Even though they are young, both were extremely professional, kind, and helpful in showing me everything I needed to know. When I returned today, Sarah once again went above and beyond. She personally brought my food out to my car. As she approached and saw I was on the phone, she kindly said, "I don't want to scare you, just bringing your food to you," with the biggest smile. That simple moment showed how thoughtful and customer-focused she is. Both Sarah and Tinleigh create a friendly and caring environment that makes you want to come back. Oliviana's surpassed my expectations. Dimly lit with a Jazz band playing some nice tunes, the vibe was set for a perfect girls night. I started out with a mocktail that was refreshing and not overly sweet. I ordered the crab cake as my app and for my meal I went with the Filet. The crab cake was full of flavor and I wanted to savor every bite. The Filet- just WOW!! Easily one of the best filets I've had recently. Truly sooo good. The sides meshed perfectly and really brought the meal together. I was so full but I had to order a cheesecake to go. After enjoying it back at the hotel I can confirm it was also delicious.
