Me and my boyfriend just went to urbane and got some food to go. While it took some time for the food to be ready. When we got home 8 minutes later from urbane. The food looked and tasted as if it had been sitting out for some time and not fresh at all. The lettuce in the salad was wilted and the sandwhiches cold and stale. I wish I could post a photo! I paid $20 for mostly romaine lettuce in my Power Veggie salad with avocado added. On their website salad shows large chunks of feta, roasted sweet potato, plenty of black beans and corn. Nope. In reality not even a teaspoon of feta, maybe a tablespoon of sweet potato, beans and corn. You all can do better. read more

Impressed with this location and the efficiency of their "to go" options. Ordered online for the first time, arrived at store, and my order was ready on the dot of the time the online ordering app had noted. They have large take out shelving near the front that makes it clear where you pickup your food and allows plenty of room for those coming to order and dine. Staff was very friendly and as I waited for my order the staff asked for my name to hand my food directly to me rather then just walk by me to add it to the to go shelf. Super nice. The food here is decent for a simple on the go lunch spot. No frills but healthier options which I can appreciate when trying to make some better choices on my lunch break. Salads, soups, sandwiches, and lunch bowls seem to be the gist of their menu. I had the ahi tuna salad and it was fantastic. Also had a side of Italian wedding soup, wasn't the best I've ever had but pretty tasty overall on a cold and rainy day. This place is a good stop for a quick bite to eat! They have a large variety of sandwiches, of which I chose the Cranberry Brie Turkey one. It was pretty tasty, as I love the concept of Thanksgiving in a sandwich, but I think that adding a bit more cranberry sauce would give it that extra oomph to lessen the dryness/ blandness of the overall sandwich. The bread is decently flavorful, however, as is the side salad that the sandwich comes with. And the price is pretty good for the whole meal, too. If you're a cookie fiend, try out the chocolate chip cookies they've got at the front counter; pretty good! Also, the servers working there are super kind and helpful; ask them for their help in ordering if you're overwhelmed by the sizable menu. They're also super efficient. All in all, I'd come back to Urbane Cafe but I'd probably order something else, like the chicken pesto. read more

Great for takeout and outdoor dining! My bf and I visited on a Monday afternoon. The restaurant was busy but operating on all cylinders and in a highly efficient manner. Curbside pick up, take out and outdoor dining via counter ordering were all quick and easy. We ordered the SoCal and the vegetarian Tofu Bahn Mi then found a seat outside. Our food was brought out to us surprisingly fast. Similar to other Urbane Cafe restaurants I have visited, The food was light and delicious. Service was good. Prices were decent. Love Urbane! I order here all the time, mostly mobile order for pick up since I live close by. They are always on time if not early for their estimated pick up time.
