Willie was professional & really pleasant with every interaction we had with him. Carla in the main office called to confirm our move date and all information, she was also VERY PLEASANT & PROFESSIONAL! Two days before the move, we had a change in move dates. I spoke with Carla and she immediately confirmed that they would work with us on the date change. On moving day, the crew was there on schedule (even a bit early). They got right to work- these guys were AWESOME! I was nervous that the way we loaded up our storage units, it might have been an issue, but they were up to the task! Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably. Also shoutout to one of the crew members who was on his first day. You truly could not tell. The whole team was professional, efficient, and just genuinely great to work with.
