We had a reservation for 6:30 pm on a Saturday night and when we went up to check in with the hostess she said we couldn't be seated until the entire party arrived. We were only missing one person who so happened to be already in the restaurant looking for us. Therefore, we weren't seated till 7:00. A little disappointed. We ordered caesar salad, house salad which had way too much dressing and the lobster bisque. All were delicious. For entrees we ordered Wagyu Beef, scallops as an enhancement and lobster mac and cheese. All delicious. Also, didnt like the rolls and butter provided. They were sweet. The wedge salad was fresh and they split the portion for my wife and I. The oysters were super fresh and tasty. The 31 day dry-aged ribeye was good, but parts were tough and def not as good as the dry-aged ribeye at Steak 48, but I still enjoyed it. The baked potato we ordered did not seem very fresh but again, it was Ok. My wife enjoyed her filet. The servers were very attentive. Always with my husbae and friends so it's usually between a Party of Three up to a party of 10 but the service and food each time is on point no matter the party size. Our last visit after the Eagles and Bears game on Black Friday the restaurant was super busy after the game but we were able to get a table within minutes. The Seafood Tower ... the salmon... the scallops... the cocktails I had a margarita... all superb! This restaurant will always get my vote for my go-to restaurant after the game. Do not order breakfast from here unless you would like something similar to 7-11. I thought we were going to get a carefully made breakfast, instead it was something that had to have been premade and could grab in any gas station. The coffee was awful too. For $50 I figured breakfast would have arrived on covered plates with a craft of coffee. Instead, we got a bag with wrapped breakfast sandwiches that had to have been premade and old stale coffee. *Update* The manager Larry followed up with me and was very apologetic and appreciative for my feedback and handled the situation very professionally. I had the Prime burger and wow! so stinking good. Who knew a burger can taste so good. It was huge so I had it for lunch too. The sides were so tasty. Fries yum! Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful with all things on the menu and was able to help genuinely recommend things for us. She could tell us her personal favorites along with items that were frequently chosen by diners. The atmosphere is beautiful so dress to impress for a fine dinner and good cocktail with family and friends. But I wouldn't say its for kids. Absolutely bring your wallet too. Best oysters I ever had? Quite possibly. Started with a dozen oysters, they will ask you what kind you want which is nice that you can customize your order. Half of our oysters were the type that are very large, and these were my absolute favorite. The other half were smaller, also good, but I preferred the larger oysters. The waiter tried to get us to order the 4oz Wagyu and I got the vibe he was just trying to have us run up a huge bill as they were pricing the Waygu at $135 for 4oz. We split the burger instead as I was not that hungry and also, we were not up versus the casino at this point in time. Burger was very good; after adding bacon this bad boy did come in just shy of forty dollars though, if you can't tell yet this place is quite pricey. Service was impeccable, food was meh. We were in town from California to go to an Eagles game and chose to stay at Live! Hotel and Casino because of its proximity to Lincoln Financial Field. We were excited to try The Prime Rib while we visited as we are fine steakhouse enthusiasts. We were seated within minutes of our reservation and the staff was so warm and attentive. Unfortunately the food was less than great. My husband's ribeye looked like it was cooked right but the meat was dry. On examination, it had almost no marbling - something that a high-end steak restaurant should have noticed when preparing the piece of meat, and should not have served. My Lobster Imperial was good, but again a bit dry. For sides, we ordered the truffle macaroni and cheese and the scalloped potatoes. The potatoes were delicious! The sauce on the macaroni and cheese was watery-tasting and not rich or creamy at all. Cocktails were good and the restaurant is beautiful with great ambiance. For what the dinner cost, the food did not deliver the level of decadence and value expected. Again, staff was incredible and so attentive, even on a busy night with lots of large parties. I'd just like to share a wonderful experience about one of the waitresses at the Prime Rib inside Live Casino who was amazing. Her name is "Nicole" and she is a gemamongst the restaurants staff. A while ago in May 2025, I was having a dining experience with my party and we were fortunate enough to have Nicole as our waitress. Nicole was very attentive, friendly, charismatic and very pleasant all throughout the evening. Her consistent attention to our dining needs were paramount and she made the evening so memorable. We made a reservation for Father's Day. I love that parking is a no brainer. You just use the casino parking and there is not charge. This restaurant in spacious a is furnished exactly how you would expect a steakhouse to be. For me the tables for two are huge and I had to raise my voice to talk to my husband. Service was slow and not very attentive. There were several times that we had to flag down another server to get service. We ordered, lobster bisque and calamari for appetizer, these both were really good. For our entrees we order the 34 day aged steak, Chilean sea bass, sautéed spinach and scalloped potato. All of the food we found to be just okay. For me there were no flavors that stood out. Especially the steak which is an $85 steak. The sea bass had a good crust but still no real flavor. The sauce on the bottom of the plate was the best part. The potatoes were the least favorite. They were dry and lacked flavor. We also had creme brûlée and gelato for dessert. Again the creme brûlée looked the part but was not very good. The caramel gelato was good. I will say that this meal was not worth $363. This amount included our tip. My experience here was a mixed bag. We started off with the calamari and two cocktails. My sidecar was delicious. The calamari was pretty much perfect: Fried golden, seasoned, with a flavorful sauce that covered the bottom of the serving platter that was a nice surprise. For dinner I had the special, which was mahi mahi over mashed potatoes, topped with shrimp and a beurre blanc sauce. The sauce was perfection, the shrimp were good, the fish and mashed potatoes were just average for me. We also had a side of truffle Mac and cheese, it was the most disappointing part of our dinner. No flavor whatsoever. I finished with the crème brûlée which was a solid 9/10. It was an okay experience but at this price point I expect more consistency throughout the menu.
