I've been going to this post office for years, but my recent visits have been consistently ruined by one particular clerk (blonde hair, short, heavier set, lip piercings) who seems to have made it her personal mission to make every customer feel unwelcome. She greets every interaction with a heavy sigh, eye rolls, and short, dismissive responses that make you feel like you're inconveniencing her just by existing. When I asked a simple question about tracking, she snapped back with 'If you don't know how it works, maybe you shouldn't be mailing things.' When another customer politely asked for clarification on a form, she literally rolled her eyes and muttered something under her breath. Her blank stare at me like I'm an idiot is haunting. Maybe check in on the welfare of your employees from time to time my god! The attitude is palpable, and it's not a one-off bad day--it's every single time I've seen her. Customer service at the USPS is already a challenge with long lines and limited hours, but having someone this consistently rude and unhappy behind the counter makes the whole experience miserable. It feels like she's actively trying to drive people away. This location desperately needs better training or staffing changes because one employee's perpetual bad mood is tarnishing the entire office. I'll be going out of my way to a different post office from now on--save yourself the headache and do the same. read more

There is only one person in there that I've seen smile and has been good help but I'm not sure what her name is. she's blonde. I hope for 2025. Everything about this post office is awful. You have a package that is said to be delivered only to wind up with a slip in your mailbox. When I went out there to get my package, it turned out that they didn't even put the package in their vehicle. Nope, just a slip, probably prefilled out with my details telling me I have to go the following day to the post office to pick it up. The drivers are just too lazy to put the package in their vehicle. It's sad on how badly the services truly are here. No wonder why people hardly like to use the Postal Service anymore. read more

The driver delivered the item they don't get off of a vehicle see that you have a gate in your house. It just leave it sticker saying that they deliver was mess and you had to go out of your way and find out where they left the package. It's so unprofessional that's the job to deliver the package on the door, but it seems like they don't comprehend understand how to do their job. That's why I would never use this shipping company. I decided to take the Jurupa Valley Post Office, 91752, to Small Claims Court in Corona, Riverside, CA. On January 22, 2025, I mailed a certified letter. On February 26, 2025, I did not receive the USPS Green Card Receipt (PS Form 3811) in my community mailbox; therefore, I had to go to the Post Office to inquire as to the status of the certified letter that I paid for. Long story short. The customer service at this Jurupa Valley PO stinks. My Small Claims court hearing is on June 23, 2025. I am in the process of moving, but have someone housesitting for me in Jurupa Valley. in the past 3 months, I have requested a hold mail 3x online, and received a confirmation, yet my mail continues to be delivered, and I am missing some mail according to Informed Delivery. I would not be concerned if it was a mistake once, but after the third try, it is obvious that this location has no clue how to honor a hold mail request, both online and in person at the branch. if someone could remedy the situation, not only for myself, but for others, it would be a blessing! Just wanted to say that this is the 3rd Time I receive a different addresses mail, and seems like who ever is delivering doesn't make sure they turn in the mail to the correct Address. I received important documents that were left at my neighbors mail box and was worried that my information would be stolen since it was tax papers. This post office is garbage. The employees and supervisors have zero sense of urgency. Even when the line is 15 plus people the supervisor doesn't help at the counter. Also filthy in there. After waiting over 30 min in line they couldn't even offer a piece of tape to put a label on a package, instead they wanted me to buy tape for 4$. Government employees for you. If I could give this office a ZERO I would. I had the absolute worst experience at this office. I come here EVERY SINGLE DAY for my small business. The post master Jodi or Jody and the associate Angelica are the absolute worst. I mail at least 10 packages ( sometimes more ) a day and I always get helped greatly by the other associates. Today I walk in and Angelica gives me an attitude because I came with alot of packages. She said if I have more than 5 boxes I can't get a receipt and I need to leave my packages on table. I NEVER leave my business on a counter without proof of dropping off. They made me wait on the side for the post master to tell me it takes too long to scan in 10 packages and give me a receipt as a paying customer. I argue with him stating what kinda business tells a customer who's paid over $50 for labels that they arent allowed to take that many packages with a receipt. After 5 mins of arguing he sent me back to the same register to scan them and give me a receipt. Waste of time and racial profiling me. As a black man it's hard enough out here, all I'm trying to do is make a living with my business and the United States postal service can't even give me a receipt. Ridiculous. read more

Zero customer service. They made a mistake and shipped to the return address instead of ship to. I took receipt to show and they still refused to fix situation. Rude a$$ woman at this branch!!! Probably like the 2nd customer of the day on a Saturday and I accidentally entered thru the exit in the parking lot. Granted, my bad but there was 1 car in the lot- parked with no one in sight. So I park, I enter the office and the first thing I'm told is "next time use the entrance. Where you entered that's an exit!" Ummmmm ok.... didn't realize it was that big of an issue when there was no one around. So I drop off my package and she comes out to tell me the weight is wrong. This is not a complaint that the weight was incorrect since that's on me... but her demeanor, her delivery and her tone were just foul. Grab a lesson in customer service woman! We obtained a P.O. Box here it took them 2 1/2 months to deliver mail to the P.O. Box. They are to put a slip in your P.O. Box to deliver any items that go to your address and they returned ALL THE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS WE ORDERED. We called the POST MASTER GENERAL and are working with them to get this taken care of their number is (800)275-8777, if you ask to report this they will not give you their number, This their mail managing of the mail number. The postman is always giving us someone else's mails. We have to put back mails for our neighbors back in the mailbox to be forwarded almost everyday. We also miss mails or the packages are delayed for weeks sometimes that we have to ask and track it in person and were sent to our neighbor's. The postman needs to be retrained or something. Not to mention he's also taking the promo coupons from retail stores because the card would be missing but s/he still has the nerve to leave the envelope in the mailbox. read more

The only reason I am giving two stars is because the people who work inside the post office are always helpful and fantastic when trying to correct the carrier's mistake. That said, our carrier makes so many mistakes that it is almost unbelievable. I have had to call or go down to the post office so many times because of her error. I've never had an issue with things coming directly from Amazon, but almost always have an issue when Amazon ships through USPS. Had I known the item which prompted me to write this review was coming USPS, I wouldn't have ordered it. This post office is horrible, along with manager Jessica Vargas' customer service. After many runarounds about my concerns regarding a never received package that they claimed was "delivered." I ordered an item through Amazon the first time. USPS claimed to have had it delivered, yet I never received it. I called Amazon, and they able to refund my money back and had me re-order the item. The second time around, the item was never received again!! I went to the post office to check the status, they stated it was once again left in my mailbox (mind you I have a lock on my mailbox, so only mail that is allowed in the slot are envelopes not bulkier items which is what it was), but the item was never received. Jessica didn't seem to care or seemed to address my concerns to talk to the mail carrier regarding this issue. The issue was never resolved and had me go back to report the problem to Amazon. read more

Our delivery person is horrible as he has delivered mail to the wrong box multiple times, we gotten our neighbors mail countless times, has left a key for our parcel box in our neighbors box multiple times; found packages in unlock box meaning someone else had the key in their box to open the parcel for our things! I've been using this post office branch since 1980. In the past few years I've seen service go way down, and this can't be blamed on Covid or on politics. I've had Amazon packages returned without any attempt to deliver, but they lie and say they couldn't deliver. I have cameras that dispute this. I've had carriers leave my package on top of my mailbox rather than walk it to my door. I've had them leave a note in my mailbox saying they needed a signature for delivery but no one was home...I watched them from my window as they wrote the note and never left their truck. I've found my mail in the gutter, and who knows how that happened since I have a locking mailbox. And now the staff inside the post office have decided they get a free pass from covid to be rude. I've seen them snap at customers and tell them to move back etc. I hear them barking orders to move up and out of the way. Let's keep in mind these people are CUSTOMERS and should be treated with respect. Let's also not start acting like we can't use alternative methods to send things. It's time to send out another survey to local residents. It's time for entitled employees to stop making the hard-working ones look bad. read more

Horrible experience with an employee AND the person-in-charge. Long story short, they have an employee there who gets her "jollies" out of intentionally lying and misleading patrons. I went there to retrieve a certified mail that I had missed during the the scheduled delivery, but she told me my package was not there because it was still in the mail carrier. She then proceeded to tell me that it will be re-delivered "tomorrow" at around 12:30pm. That statement sounded funny to me because as I had already looked at my missed delivery notice, there was nothing that indicated that it would be re-delivered. I asked her if she was sure, and she said yes. So, I stayed home all day the next day, determined not to miss the re-delivery. After all, the contents of that package were very valuable and important items that my mom will be taking with her to the Philippines. Well, the re-delivery never came. Needless to say, my mom had to leave for the Philippines without them. I went back to the post office the very next business day and asked why the re-delivery never came. The same employee pretended to be shocked and even mumbled under her breath that it should have been re-delivered. It was at this point that I had informed her of just how crucial it was that I received the package by that Saturday since it was bound for the Philippines early the next Monday for my brother's wedding. I had also asked to speak to the supervisor. I gave him the account of what happened, and how the re-delivery never came. He then told me that the re-delivery could not have happened because I would have needed to contact them to re-schedule it. And, there it was! My big proof that that psycho employee of theirs flat out lied to me...and because I know that she knows the process of getting a certified mail re-delivered all too well, there is no other explanation as to why she completely misinformed me. The supervisor wasn't much help, either. He did not make any attempts or efforts to rectify the situation even after knowing how his employee lied to me. I even gave him the opportunity to do so by suggesting that they send the package internationally at not no expense to me, but he blatantly refused to. I was utterly astounded by his arrogant behavior! I had to get out of there before I started behaving in a way that would make me look like a raving lunatic, but I was livid! But, I am in the process of taking it up with my postmaster general. Both that psycho liar of an employee and her quote-unquote supervisor are deserving of a much needed disciplinary action. read more
