I was utterly speechless about the whole experience at Urbane! The cashier were so cute, nice and patient. They have so many yummy options, but decided to go with the Californian sandwich and their lemon coconut cookie which was straight divine! Hands down the bombest cookie I have had in a while! Their chocolate chip cookie was classic and delicious. The Californian was so flavorful and yummy with a delicious herb aïoli, I had to ask for extra on the side that's how yummy it was! Came here Thursday afternoon for lunch around 1 pm. It was super busy and I was expecting to be much slower, but it was their grand opening week. I had the bbq chicken sandwich with a salad. The sandwich was pretty small, with hardy any meat or food inside. The salad was okay. I definitely would not pay $13-$14 for this meal again. She had a chicken sandwich with soup and I had an antioxidant salad with blueberry dressing. We were very happy with our meals. I really love the salad!!! I ordered the salad because the name is very interesting:)) and blueberry dressing? Sounds weird, but interesting too:)) It turns out awesome from the look to the taste! Love it!!! A must try! A green bed of young fresh spinach topped with quinoa and dried blueberries with cheese is mixed with sweet tangy blueberry dressing. It is so delicious! There was a piece of bread too. It's so tasty! My coworker said the sandwich is great, too. The sandwich portion is big. My friend can only finished half of the order. I definitely will dine in at this place some days. Perhaps the person at the register was having a bad day because she was not friendly at all. I had asked her for a minute to choose my order. When I return she ignored me while she ordered her or another employee's meal. When she finished she looked up and said "what do you want?" She immediately corrected herself and asked for my order in another way. She knew she was rude. I then asked for a recommendation between two items and she had an annoyed attitude. She was of little help. I literally had to ask her if she was okay because there was something clearly wrong. There is definitely other options for lunch. Hopefully management will train their employees to provide better customer service. read more

We were super excited to try out this place, but the excitement turned into disappointment as soon as we walked in. The place was not clean and the trash was over flowing. When ordering food we were told that they were out of turkey and tuna. My husband did not what to order and he didn't get any help or recommendations from the cashier. I ordered the cilantro chicken salad and ended up with a sandwich with black beans. We ordered tomato soup and it was left out of the order. Overall the experience was not the greatest. read more
