They refuse to take things back and we met another customer there who had his invoice and a part he was trying to return and they also did NOT let him exchange his part. HORRIBLE & RUDE customer service we called the owner who they said was named "Isaac" and he was so rude over the phone said it "wasn't his responsibility". We also reported them to the automotive bureau. Complete fraud. Spent over $3,000 for a part and they do not honor warranty and deny that they even sold you the part. And they keep NO record of you purchasing the part. So DO NOT give them any business go somewhere else. This place is an honest fraud.

After a couple weeks, they started to squeak pretty bad so I took it back in.
