I love all the amenities, all the staff are always friendly, and seriously what you pay is really good for what you get - with everything newly renovated and the area it's so well worth it . This is a great apartment complex. It is quite large and has many different floor plans and sizes of apartments to choose from. The staff is very friendly and quite helpful. They're quite lenient when it comes to what you do in regards to having pets (though a deposit and extra monthly fee is required) and customizations like painting your walls. They also position dog waste pickup stations throughout each complex (there's 4 buildings total, with nearly 400 units) so that bags are always available for dog owners to pick up their pet's waste. Unfortunately not everyone does this. Sometimes people's pets do get a bit loud at night, too. The complex itself and all of the buildings (A, B, C , D) are very well taken care of. There's a gardening team that frequently cleans things up to make sure everything is looking nice and they recently repainted the entire complex which took it from a bland white to a nicer brownish-beige color that does actually look pretty good. Unfortunately Camden does not pay for any of your utilities. You are responsible for electricity, water, trash, and gas. The trash bill recently got doubled to around $40 a month, but it's getting picked up twice a week now as opposed to just once. When it was getting picked up once a week is was often quite dirty and a lot of bugs would be around it. Now that it gets picked up more often it is very clean and no longer smelly. Everything in all of the apartments is electrical so it's confusing as to why you're charged for gas. In fact, when I first moved in I was told that nothing used gas and that we would not need to pay for this. This changed nearly two years later when they tried to arbitrarily modify the rental agreement of all of the tenants. A large effort was mounted by the tenants and they later retracted the change as it was a breach of our signed agreements. We recently received notice (nearly 6 months later) that at the end of our current contract we would begin paying for gas. Apparently our hot water is heated by gas and they've decided we need to start paying for it. Kind of disappointing. The cost of my apartment did not go up for the second year of my renting it. In fact, it technically went down about $20 a month due to a partnership with Time Warner Cable that includes the cost of cable with my rent. Technically my rental fees went up $20 a month for this, but that removes the ~$50 a month or so that I was paying Time Warner Cable for cable service. Very nice! All of the apartments have central heating and air conditioning which is awesome! It works amazingly well and keeps the apartment very cool (or hot) and saves on electricity since it's central. I was super impressed with this prior to moving in and couldn't live without it. The apartment itself included a refrigerator, dish washer, electric range and microwave. The kitchen sink is stainless steel and the bathroom counter is quite large. The bathroom has a nice shower/tub. The model that I rent has a huge walk in closet, too. The living room, however, is really large but abnormally so. It's too big in the wrong shape which leaves quite a lot of "dead" area in the middle that can't really be used for anything. If it were more rectangular and less square it would be perfect. The parking situation could use a little bit of work. You're assigned one spot per apartment no matter how many people occupy it and an additional spot is $35 a month or $65 a month for a "garage." It's not a real garage, though, as it's just a former covered parking spot (that comes standard with your apartment) that had automatic garage doors slapped on it. While you have a dedicated spot it is accessible by anyone else renting a garage near you so it's not something you can safely store things in. The guest parking near the apartment itself is hard to get as many of the residents like to use it instead of paying for a second spot. There is a HUGE amount of parking at the private park (hence Camden Parkside) but it is a very long walk depending on which building you live in. The common areas inside each building is very nice. It is in the center with the apartments forming a sort of rectangle around it, keeping it mostly enclosed. There's lots of grass, trees, bushes, tables, barbecues, and lava rocks which add a nice touch. It's well shaded, too. There's also a pool in each building which is quite large and cleaned weekly. There's also a spa and shower to wash off afterward. Bathrooms are also located in the pool area. The complex is located well within walking distance to Cal State Fullerton and remains mostly quiet during the summer and spring break despite being so close. The first year of living there had some loud nights during the summer but I believe the management has removed the bad tenants as it's been consistently quiet since then. The prices are great but change based on availability. If you're happy with a quote, take it before it's gone. read more

I have lived here a couple years but am finally moving out! This place really sucks. The only bright part of this whole complex are the maintenance guys which are very helpful and polite. The management and front office people are real jerks and need to learn customer service. You shouldn't send emails to your customers with sarcasm and a rude tone. They haven't done a darn thing in 3 years about the break-ins except (as the manager said) bring the police department cookies on her day off asking that they patrol the area... How about some stinking security cameras. 4 breakins in 3 years is ridiculous! Then they raise the rates on us $400 between terms. Why, we've been here 3 years and always pay on time, keep our business to ourselves, and don't complain much, yet you need to jack rent for our little 1 bdrm apt from $1100 to $1500. That's over $2/ft2 for this little dump. How about you come fix the air conditioner that leaks, seal the upstairs patio that leaks in the walls and ruined the drywall to the point that its mushy to the touch, and fix our slider which has no rubber caulking (so it's always too hot or too cold), then I will consider paying top-dollar for this little pad. I have lived here since July of 2010 and the price was reasonable for the area. A month before my lease was up I had to go into the office because they didn't notify me to renew my lease or warn me of the price increase. When I went into the office they told me that we had called and asked but we never did. A day after we checked in with them they finally sent me a letter. They increased my rent by 25% and wouldn't work with me to lower it. Poor management they need to work on that. The complex itself is nice and maintenance guys are great. Parking sucks and don't park on the street or you will get sited. My truck was broke into and someone stole my work tools. Set me back $400 right before thanksgiving last year. The price for water and trash is ridiculous we pay $85 for water and trash and sewer you don't pay that living in a house. They just rip you off on Utilities. Look somewhere else. I just gave my notice and already found a way better place for the same price I was paying before my 25% increase. Don't recommend this place to anyone unless they want to have a bad experience. read more

I don't know when the people writing the reviews before me lived here, but currently this place is a nightmare!! Take my word for it and read some other reviews on this place! The deadbolt in our first unit broke twice. The ceiling leaked for 3 months even though they came to "fix it" 3 times. One time they ripped out the ceiling in our bedroom, didn't tell us, and didn't cover anything. But a week later it was leaking again. We finally had to take a trash can full of rain water into the leasing office to get a different unit. After we requested the change of apartment they wanted to charge us for it. A week into our new unit the deadbolt on that door broke. Our neighbors car was broken into on more than one occasion. The pool in this area has been closed for over a month for repairs, but even though you can see the pool from our windows we haven't seen anyone come to fix anything. the next closest pool is dirty and disgusting. Guest parking is terrible. The freeway is right behind the complex and is really loud. Please, don't live here. Just don't do it. read more

I have lived a few times years apart. One thing that never changed was the frequency of car break-ins. They should definitely invest in a camera security system. Terrible management! Let me start by saying that the actual unit was very nice and the maintenance staff does a really good job of keeping the apartments in good shape. However, the place is very poorly run by a subpar management staff. To say that they are incompetent is an understatement. They simply do not care enough to do the right thing when handling customer situations directly. Upon moving out me and my family were charged an extra $670 because we were given the wrong information by one of their employees in the office. I do not think it's the employee's fault for not being properly trained, however, the upper management should at least have the audacity to take accountability for letting them be on the phones answering questions they don't know. When we moved out we got a call from Kimberly Aguirre who is one of the directors and her concern was why I had put customer service as the reason I was moving out. So I explained everything in detail to her throughout our experience. She seemed to understand where I was coming from and offered to take care of it. I wait one week and did not receive a response, so I called back. I was told to leave a message and was ensured she would call me back later that day. This happened consecutively for 5 WEEKS! I never got a response back from her nor an email. I wanted to be as respectful as possible of her time and not blow up their phones, so I was patient and waited accordingly. It wasn't until I was able to speak to the supervisor Jada and had her talk to Kimberly for her to call me back. Just to tell me that she cannot help me like she had originally said she would. I explained to her that my family should not be paying for the mistake of THEIR employees! That's ridiculous!!! 5 weeks just for a response? I tried to leave on the best of terms and did not anticipate leaving such a negative review but the way we were treated upon departure did not sit well with me and my wife. Management is simply awful. Whether it's getting something fixed in the unit, moving in or moving out, answering questions, or even making you feel like a guest, they are bad at all of it and gave us nothing but hard times from the time we first moved in. We really liked the apartment and the location and even planned on moving back very soon. But that will never happen. For the sake of the upside this complex has, I really hope they can figure out how to set a standard for their management and have all of them on the same page. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will steal all of your money! They are claiming we owe them 700 dollars more then the deposit we put down! I cleaned the place myself and I cleaned top to bottom! I even vacuumed the carpet even though I knew they replace the carpet! My husband and I had to move out early and we had emailed them no one ever responded! So we left and we checked our balances and it said it was only 150 dollars or so and we payed it. Then a month later they send us an email saying we owe 1500 dollars for a month we were not there. No one told me anything about that when we moved out! The gentleman didn't even let me know. Also, the apartment was so dirty when we moved in! Very upset they are a money stealing company! I wish I never lived here! If I could I would warn anyone not to move here! Also, do not use their washer/dryers!! My husband found human feces in one of the washing machines! I am not going to write a huge review, but will state that this place is a rip off. When I rented there and was about to move I on several occasions mentioned that I was getting the carpets cleaned. I was told don't worry we replace every time. Mind you I had zero spills in the time I was there. I asked about my deposit and was told they will let me know. Time passes not only did they keep it ( whatever) they want am additional $580 for carpets. I called and was told they have pictures. They did a walk through after I left and me not present??? WTF??? Now it is on to court because they can just eat it. I will say I am also going to sue for the fact the jacuzzi was broken for 4 months and I reported this nearly every 2 weeks. Finally while I lived there the location had over 12 autos broken into, one of my neighbors had there close stolen from the laundry, and homeless in the complex. It is sad looked like a great are near Cal State Fullerton, the crew outside was hard working, and the front office was nice. The communication at this property is probably the worst I've ever in countered. Examples: 1) I sent an email to the front office staff about an issue I was having and they have never emailed me back. It's been 2 months. 2) I somehow out of no where (been living here for over 2 years) did pay 3 months worth of utilities even though I pay the every month... I asked several times to show me a ledger so I can have record where it's missing from. And if I did in fact miss something for several months I want to make sure going forward that I don't continue this. It's been months since the first ask for this and still no ledger. I'm fact, I received a note on my door saying if I didn't pay they would evict me, and again giving no detail other than how much I owe. So I had no choice to pay. When I did make it home early enough to get to the leasing office they couldn't give me any info on what I paid for. 3) I asked someone to come look at my ac because it's loud ... un normally loud, and it didn't seem right. They came out and said I need a new motor, which they would order and replace. Again, months have gone by without any news. I again leave work early to make it to the leasing office before they close and schedule a time...they no showed. When I called they say they tried to contact me and gave me a number that wasn't mine. Funny how they can get a hold of me when they want money but now when it's to fix their units. They have new washing machines and dryers, new heated pools, and the units are nice. But the people who work here, which seem to be different every couple weeks, don't have any customer service training, or simply just don't care. It's such a bummer because they've done so many things to make this apartment community nicer. But for the money we pay, we shouldn't get such terrible service from the staff who run the place. read more

I have lived at the Uptown Apt. complex in Fullerton for over 2 years. The location is perfect, close to many of my friends, shopping. etc. I love the area of the complex I live in and the maintenance keeps the area looking beautiful. I always talk to the maintenance men when they come to fix something in my apartment so I have come to know a few such as Eleno Serrano and Martin Barron, how friendly and helpful they have been fixing things in my apartment. Recently I moved into a two bedroom apartment in my building. I had several pieces of heavy furniture to move but would have to hire someone for that which would have been expensive. Eleno Serrano and Martin Barron both said that they would help me on their break. I cannot explain how thrilled I was at the way these two men made the final steps of my move so easy. They moved my furniture with care as if it was their own and made sure it all was placed exactly where I wanted it. Uptown Fullerton is very fortunate to have Eleno and Martin as employees. They give above and beyond the requirements of their jobs. read more

I have about 6 months left on the lease and I am counting down the days until we can move out. Camden Parkside is a nightmare. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We initially chose the place based on proximity to Cal State Fullerton and low rental rates. By the time we renewed our lease, the cost had gone up about $250 per month to match other nearby rates for similar apartments. Fine, I s'pose. We renewed anyway. Mistake. In the last 4 months alone, both my & my roommates' bikes were stolen (stored & locked inside a garage), my car was wrongfully towed when parked in a guest lot, my boyfriend's car was broken into, and we had a rat infestation in our pantry. Expect your laundry to be messed with by other tenants. Multiple times, I've had random clothes & towels added to my loads in the drier and noticed clothes missing, even though I always make it back before the time is up on the drier. Additionally, we tried to buy an extra parking spot after the whole towed car happened, and since we had a garage and 1 spot (for a 2-bedroom apartment), Camden decided we didn't need any more spots and we could not have another, even though we were ready to pay $40 per month for an additional carport. Get ready to fear that your car will be towed constantly. My carport is constantly blocked by landscape trucks, moving trucks, and UPS vehicles. I have been late to work before when I have not been able to leave my spot due to other vehicles blocking the way. Super frustrating to pay $40 a month to have my car unaccessible some of the time. The infrastructure around the complex is shoddy at best--hand railings rattle and have visible rusting, and I would never spend time on the upstairs balconies.... the wood is old and flakes off to the touch. Inside the apartments, doors and cabinets are caked with paint and I often have difficulty opening and closing doors when it's hot out. The paint sticks. Overall, the apartment complex does not make me feel safe anymore, due to the theft mentioned previously in the review. I can't wait to get out of this place. (Side note: the maintenance team ROCKS. They don't supply any type of recycling whatsoever, they use water instead of sweeping which is currently illegal to my knowledge, and they enforce zero recycling whatsoever all while letting people smoke and litter their cigarette butts all over the complex without a word to them. ANOTHER CAR VANDALISED TODAY. I realize this place is gigantic, and I realize that the guards are unarmed, but today I saw that a family with a baby had their car window smashed. My truck's tailgate was stolen 2 weeks ago. My car was broken into 3 weeks before that (I am not joking here). Is anybody noticing a pattern? I have filed two police reports and talked to management and NOTHING has been done. The office told me it's because of "organized crime." Like the Italian mafia or something. Settle in kiddos. This make take a while... First, the pros. The apartments are actually pretty nice for the price. We are in a 2 bd 2bath in the lower A building. We have a patio in front. This building has excellent garages. You could probably put two small cars tandem in the garage, and there is a huge closet in the back. The grounds are pretty well kept up. Our experience with the maintenance staff has been good. Pretty responsive when the management lets them know. Parking is pretty good also, but we are not ones to come home late, so that makes a difference. And they converted one of the tennis courts to parking, so that helped. Now the not so good. Some of this will be repeating of previous comments, so bear with me. Transition-We signed out lease with Camden, but before we moved in it transitioned to Uptown. Uptown told us they didn't get any information from Camden, but as they tell you what they think you want to hear (more below), I don't believe that for a second. So there was a several month period of chaos in the beginning. Billing-They have told me on five occasions that I owed them money. Once they were right (I think). I paid rent one day late. My bad. The other four times I had to go to the office with my bank statements and their invoices, and every time they said I didn't owe. But there is more. For about the first six months, we used to get invoices for the shared utilities (which is a scam). But a couple of months ago, we stopped getting them. So now they call and tell me that I owe them money, and I tell them I will pay them as soon as they send me an invoice. Construction/Remodel-This is kinda a good and bad. The improvements are needed, but the nonsense around them is trying. The construction people are filthy. We continually find bits of wire, screws, and other debris most mornings. They don't always conform to the stated work hours. At the beginning of the year, they were working most of the night for a couple of days. They park their cars in the fire lanes constantly, even though the residents get warnings for doing the same thing. But more about remodels later. Water Shut off-We have received 18 notices of water shut offs between December and June. For those of you counting at home, that is 3 per month. Management-is generally terrible. The manager position is a revolving door. It is hard to get an answer from anyone. Reuben is one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure to meet. One of the leasing agents (long since gone) told me that no one works together in the office, so no one knows what is going on. One person tells you one thing, and when they are gone, the new person claims they know nothing about what was already agreed to. Pest control-Cockroaches are a fact of life in most apartments. You can't control how the people live around you. The best you can hope is to keep them under control, which is what we were able to do for most of the time that we have lived here. But that is not the worst of it. A couple of months after we moved in, we found out we had bedbugs. We have never had them before, so I know that we didn't bring them with us. We told them in November, and it took them about a month to set up the treatment. The pest control guys show up, and the office neglected to have the fire sprinklers to be shut off. So no go. The next appointment was set for December 23. Merry Christmas! Treatment done. Pest control came back about a month later. Everything clean. Problem solved. Of so we thought. The next door neighbor moves out and they renovate the apartment. All of the bugs there have no food, and come over to our place. Huge cockroach problem and a return of the bedbugs. This time it only took them 7 appointments over a three month period to get the issue addressed. We finally got out of this god-forsaken place in November. I was told by the management that we would probably get our full deposit back, since they were renovating the apartment, so there would be no charges for cleaning. Well (you probably know what comes next) imagine my surprise when I get a bill for $1,100. They (of course) did not honor the pest control agreement I made with management, and charged $1,000 for the pest control. I have moved to a different part of the state, so it is not worth my time to fight the charge. Consider it the final f**k you for paying my rent on time and being an all around good tenant. So, bottom line. Don't go near the place. If you do, get everything in writing. Record your interactions with management if you can. Prepare notes and have them sign them. Do everything you can to protect yourself when dealing with this unethical company. I've had to omit a lot of detail because of the Yelp character limit, but this is as bad as it gets... Worst apartment experience ever. And I notice they are not even trying to respond on Yelp anymore. That tells you something right there. read more

I came upon UptownFullerton's Apt and was really impressed by the way it look inside and out. I made and appointment to speak to a leasing agent by the name Nola. Nola was very pleasant and helpful. She show me and my spouse an array of 1 bed room apartments the sizes and prices. She also showed us the grounds of the apartment complex where all the amenities were located. Never any hot water!!!!!! Two weekends in a row that there is no hot water. They promise they will fix things and they don't get fixed. Aside from that they shut the water off at least once during the week. It's hard when I have a day off during the week and being home with no water. I've lived here for quite some time but I think it's to the point that the rent is too expensive to be dealing with these issues constantly. I've lived in the Camden Parkside apartments for about 10 months now and CANNOT WAIT for my lease to be up. Here are some of the issues to expect: -Parking here is the worst! We were given one carport which is located near our apartment, however, we have to park the other vehicle at the bottom of the complex. Even though there are empty carports all over! To get another one there is an outrageous monthly fee. -There are constantly people moving in and out, I've lived there 10 months and have had 3 upstairs neighbors. Guess this shows this place isn't as great as they like to make it seem. -Laundry room here is small and always full, people here are not courteous of others, I've went downstairs numerous times to find my wet clothes taken out of the washer and thrown of the counter. -Utility Bill: You must pay for water, trash, sewer, gas. I lived in the Camden apartments in Fullerton for two years, and I loved it there. The pool and hot tub is resort-like and well kept. The apartments are spacious and cosy. There is plenty of storage space. Parking is great. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The maintenance people are very helpful. The security people keep the place safe. I never experienced any theft. There are tennis courts. The community is great. It's located near very nice parks and hiking trails. Mother's Market, the Brea mall and Old Town Brea are right near by. It's close to the 57 and 91 freeways. Camden is a beautiful place to live. read more

I have lived here at Uptown Fullerton (formerly Camden Parkside) for five years. The upgrades to the physical plant are wonderful. The place looks totally refreshed instead of tired and run down. The new washers and dryers actually work. Previously I had to call for refunds every time I used the laundry. They actually take credit and debit cards instead of having to reload a prepaid laundry card which was really inconvenient. New double-pane windows and sliders make the air conditioning and heating much more efficient. My electric bill has gone down. The swimming pool area in A building is terrific. I am looking forward to the new barbecue. Previously, I felt frequently frustrated with the Camden on-site management and felt that I could never get anything accomplished. I have found the secret. Had a 12month lease for a 2 bedroom here during the school year. The problem with Camden is their shady business practices. The reason they can afford to charge less than other locations is because they will take your entire security deposit when no damage and I mean NO damage was left. Secondly during their leasing process they tell you that you will need to give 30 days notice which is normal. This is not actually the case, it turns out you need to give 60 days. We went on vacation and when we got back we had 40 days left so we waited trying to decide whether to renew. When we went in to renew they told us we owed a months rent for not giving 60 days. They said if we renewed for 2 years they would not charge us. We left the apartment and paid $1700 and forfeited our security deposit. read more

This was the worst thing I have ever experienced. Let me just start by saying that the first night I was here I went to buffalo wild wings after moving in all my furniture, then when I came home they're were nine cop cars on the street. As I walked up to my apartment their were tons of cops with their weapons drawn, I knew then I made a mistake. Since living here my car has been broken into twice. their is over 400 apartments in this complex and it is close to a mile wide, we have one maybe two "security" golf carts. If I were into breaking into cars, I guarantee that I could do it hear once a week and not get caught. There was a complex fire, which is not this complexes fault, however after speaking to residence who had their apartment burned down they said no smoke detector or fire alarms went off. I was giving a "complimentary garage" sounds sweet, not really you cannot open the car door in the garage because it is so small. This "gift" was how they handled their dysfunctional garage. The guest parking is terrible though, so if I cannot find a place to park I park in the garage, twice I have scraped my car entering this garage. This sounds like I am a bad driver, to prove how small it was I had friends park their cars in the garage, one had to fold his side view mirrors in just to fit the car. Thanks for the spot guys! The air conditioner does not work in my room, my room faces the street and during the summer the sun beats down into the room making it super hot. when I called maintenance they told me it works fine. My room is always hot, even when I am blasting the air conditioner. I have a balcony that is tilted, the lowest end is the end closest to my apartment. When I Rains the water roles towards my apartment, and then it doesn't drain. The first time this happened I did nothing, I don't go on the balcony often, eventually mold grew in the puddle, I am on he second floor and I had weeds growing through cracks in my balcony. The track that my drawer rides on broke, so I called maintenance again, the put the drawer back on the broken track, of course it fell off again. While showering the fan in my bathroom broke, and sparks fell out of it. I have seen mice, in my kitchen. I am embarrassed by how much money I have given these people, I will never live in a Camden owned apartment complex again. Obviously I will not renew the lease, but if I were going to I would have to pay more for rent, how can you have nearly 100% of your reviews speaking negatively about your company and then ask for more money. I hope that no one moves in here, it was the most frustrating 15 months of my life. read more

Giving this place a 5 because I feel the ratting is unfair and probably due to older reviews, when in the last year that I lived there (from 7/14 to 9/15) it wasn't that bad. After moving out here's the pros and cons Pros: Location, very close to imperial hwy and Yorba Linda blvd Staff, Yollie is great I've never had an issue with her customer service she's well informed and very sweet, management switched over while I lived there I think, I didn't notice any kind of change though. The maintenance team is great and very quick if you ever have a problem Cons: Parking, it's not the best but not the worst,don't expect a spot if you come home at 2am on a Saturday, I bought a spot of my own for only 10 bucks a month, I had a sign on the bushes saying it was assigned but yet someone parked in my spot roughly 5 times while living there (only towed twice) Old buildings/things breaking, I had my fair share of maintenance issues while living here but Camden's team was always on it right away, but I have to say it was the most issues I've had living in an apartment complex. It was frustrating, also some of the buildings are not yet renovated so the kitchen is straight out of the 80's (which I had unfortunately) Last con, my boyfriends car was stolen out of the gravel parking lot by the A buildings one night, (in defense of the complex my boyfriend used to live in a bad area and had his car hot wired all ready and never fixed it so to this day it's still hot wired so it was begging to be stolen) crime is everywhere and it's unavoidable it doesn't mean that the complex isn't in a great safe location it was just something that happened All in all it was okay, id give it like a 3.5? read more

This place is really nice. The renovated apartments have really nice features. Amity and Uli in the office are super nice. The maintenance guys (Martin and Leno) are really helpful. They helped us move our fridge into our apartment when we were having some issues with getting it in the door. The amenities at this complex are nice too. The only downside is the parking isn't great read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Where to begin? When we first moved into the apartment, my roommates and I were so excited! We thought the apartment was beautiful and couldn't wait! When we moved in, we were a little annoyed to find that we had no closet rods in any of the closets. We politely called the office to bring them and they said "ok we will have them delivered and placed tomorrow". When tomorrow came, however, we were still left with zero closet rods. We called again and got the same response, waited another day, and yet again they never arrived. This went on for a week! Each of us had called at least once a day and spoke to multiple different people. And the worst part was that the last person we talked to first tried to claim that she had no idea that we ever called because they had no record of it, but then went on to blame shift and say that it was the lazy handy mans fault, an interns fault, etc, instead of just taking responsibility and taking care of it. Since then, it's never gotten better. They turn off the water at least once a week or every other week because of the construction. They have turned off the power because of the construction going on. The construction works smoke in what's supposed to be a smoke free complex. The neighbors smoke and our downstairs neighbors smoke weed with their baby in the house! Their smoking is so intense that our upstairs apartment smells like weed every time they smoke! On top of that, people are always parking in my parking space. The worst though that they have done is they are completely incompetent in handling rent. One month, we had an notice to evict posted on our door if we didn't pay a portion of the rent in time. I went down to find out what happened since we all turned in our rent on time and physically handed it to them. They said they didn't have my check and so I went back and brought them my check stub. After a long back and forth with the office, they found my check! They had placed it in someone else's account! Then said it was my fault that it was placed there due to my hand writing, yet when we looked at the check it was clearly our apartment and the worker that I handed my check to knew me and I verbalized our apartment number. And it didn't end there either. Now, we decided to all pay online so that we don't have to worry about rent problems and I called the office to double check that they received payment and the person I spoke to said that they had. A few days later we received yet another notice to evict! And the payment that was due, isn't even the amount that any of my roommates pay for rent (two of us pay 580 and two of them pay 480 and the amount not received was 530). They tried to say that they never received an online payment, and I had called to double check the day after I paid it! I had to leave work, go down to the office to show them my confirmation email, the withdrawal from my account, my online account payment history, and the manager said they had received my confirmation email, however, the money was not updated to our accounts. Then tried to make up some story saying that after I make a payment, you're supposed to call to get a receipt in order to have the payment go into the account. No one had told us that. My roommates didn't have problems with the online payments and they didn't even call to get a receipt or anything. So, they would take the time to write us another notice to evict, and not just even check to see if they had over looked updating our account? This place is terrible. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional, incompetent, and negligent. I don't know how many times I have received attitudes from the staff, not to mention the fact that they never take ownership of their mistakes, they lie to us, and nothing ever gets taken care of unless we go down to the office and speak to the main manager. Once again, DO NOT MOVE HERE! The moment our leases is up is the moment we are leaving this place. Never in all my time of living in apartments have I had this many problems with the staff! read more

When we move in，they say we can pay mouth to mouth for one year for the same and later they rase the rent fee，I would give 3 stars because of the new floor，nest system they put and the sunshine into my room in the morning on my side. HOWEVER！Be aware that this apartment is SO EASY TO SHAKE that you feel like you living in an construction site！For the highway at first，and later when your downstairs open the fan, when they go up or downstairs，when they open and close their door，MOSTLY by the Unlimited Bass and Party！2-4 am still！Besides the parking is very poor！Moving soon！ read more
