I completely understand that a popular sandwich shop gets busy, but I do think the ordering and pickup system could be improved. Today was especially frustrating. I waited about 45-50 minutes for my order, only to find out my sandwiches had accidentally been given to an older gentleman who had only ordered pickles. He apparently heard me say my name and ended up taking my sandwiches. Mistakes happen, and I'm not mad at anyone personally, but after waiting that long, it was definitely disappointing. My main issue isn't even the mistake itself. It's the amount of time lost. Time is money, but more importantly, time is a resource we can never get back. I basically lost close to an hour because the pickup process wasn't organized enough to make sure the right order went to the right person. I'll absolutely be back because the food is that good. I just hope they can tighten up the system for taking orders and handing them out. Amazing sandwiches, but the delivery and pickup process definitely needs some work.
