We had an igloo reservation. We had been looking forward to this since August, but our experience was a huge disappointment. We pre-ordered appetizers, drinks, and all 8 meals for our party of eight and even confirmed everything ahead of time--but the confirmation email didn't show the full order, which would have helped avoid all the chaos. When we arrived, some of our group were asked if the order was correct but weren't shown it, and they were given random flights that weren't the flavors they wanted. Drinks were eventually sorted, but some were wasted due to poor communication. The appetizers were fine, but the main courses were a disaster--cold, delayed, and only six of the eight meals arrived. Of those, only four were correct. By the time the food came out, there was no way to fix anything--two people went without meals, and two had to eat something they didn't want. Staff even argued that we hadn't ordered eight meals, which was completely wrong. For over $300, this was unacceptable. Poor service, miscommunication, and cold food ruined what should have been a fun night. We will not be coming back. read more

What's not to love about this place? The atmosphere is so comfortable and unique (ask about a table in their horse stalls). The drinks are amazing, and their food is so delicious and fresh ( you have to get apple cider doughnuts)! Such a fun place for adults and kiddos! read more

Such a lovely cidery! I wish they had more around Indy. Great for couples, families, dates, hanging out and watching the game. We didn't try the food, but they have a good selection if you're needing something in your tummy. The service was awesome! The ladies who poured for us were so awesome and insightful. Just a great vibe all around here! It's a bit of a drive for us to get out here but 100% worth it for a nice Sunday late afternoon. They had a TV on with one of the football games on, too. Dogs allowed out on the patio. Kids allowed inside, just not at the bar area. Would be a great venue for a business venture, family reunion, or intimate (100 or less people) wedding :) they have a stage, too. Would love to come back sometime to see some live music. Had a great time at **Urban Apple**--the food was seriously delicious. I tried the chicken sandwich and was *so* impressed. Super crispy, flavorful, and honestly one of the best I've had in a while. As for the cider, the **cherry** is hands-down my favorite. It's just the right mix of sweet and tart without being too heavy--really easy to sip and enjoy. Only complaint I had was that hanging outside on the patio was tough with all the bees there. They were relentless, so we had to go inside. It was a little confusing because the entrance and parking is in the back, but the signs direct you accordingly if you read them. I was worried the ciders would be too sweet, but I really enjoyed them - definitely get the tasting flight if unsure what you might enjoy. The food was good - everything was fried, but I didn't go out to eat too healthy and it was fun to try new foods. Excited I got to check this place out! It was gorgeous out too! The parking is a bit confusing to me. Where you would think you'd park appears to be employee parking and yes, there were cones, but that must be the back of the building. I drive around back and there was ample parking there. They have picnic tables outside, but no umbrellas so be prepared to bake in the sun if you do want to sit outside. The inside had lots of different seating options. I ordered a flight of four ciders and took them outside to enjoy. I chose Johnny Appleseed, the crown, ciderita, and saucey cranberry. I liked them all, but the OG Johnny Appleseed was my fav. None of them were overly sweet which I was pleased with. We ordered food from the QR code. Pick up is around the corner from where you order your drinks. This also was not immediately clear to me and they told me when I looked confused. We chose the potato pancakes and sauerkraut balls. Both were good! There is free standing water by the food pick up and napkins are self serve too. I will definitely come back as this was a great location! read more

A cider house and it is literally only ciders they do have a few cocktail options but if youvare coming for any other types of drinks... don't know if this a place for you. But I do have to say the vibe of this place is great. This really looks a place where you come to kick back after a long day's work at the office and you come to chill with your friends. There are plenty of outdoor seating and a cool upstairs area where the lighting is a little cooler. The prices are also reasonable for ciders. Remember I am from California so everything there is super expensive, so to pay $7 for some well made cider, but I am not complaining. You go here definitely for the ambiance and experience! They have a daily deal for food and drinks. On Friday night, there is a live music! They also had India Taco food truck that day. The outdoor is really really nice especially when the weather is nice also. I'd say the food is German inspired, it definitely goes well in general with apple cider. U can get a different kind of cocktails, hard ciders and non alcoholic for the little ones. The pretzel is shareable up to 4 in my opinion. We waited over an hour for a "chicken Caesar wrap" that was some lettuce and two slides of lunchmeat and a cold pulled pork sandwich with some crumbled up potato chips. What a major disappointment. The cider was not drinkable. Had no flavor and no body to it. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

When we arrived there were long lines and not enough bartenders. We waited 30 mins to get a flight and it was extremely overpriced. I paid $26 for a flight with a 20% tip. I personally think that is ridiculous for little samplers. Overall, it was nice to sit outside and the flight was good. Came here on opening day so obviously a lot was going on. But 1) cool new place, lots of parking and outdoor picnic seating. 2) inside has an upstairs with seating and also downstairs 3) there's flights! The cider was delicious! The original was probably my favorite and also the slushy drink. They have a stage indoors which is great but also it's extremely loud, but once again opening night so they may have made changes since then. But you can sit outside get some food and chill. The menu is German based food which was interesting. My friends and I got a giant pretzel with cheese. It was cold unfortunately but it was opening day and crazy busy so not gonna fault them on that. We still enjoyed our evening! Oh and did I mention $1 ice cream!!! Yea self serve trust system. Super good, it does say adults only but with a lot of kids it does scare me a bit they'd get into it. But the workers seemed to be watching it pretty closely. One kind of nice thing for us adults with no children they have their play area away from the main building so it separates it out which I liked. If you're in the area recommend checking it out! When you have a band inside, turn off the music playing on the speaker outside. We are sitting outside and hearing a band/the radio at the same time and it is not a good sound. The band sounds great when I go inside, but I can't hear them because I hear the radio on top of it. read more
