Immediately 2 more employees that were there stand up and said we need to do this now! While talking , several other gym members check in after me and most didn't have a profile picture either but we're not asked to do one nor they were stopped , as I was , to enter the facility. I personally knew one of the persons who checked in while I was talking with the 3 employees at the front desk, and she didn't have a profile picture I saw it on one of the front desk computers. Out of nowhere, another guy showed up , I am not sure he was an employee or not, asking to show them my ID , so they can identify me. I said ok, I can show you my ID. I felt like I am a criminal, passing LAX security guards. When I show my Driver License , an employee took a picture of my driver license without asking me. He was only supposed to verify my identity not take a picture of my driver license! Many other members checked in at the gym , while we were talking and none of them that didn't have a picture on their account was stopped or asked for a picture, only me, I was singled out! Forma , you should train better your employees to be more polite and respectful towards the members who pay their salaries! And think twice before you hire disrespectful teenagers who think they own the company! Very disappointing experience. The way Forma Gym employees treated me appears extremely selective--some people are repeatedly singled out and bothered over minor issues, while others are given a free pass for doing the exact same things. Rules should be applied consistently and fairly to everyone, not enforced only against particular people. Professionalism means treating every customer equally and respectfully. Management should take a closer look at how these situations are handled, because this kind of inconsistent treatment creates a very unfair and uncomfortable environment.

Ya'll this place will get you in shape in no time. I tried the Lagree class. The instructor was so nice and allowed me to switch over from the Climb x Boot Camp class when I showed up. I was also able to purchase a pair of grippy socks onsite for about $10. The music was good, the lingo will take sometime to learn, but I appreciated the instructor coaching me and helping to position me in the right position, and gave me words of encouragement. There was only 7-8 ppl in the class so I wonder what it's like when it's full. I appreciated the work out bc it challenged me to push myself just a bit more. I had a good sweat and worked my upper body to the point where my arms were going to give out on me, half way through but I kept pushing just a little more. I appreciated that there was no pushy sales person trying to get me to purchase a membership. Now I can give it sometime and a proper think. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the staff to the members in the room. Nicolette was subbing from Danville and she was a great instructor. Provided me with a quick history about how Lagree was established. I definitely hope to come back and try the climber/boot camp class.

Returning to the Megaformer even after hundreds of classes is still a VERY humbling experience. The slow and intentional movements of the Lagree method have left me with Bambi legs on multiple occasions. On days I need more cardio, I take the Climb X Bootcamp classes, which also give me an effective full-body strength workout. CB Fit is always constantly adding, modifying, and evolving with the times. Whether they're adding new equipment, upgrading to the Lagree 2.0 format, or incorporating client feedback, their constant commitment to improvement is why I'll definitely keep showing up.

RUDE & DEMEANING ! I…read morewent in to inquire about plans & prices, rather than be straightforward and answer my question, he had me make an appointment to come in when I had more time. That's fine, nothing wrong with that so far. I went in for our scheduled appointment, he walked me thru the whole process. At the end, he tells me the price $600. I was shocked and said I would like to think about it. He IMMEDIATELY changed his demeanor toward me and was rude, condescending, and talked DOWN at me like I suddenly didn't deserve respect anymore bcus I wanted some time to consider. He was very unprofessional and threw a fit, he acted like a little child who didn't get his way. He ignored me as if I was no longer even in the room, only turning to speak to me to say demeaning things such as "I know you're going to go home and convince yourself you don't deserve the body you want, you don't deserve to meet your goals, you don't deserve to be happy" "you wont meet your goals and you'll be sorry." My self-esteem has nothing to do with the fact that I don't need to place that much monetarily value to meet my fitness goals. No disrespect to anyone who pays whatever amount of money in any way , just for me I do well in other programs as well, I came here just looking to vary it up. But what pisses me off is that this abusive, bullying tactic is very unhealthy to someone who might come here at a low place in their life and vulnerable! It's sickening! To act like an entitled brat who throws a fit, in BUSINESS. This is business, YOU chose to employ the business tactic of taking your time to walk a potential client thru a process before revealing your price that is fine, but don't act unprofessional and blame the client for YOUR choice in sales tactic. Had you told me the price upfront like I asked I would have kindly told you I need time to think about it from the beginning bcus I respect business people's time I will now be taking my money to another program

Back in 2013, I lost 40 pounds, strictly through cardio (running, elliptical, etc.) and making better food decisions. Where I was lacking was in the core strength department. This is what I really like about Fit 2 the Core -- I did semi-private training sessions that I felt were efficient, effective, tailored to my fitness level/ability and complimentary to my continued running routine. I mainly worked with Tim and Steve, who are both fantastic. Although I ultimately decided not to join, my experience was very positive. They have lots of class/training time options from early morning through evening, but still a challenge with my full-time work and grad school schedule. (I generally work out at 5:00 am before work and they don't have semi-private available that early.) I also have a gym membership, so I can't justify spending the additional money...at least at the present time. If you are serious about getting in shape and want to feel well taken care of, I highly recommend checking out Fit 2 the Core.
