Nice restaurant with a few options. Burgers, chicken, steak and salmon. Signature cocktails beer and wine too. Nice family ambiance located in Terminal B near gate 36. It's clean with huge windows to watch the Delta planes taking off. You can get your burger cooked made to order with any temperature. The staff is amazing and the food comes out pretty quickly. Piroska is a great member of your staff! She exhumes excellence. Make sure to thank her for me. Highly recommended if you are at the airport departing, arriving or connecting.

    Nice view.

Yes it is all the things you either love or hate about airport restaurants, UB has a nice menu. Food is cooked in an open kitchen, so you can see the detail being put into each order. The staff is friendly and works hard to keep people in a hurry moving. They have a nice wine selection and the bartenders are doing good work. I felt like this was a relaxing place to wait for my flight and arrived early enough that I wasn't in any rush. Prices seem fair and the bar and tables are comfortable. Keep up the good work

We stopped in here during a layover and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. My husband and I each had the pastrami sandwich and my sweet girl had the hamburger. We all enjoyed our food, and our waiter was excellent. Our generously sized pastrami sandwiches were served on marble rye, with sauerkraut and dressing. The pastrami was lean and so tasty. Rather than the regular side of fries or chips I had grilled asparagus. It was tender and perfectly salted. My daughter loved her burger and fries. I had several of her fries and can attest to their yummy goodness. This was by far the best meal I've ever had in an airport.

Steak Frites when delivered to table - slightly warm

Incredibly disappointing...I've been curious about Marcus Samuelsson's restaurants since I first saw him on Food Network and if this one is indicative of the others, they will be a hard pass for me in the future. First, when I asked about the Filet I'd seen on an online menu I found, the waitress informed me they had never served that - when I showed her the online menu, she said it was old. Then I tried to order using the QR code but got an error. She asked if I was trying to order alcohol and I explained I was trying to order iced tea. She said they didn't have any and that's why I got error. She manually took my order of steak frites - it arrived barely warm and I ate some of the floppy fries with thin aioli and a few bites of the steak. The steak was super chewy and had no flavor. I finally gave up as you'll see with my pictures. There was no quality check by waitstaff but with the tech issues ordering, confrontational behavior and lackadaisical service, I'm not surprised. I'd say save your money and just go to Shake Shack nearby but their reviews don't look very impressive either. Next time I'll either eat in another concourse or have a liquid dinner because this has to be one of my most disappointing dining experiences at any airport ever.

The food was good, Reuben, and I am a corned beef aficionado. Service was great, didn't catch the you man's name but well done sir. The bar area was very clean and they had the tennis channel on the tv. Win, win, win, win.

Such a disappointment. It takes a lot for me to give a one star review. We all know not to expect a 5 star meal from a airport restaurant. The place was empty. Service was super slow. We got a chicken sandwich. A $18 chicken sandwich, $2 up charge from chips to fries for a total of $20. It was on a stale bun. Super bland. Hardly any toppings, lettuce tomato and avocado (not enough to cover each bite). Ive had better chicken sandwiches at Wendys or Chic-fil-A. I love the food network, and all the chopped judges. I was so excited to try Marcus Samuelson's joint. For $50 we split the chicken sandwich, had one draft beer and one small pour of wine. Total bummer. Skip this and go to Shake Shack a few steps down the terminal.

As a nervous flyer, I was on the hunt for a much needed drink. I came across this place as it was closest to my gate. It was a while before I was greeted and seated. Waited even longer for my order to be taken. By the time I received my drinks, ordered two Moscow Mules, it was almost time for boarding. I had ordered the burger to go and almost missed my flight while waiting to receive that and the check. Mind you I had an hour to spare.

Stopped by for some drinks and munchies while waiting for our flight out to Madrid. As soon as we got there, we were seated right away but our orders took a while to be taken. Service was bad and slow. Maybe partly because our server had been working a long shift as she mentioned. We ordered a beer on tap and their local (on tap) reisling. Not bad. It was good. We also just split up a blue cheese burger and had some fries with it. Juicy burger, fries were cooked well, crunchy, how I like it. But, just a tad bit on the small portion of fries. We never got checked back on if we needed anything else. Overall, it wasn't that bad to get a bite to eat. I think it's best to sit at the bar since the bartender is rught up there with you and can check up on you if you need anything else.

Excellent Service preserved a 5-star rating from me…read more I was a bit disappointed in the burger, not because it wasn't good but because you don't go to a (expensive) brasserie style restaurant looking for an off-the-assembly-line smash-style burger. You want the traditional, juicy and thick style brasserie burger, and the freedom to ask for a different type of cheese, and the leeway to get it done rare. Although the fries were excellent. That might have cost them a star, however I was seated at the bar and the bartender patiently poured me a couple of wine tastes, including a bottle he had to run to the cellar for. Great hospitality with a smile. Well done.

Not so with Grand Brasserie. There are no supplements and the food is quite good. For the appetizers two of us shared the Pate and Salmon Tartar, for mains the Summer Vegetables Vol Au Vent (sort of like chicken pot pie without the chicken) and Steak Frites, and for desert the Crème Brulee and Apple Tart. We really enjoyed all the dishes and didn't feel like they had skimped on any of the ingredients. The Steak Frites was made with skirt steak and not the usual NY Strip, but it was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Just be aware that all the portions are on the small side--that was fine for us as we're not big eaters so we actually prefer that. The restaurant is beautifully set in Grand Central, with high ceilings and plenty of space, the perfect location for a brasserie. Service was excellent from beginning to end. We would definitely go back even after RW, to try their $65 dinner prix fixe menu.

Parking in the main parking structure is usually free. Staff is attentive and friendly. For large parties you can pay with up to 7 cards. The spinach artichoke dip is the easiest table sharing appetizer. It includes carrots, celery, and chips along with the dip. They have standard coffee drinks including espresso, French press, cappuccino, cold brew, and they also have coffee flavored cocktails. My favorite thing is the affogato drink/ dessert which has coffee, ice cream, and a chocolate stick. Rating 8/10. The mussel pot is a healthy and mild flavored main course. The pot is packed with mussels. None of the shells were empty. Rating 7/10. The steak and eggs main course features big cuts of meat with potatoes and a croissant. Two eggs cooked the way you want. The temperature is correct. Quality of meat is decent. 7/10. Fries are standard, about the same size as McDonald's but you can add truffle flavor and Parmesan for a little extra. The cheeseburger is a double patty, smothered with melted cheese on top. I recommend adding sauce for some extra flavor. They have secret sauce. You can customize the toppings and doneness. Rating 7/10. The tuna tartare appetizer comes in 6 pieces on top of crispy rice but they are super tiny.

A pretty damn good burger in a chill environment…read more If you saw my review of Belmont Village Park, then you already know I think it's a great place with a relaxed vibe. Hundredfold fits that atmosphere perfectly. Before eating here, we asked an employee from one of the neighboring stores if the restaurant was any good. She told us she loves it, not because it's one of the few dining options in the center, but because the burger is so good that she has to limit herself to one or two a week. The staff was friendly, and the décor inside looked nice. (Sorry, we sat outside because it was such a beautiful day, and I forgot to bring my phone with me when I went inside.) We ordered the spicy tuna, crispy beef tacos, scurry-roasted carrots, the Hundredfold Cheeseburger, and the Butcher's Reserve, which was a filet. The spicy tuna had a nice kick and was served over crispy rice that was actually crispy. The beef tacos were also very good. The beef itself was a little underseasoned, but if you eat it altogether with the cilantro, cheese, crema, and taco shell, everything came together nicely. The Butcher's Reserve was served with mashed potatoes, broccolini, and gravy. The steak was cooked slightly more than I would have preferred, but it was well seasoned, so it was still enjoyable. The standout, though, was the Hundredfold Cheeseburger. It was a double smash burger with cheese, served with fries that were just as impressive. The carrots were fine, but they weren't particularly memorable. If you're in the area and craving a really good burger in a laid-back atmosphere with friendly service, Hundredfold is definitely worth checking out.

Had an early Valentine's Day dinner with the wife the day before Valentine's Day. Brasserie Memere…read moreis an upscale French restaurant located in the Target plaza of Closter. The lighting is dim, the ambiance is intimate, and it looks romantic. I had made reservations so we were seated immediately. It's funny to note that the place settings were placed next to each other instead of across from each other at a four person table. We usually prefer to face each other, but when it's Valentine's day why not be cute? We ordered a few drinks during our dinner, the Sugar Plum Fairy, Memere 75, Avion en papier. My favorite was definitely the Avion en papier which had a slightly sweet, slightly bitter, citrusy taste. They had a pre fixe menu for Valentine's Day which unfortunately did not have the steak tartare i was interested in trying. But for $88, you get 3 courses: an appetizer, entree, and dessert. For our appetizers, we got the TARTARE DE THON (tuna tartare) and COCKTAIL DE CREVETTES GEANTES (shirmp cocktail). Between the two, i preferred the tuna tartare. The shrimp cocktail was good, but the only thing really special about it was the massive size of the shrimp and the freshly grated horseradish in the cocktail sauce. For our entrees, we got the CASSOULET DE CANARD and FILET MIGNON. The extremely tender duck leg confit was served with pancetta, white beans, toulouse sausage, and foie gras breadcrumb. It was rich, savory, fatty, and filling. All great words to describe food. The duck leg confit reminded me a little bit of a smoked turkey leg with the red coloring and shreddable texture. The filet mignon was served with pomme purée, wild mushrooms, and a bordelaise sauce. The filet was cooked medium rare as requested, but a bit under salted. The pomme purée aka mashed potatoes tasted like it was 50% butter so it was obviously delicious. Dessert was good, but my least favorite part of the meal. We got the TAHITIAN VANILLA CRÈME BRÛLÉE and the VALRHONA CHOCOLAT POT AU CRÈME. Both were very sweet. The brûlée crust did not shatter well, but it otherwise had a nice creamy texture. The chocolate pot was covered in flaky feuilletine which gave a nice contrast to the creamy chocolate, but my wife found the brandied cherries overpowering. The cherries made me think of German chocolate cake. Service was excellent. Staff was quick to refill water and checked on us constantly. Pace of the meal was relaxed and I'd even say they were slow to bring us the check since we had been dining for over 2 hours. My wife wants me to bring her back for their bottomless brunch on a Sunday so I will eventually be back.
