I can honestly say that Christine's gracious, humble and inspirational spirit along with the health and wellness knowledge she shares has changed the projection of my health and wellness journey for the better. On days when I feel like skipping my practice but I join Christine for yoga I ALWAYS feel better. It's as if she knows exactly what my body and mind need out of a yoga session and she always delivers. I also love the extra touches she incorporates into her yoga classes such as offering essential oils, gentle adjustments or thought provoking readings. Christine also frequently hosts health "challenges" like daily smoothie or spring cleanse weeks that are super helpful for realigning mindfulness toward eating habits. Another thing I love is that she is very current with her knowledge as she is continually educating herself about health, wellness and yoga at retreats and seminars. But above all else, Christine is such a kind compassionate person. She is a joy to be around and so easy to talk to and connect with. The room had such cool vibes and was so relaxing and lulled me into a mediate state it felt so good. I felt refreshed after my treatment and felt like my breathing improved. My daughter purchased some lovely things from the store- a gorgeous salt lamp and a three pack of popular doterra essential oils. I look forward to returning for another treatment. Their space includes the salt cave itself which is a relaxing room with Himalayan salt surrounding you as well as salt infused in the air. I was fortunate to take a gentle yoga class in the cave, but they also offer daily salt therapy sessions. For those you just lounge in one of their chairs and zen out. Their main room outside the cave is where classes take place and I love taking yoga here on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (6:15 pm.) The owner is very sweet and she posts events and classes regularly on their Instagram page. So far, I've just done the yoga classes but hope to soon do a salt therapy session. Good club for families. Good tennis director and coaches. Friendly tennis players…read more Tennis courts are not numbered properly. Numbers are hidden in alcoves on gates which are often open hiding the number. One court has no number. Every other public and private court in NorCal has large numbers inside and/or outside the courts to allow for easy identification. The club hosts USTA events. Players do not know which court to go to. USTA officials do not know what court is available when matches are finished. The court numbering is out of sequence and confusing. Court 1 is in the middle line of courts. Court 2 jumps to the first line of courts. This confusion is easily remedied. Numbers are inexpensive. The club took away the covered courts but lacks modern water removal equipment that many public and private facilities have. This machine is inexpensive. Team captains cannot recruit players outside the club. This results in generally weaker teams. Club players would like to win. There are ways to allow nonmember players to join DH teams which would be beneficial to the club financially, allow DH captains to field more competitive teams and expose the club to outside players who may choose to join full time. Denying captains the ability to recruit nonmember players is a poor business decision. Not spending the very little funds to number the courts properly like every other high school, public park and private club is nonsense. Not having the modern court drying equipment like many other public and private facilities is a poor choice by management. The hard working tennis director, excellent coaches and avid tennis players deserve proper support from management. Given that the club was started and is owned by a high level tennis playing husband and wife it is surprising that tennis is not better supported by management.
