times to get on a ozempic type of drug for weight loss or when you BLEACHED multiple of my nice outfits. I hope this review helps someone because if you don't fit Fiona's esthetic she will treat you probably different than other clients like she did with me! She is a SNOB and that's me being nice! And I am a people person everyone loves me so for me to have this experience or have someone make those kind of remarks about my weight unprovoked at that is not in my normal day to day. I truly feel she did not like me and that this to her was funny. All my other stylist before I loved and never had any issues like this! If you have a husband or a significant other who pays don't go here either she will take advantage because her prices would change as well! Hopefully we cross paths one day! This has taught me never go to a snobby stylist who over charges and ALWAYS do what YOU want and don't let a stylist pressure you! Especially one who OVER CHARGES! There are plenty of great stylist who actually care about people and care about their work I already found a new one who will be fixing my hair when it's finished growing back out! read more
