Why do you guys like losing packages, with the pay you get it's a wonder our mail is handled that way

Like I said before TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First they mix up my mail with my neighbors, now my packages are being misplaced. This is the second time they lose my package. I'm starting to think they are doing it on purpose! Please do a better job. read more

I went to the pull up mail drop box at this location and someone put a sticky rat trap catching peoples mail it had 2 envelopes stuck to the rat trap someone set in there I advise to please get out and make sure your mail dropped all the way in I threw the trap away and safely put the other 2 envelopes in with mines people beware of the drop box at this location read more

Clerks were great! Management failed to provide enough clerks to cover the Christmas rush. Two hour wait for my transaction

so been there 3 times in last 2 weeks. Every time 1 teller with lines past the door. Today thought I was lucky with about 30 people in line but hey two tellers open so I thought stick it out. All the sudden the other teller disappears and doesn't come back. This place is the most mismanaged that i've ever seen. From now on drive the extra 20 minutes roundtrip to go to Grand. Never once saw it like this place is all the time. Someone there should lose there job. USPS has become so bad. They just keep raising prices on everything and then even have worse customer service then before. It should not have a 40-60 minute wait time for a teller. read more

I only wish there were a way to file a police report for theft of packages (or for gross negligence) from postal employees after you drop off a package. There is ZERO accountability for their mishandling of packages, whether lost or stolen, and good luck trying to get any real help. TL;DR - They lost a valuable package that I left with them for shipping. According to tracking, it never left the building. I paid $21 to ship a $250 guitar neck via Priority (I later discovered the base insurance only covers $50 - I never expected to need it - if I didn't trust their service, why would I use it?). I was given a receipt with a tracking # and was told it'd be delivered in four days. What could go wrong? Well, the package never went anywhere. The only tracking notice it ever received was when it was collected (as in when I dropped it off). Then, it disappeared off the face of the planet. I went in to ask about it after five days and the Asian guy behind the counter was absolutely the worst. I told him the size of the package (a 28" tube-like box) and he walked to the back to "look for it," only I could see him through the doorway and he picked up a couple small packages and what looked like a sweater before walking back out and saying he couldn't find it. He also argued with me about how long it should've taken to get delivered, claiming there's no way it would get there in four days for $21, as if I just decided to make up a story about when I expected it to get delivered. Ridiculous. I had to wait 7 days to file a missing mail claim, which went nowhere. No updates whatsoever. I went back in person one more time to ask for help in locating the package. A different guy looked for it for a couple minutes, and when I asked him why he thought it might have disappeared from that location, he said, "That's the mystery of the mail." Ummm. Then, after 30 days, I filed a claim to get reimbursed for the loss. Because I was only insured for $50, they sent a check for $67. Again, The neck was sold for $250 (which I had to refund to the guy who bought it from me), and I paid $21 to ship it, not including shipping supplies. I appealed and asked for $271. Of course, it was denied. I'm currently on my second appeal, which I expect will go nowhere. Personally, I think it's ludicrous that I would pay the post office $21 to ship a package and then have to eat the cost of the item when they don't follow through on their end and deliver the package. I already paid to have it shipped, why would I need to pay EXTRA to ensure that it gets there? WTF? Where's the logic in that? They straight up stole or lost it and now it's on me and I'm out $250. I won't be back. They lost my package and along with it my trust. read more

This is nearest post office to me, but I avoid it at all costs if I have to ship something in person. I'd rather wait and go to the one near my work in Anaheim. The two older men that are always working there ruin my day every time. I understand they may be overworked but come on, no need to be rude. THE WORST. I have been having issues with my letter carrier marking my packages "delivered" when they never showed up. Have been going back and forth with the manager Shawnee for three weeks now. She is extremely unprofessional, I'm still missing four packages and she blamed me for keeping a parcel locker key that I don't have. Very rude. My letter carrier wrote all over my mail and never got in trouble for it. The manager ignored this and defended the carrier. The citrus Corona post office has no remorse, remedies or plan to correct. In fact, the supervisor misdirects by suggesting to contact management at the Grand ave location. The neighborhood has written hundreds of letters to corona and Washington DC. Meanwhile we received a 10% rate increase in the past month or so. Drain the swamp. The post office is aware, will not correct, and refuses to reach out to the community. read more

This review is for Elvira. I've given her the benefit of the doubt, but I've had more than enough experiences with her to give a one star. She is rude and has no sense of what customer service is. We live in a new development where our mailboxes aren't set up yet, so we go to this post office weekly to pick up mail. Each time I've come to her, it's always something new. Some of the terrible experiences I've had include her refusing to release mail to me because my address doesn't match the address on my ID. Mind you, we JUST moved AND the post office is aware that residents from my area have to come and pick up the mail. As a matter of fact, one of the workers there actually lives in my area and has helped me out no problem because she is aware of the situation. The last time I went was just annoying, though. Every time I've gone to pick up mail, whoever was helping me gave me my mail AND packages. Elvira was getting my mail this last time and she came back with just mail, no packages. I then said, "I should have two packages that were held here," to which she responded "Well, you didn't tell me you had packages." WHAT?! Literally EVERY, SINGLE worker I've picked up mail from gave me all my mail no problem. This isn't the only time she's turned it around on me for her lack of service. All to say, I cannot wait until our mailboxes get set up because I don't ever want to see or speak to Elvira again. She is so rude and she sucks. read more

They need more people working here. They are always understaffed. The supervisor sits in the back while the 1 or 2 employees are swamped with customers. They are rude because I am sure they hate their job, go get a new one then. They are not helpful at all with any type of issue you have. They will give you one envelope and then you fill it out they ask if that is the way you want to send it and if you say no then they make you fill out something different. Got a PO Box here they gave me 1 of the 2 keys, went to get my other key and the guy said where is your receipt, I was never given a receipt because the guy who originally helped me taped it to my information for the lady who makes the keys to see it. He didn't believe me of course. They give attitude if you ask for tape or have a question of any kind. This is 1 of 2 post offices in town you think they would be grateful they have customers coming back. Not sure if the other office is any better. This Corona location use to be good, not sure what happened in the last few years. Someone really needs to get the employees more help and better attitudes. read more

Got a racist vibe from a man and woman (who were not white) working the counter. Why I say this? They blew me off and continued their superficial conversation amongst themselves while I stood waiting. When the man did call me over, no greeting no smile. Nothing. He told me I was using the wrong envelope and instructed me to go to the kiosk. As I'm at the kiosk, trying to figure out what to do, I can hear them yucking it up with "certain " customers. A line out the door! At least 30 customers waiting for the merely only 2 cashiers serving its patrons and no one else on duty. Not even "the pick up line" person. Totally disorganized. Truly horrible customer service. I was waited on by a Filipino lady with long hair. I wish I had of got her name. I was trying to renew my passport. She was so ridiculously rude to me during the process and treated me like an imbecile. I did not appreciate that from just asking general questions. Then she told me to move off to the side to fill out what needed to be done. I was left with so many questions as I did not really know what to do but was afraid to ask her because of her rudeness. Then another nicer employee came over asked me to go over to the side more so she could open up a window.I then let her know that I didn't know what to fill out and I needed help And that the lady prior was very unhelpful. I explained. Then the lady that was rude to me prior, immediately said oh come over here, dear and I will help you then she was just as nice as pie. It really ruined my whole day. If your dog escapes from your house in sight of a postal worker, you can pretty much forget about getting mail delivered from then on. My "vicious" cheagle (all 9 lbs of her, Beagle Chihuahua mix), and my son's equally terrifying humongous mutt of 15 lbs, aka queen of the kisser-lickers, raced out my opened front door during a chaotic incident going on inside. They get excited, but do not bite. My two barked at her. Little girl postal worker must have thought they would eat her. She was not our regular mail carrier. I saw her near the dogs, heard them barking, ordered them inside, and asked her if she was ok, (yes, she was) and did they bite her? She said very simply, "no", then as an afterthought, "Oh, by the way, I pepper sprayed them." That is when I noticed one of the dogs writhing in pain. Then she reported it to headquarters, and black listed us. And we get to choose: either 1) get rid of the dogs 2) rent a p.o. box, or 3) place a new mail box out by the curb (where the stream of not-so-well disciplined of Jr. High kids walk home from school each day bantering and tossing trash on our property). Accordingly, never ever in the next bazillion years will a postal service employee step foot on our property. I apologized to whomever would listen about my dogs' actions, but....has it ever occur to them that their mail deliverers could be mistaken for chopped liver by my or any loose neighborhood dogs, even from our "curb"? The carriers still use the same sidewalk, walking up and down the walkways leading to each of our adjacent neighbors' homes (and they all have dogs too) to deliver mail. The neighbor's mail boxes are closer in proximity to our house than our "new" one will be. So much for reasoning. Not likely that this will ever happen again, as we continue to keep those vicious dogs as well contained as they have been for the first 33 years we lived here, with no incidents. We spent over a $100 for a new, fancy schmancy mail box, with locking features. And we still beat their annual rental costs for a P.O. box, and the inconvenience of having to drive to get our mail. Yep. Very expensive dogs, but we still love 'em, and so do our meter readers, our contractors, and any other strangers who have had a need to get into our backyard. Talk about grudges. Don't let your dog piss them off. Consider yourself warned. In retrospect and for the record, I do appreciate, the two managers I spoke with, Karen and Mr. Nunez. Horrible service, always understaffed and rude. I came into the pick up line to pick up packages that didn't end up in my po box. There was a carrier staff helping out in the pick up line who closed the door and didn't communicate she was leaving. After that multiple people in the pick up line were ringing the bell to get assistance. No came up and we asked the other staff for help only to be redirected to the back of the line to wait by Lourdes. Mail has been lost here multiple times and wrong mail placed in my P.O. Box. Terrible service. Went to this office to return a package with a return qr code. Got to the front of line and was told that they cant scan the qr code because we dont know if its priority mail or not. Note we cant know what type of shipment it is unless its scanned. They told us to get out of line and we asked worker again a few minutes later. She told us to wait in line again so she can scan the code. We already waited over an hour the first time. I do not know who they employ at this post office, however, they are incredibly rude. Do not use the Pick Up A Package service. I scheduled a picked for 10AM and was charged $24 for an absolute no show. I called there and the representative was like, "what, can I help?!?! I was like, hi I was wondering when a postal worker was coming to pickup my package (Because I arranged a pickup online). She was like no one is coming until the mail carrier gets to your area. I replied, my pickup was at 10 AM. She was no one is coming because we don't have the manpower. And before I could ask another question, she says have a good day... and the call disconnects as I hear the phone slam against the dial button. I'm pissed...I'll be closing my PO Box for sure and going to UPS. read more

I called to check in on the status of my package cause on my tracking it showed a different zip code. From the beginning she was EXTREMELY RUDE. Was not friendly or welcoming at all. No wonder why she has numerous negative reviews written about her. She was constantly interrupt me and I was beyond patient and sweet to her until finally she gave me more attitude and told me my package was delivered to the correct place. Her tone was so condescending I started getting upset and she had the nerve to say I was the one with an attitude and she hung up on!!!!! Literally hung up on me. For someone who is supposed to be a "supervisor" that is not how you treat customers! I literally had to call back 10 more times and I knew she was intentionally ignoring my calls because on the 4th call, she literally sent me straight to voicemail. Finally I spoke with her again and not once did she apologize. She was beyond disrespectful and rude. I will file endless complaints about her through USPS corporate. People like her do not deserve a job especially if they are going to treat customers like crap. I'm so sorry you're such a loser and you're only working at USPS because that is probably the best you can do with your life but don't take out your nasty and miserably attitude onto others. I paid money for an Uber to come down so that I can have my PO Box. I come there and I show her the email and she looks at me with her nose scrunched talking about they don't do PO Boxes online. Well if that was the case the website would not offer it. It's only a select few locations that offer the inline service. Instead of trying to even assist me she told me "No" when I showed her the email. Just a straight trash supervisor and the staff is rude as ever. Your location will be getting a formal complaint. The clerks at the window are nice except a man named Noel. The guy is totally unfriendly. My wife had a run in with him too. Now she refuses to interact with him. All the other ladies that work the counter there are nice. I went in to mail a package and I got Noel. I asked if that was the lowest rate for the package and I could not understand his reply. So I asked him again and immediately he was getting annoyed. I had to ask him a third time before I finally figured out what he was trying to say. He was a total jerk!
