She laughed, repeatedly stared at me, and shook her head while staring at me, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed over what was a very minor mistake. Additionally, I noticed another employee who was adding toppings had her hair hanging down over the food and it was not pulled back or secured. This raised a food safety concern for me and added to my overall discomfort during the visit. I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but customers should be treated with basic courtesy, and food handling standards should be consistently followed. This experience was disappointing and not what I've come to expect from Jersey Mike's. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed.
