Not even worth 1star!! This USPS is the last USPS in the whole US that you'd want to handle your packages for you. Be careful when they tell you one thing, because they don't really actually do it... Make sure to follow up EVERY DAY now otherwise you'll be sitting and waiting, expecting for your package to come like they always say, yet it's still sitting there with them, God knows why they do that! Very incompetent staff and straight out lazy! I'm not sorry at all. Had I not followed up for the nth time, My package is just there with them all along still!! This is my 30th day waiting, and i still don't have my package. Guess who has it?!! Them!! Why?!! I don't know!! read more

I was sent to this office by another branch to get the mailbox number for my new house. When I gave Vanessa the information she told me that I needed to go to another branch at which I responded with that I had already been sent to here from another branch. She understood my frustration and called the other branch and got the mailbox number for me. She was very helpful and understanding of my situation. read more

I was about to go complain tomorrow for they didn't deliver my package as it said on my tracking number. I was really excited to get this package on Saturday 3rd, but unfortunately I didn't, so I couldn't call the local office on that same day because it was closed as they "delivered" around 3:19pm and I checked my mail around 5pm so by the time I decided to give them a call they were already closed and on Sunday's they're closed and Monday which is today is Labor Day. So I had no choice but to wait for tomorrow . Long story short I was still mad at the delivery person for not putting the key for the parcel locker in the correct mailbox. I was so disappointed and thinking to myself, what if I never get my package? I'm losing money and my stuff. So my upset mood lasted from Saturday, Sunday and until this afternoon I was cleaning my house, house chores, and for a minute I forgot about my lost package. Then someone came to my house and gave me my package, usps had put the key for parcel locker in their mailbox and honestly I was really thankful. I thought about not posting this bad review but seriously you people need to do things right. Perhaps get better training or be more careful to where you deliver the mail. And I know I'm not the only one with bad complaints so I really don't care about writing this. I'd do it again if this incident occurs in the future. Today i went to mail three return cell phones. One was a warrantee claim, the other two were for upgrades for my husband and myself. I used the boxes the came in and placed the postage paid stickers on them. When it was my turn i got the rudest older lady dressed in plain clothes. She tells me i cant use the boxes, i go to buy different boxes then ask may i use some tape. She says i have to buy it. Then i realized the postage paid address stickers were tearing and i could not pull them off without ruining them so i ask if i may use some scissors to try to save the labels and cut them and she said in a very disrespectful tone, " there might be some in the back but im busy and im not going to look for them now". The whole post office stared at me. I picked up my packages, drove to the next post office on Stockdale hwy. And all three of my packages were accepted, mailed, with receipts and tracking numbers! No problem. Friendly service, nice person. This employee needs to be written up or dismissed. I was harassed , for absolutely no reason. Nothing was wrong with my boxes in the first place. The other pist office accepted them without a problem! This employee was wanting to make me get three new boxes, peel or cut off my postage paid address stickers buy a roll of tape to close the boxes, then stand back in line all over again! When i asked foe help she was "too busy" and none of that was even necessary! Shame on this employee!! This has bothered me all day. Her behavior was not acceptable! She made me look like a idiot in front of the whole post office who was staring at me when she told me they " might have scissors in the back, but she was busy" im glad i didnt play her sick game and just went to the next post office who took my packages without any issues at all!! This is the worst customer service ive ever had. Also it was not necessary to get new boxes, tape, stickers..ect. the packages mailed just fine at the other office! She is misusing her authority. There is one man there that isn't very helpful (I don't remember his name). Everyone else always seems to be very friendly and helpful though. Every time I go there he treats me like a little kid instead of an adult asking for assistance. I'm sure he's a good guy but I prefer someone who doesn't laugh when I have questions. Won't be going back to this location for a while. read more

Terrible post office. We get mail late. At least once a week we get a neighbors mail or they get ours to include my husband's RX from the VA which has happened on more then one occasion. I've complained, doesn't seem to do much good. The Supervisor has told me she'd look into my concerns and call back, well she never does. They need IG to come address their lack of competence. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVERRR!!! I normally go to the UPS off of Stockdale but because I moved I now use this one. They NEVER answer the phone! One time I called the office on Stockdale to ask them if there was anyone working at this office. Because no one was answering the phone all day!! When they do answer the phone they are so rude, short, and never call you back when they say they will. Today I called to ask about an order that was being delivered to my PO Box same day. I work the rest of the week and get off at 5pm and I work Mon- Saturday the following week so I really wanted to get my order. I was worried that because my PO box is small that I would get a slip and wouldn't be able to get my order for two weeks... Anyway. I call. They lady was short with me but nice enough to write down my tracking number and states she would call me back. 4:50 rolls around and still no call. So I drive there and make it by 4:58. I tried to get in line but one of the employees stood in front of me and demanded that I leave because it's 5pm. I told her that I was in before 5 and tried to explain to her that I called in advance and just need to get my package. She cut me off and told me to 'come back tomorrow'. I told her that I wasn't able to come in for two weeks due to work and just needed someone to get my package. She yelled 'your not going to get any service! That guy is our last customer!' Then she proceeded to grab blue tape and run it across my path between me and the line so I couldn't across it. I was in total shock and completely disgusted by her behavior! I asked to speak to the manager. She told me that no one was going to help me. And told me again 'to come back tomorrow'. I refused to leave. Eventually the manager came out. I told her what happened and she went to find my package. I didn't NOT appreciate the way I was treated at this office! Not a single bad experience at the office on Stockdale. I will NOT return if possible. That lady was a total butthole. I hope they do more lay offs. read more

I usually don't post things like this but I had to considering the horrible service I received. I have never been to this post office so I decided to go. One: the place is understaffed. When people are going to the post office they are not wanting to wait for 30 minutes in line. Two: I had to get one envelope weighed to get stamps. I waited in the stamp line for 15 minutes and when I get up there the associate rudely greeted me while looking down, not even looking at me: "how many stamps can I get you". She didn't ask how my day was or use friendly customer service in any way. I said I just need to weigh this then buy stamps. She hurriedly says oh you need to wait in the other line to get weighed. I saw right in front of me a scale. It would have taken 15 seconds for her to weigh my one envelope. Instead she says this. The other line was almost to the door. She did not say sorry for the inconvenience or anything like that. She clearly saw me waiting in line for a long time and then says that. If I knew her name I would say it but all I know is that she had long fake nails on. She was extremely rude. If I were this establishment I would not hire people with rude customer service. If it was possible for her to quickly weigh one envelope (which I know she could have) she should have serviced the customer. I will never go back to this post office. My family members have had terrible customer service while using this post office also. I would consider adjusting your staff if you want people to recommend this place. read more

I have always gone to this post office to mail out of state to my son with the Priority Mail kiosk until the machine had a mishap and didn't print label correctly. The clerk tried to be helpful but didn't give a tracking number, assured me that the package would make to my son for Thanksgiving but it never made it. The same attendant tried to help when she found out she didn't give me a tracking number but was unsuccessful at retrieving any shipment information. I contacted the manager regarding the unshipped package but instead of being sympathetic to my misfortune, she was rude, argumentative, made excuses, and claimed that the attendant did nothing wrong. She stated the only thing she could do was refund my shipping but not the $50 insurance that I paid for. I would have to submit a claim. It is disheartening that a manager that should be in control, wasn't, and had no concern for the consumer. Word of advice; Always get a tracking number and don't trust anything else!! read more
