Like every thing els in Moreno Valley this is the worst post office ever. I got the wrong mail and did not receive my mail so I called this place and line was always busy, what they only have one phone. I drove to the post office to wait 30 min in line and the guy in the red vest was not being very nice to anyone. When it was my turn I asked to complain to someone about my problem and he told me to fill out a form they will probably throw away. I asked him why I cannot get through on the phone. He told me because the line must be busy that's funny I don't see any one on the phone around there. This place is in desperate need of training on customer service and phone system that if its busy you can leave a message. A lot of things in Moreno valley could be better with the right people running them and this post office is top on the list. I give it minus 5 stars. read more

Complete breakdown of customer service. Clerks admit to taking local ph (951)656-9720 off the hook when it's late or they are "too busy ". The 800 # said wait time of 20 min. An hour later they answered but could not contact local po to resolve issue, only able to take complaint. While on hold I dropped off dry cleaning, picked up parts at Home Depot, took care of HOA business and shopped at grocers. If I had known nobody would answer I would've driven to the main po to try to find my mail . I will certainly give all the business I can to fed ex and ups to the total exclusion of the po. This is actually a decent/good post office. There's just one person here who ruins it for them. This guy is always rude and always taking advantage of people that don't know much about shipping. I come here at least twice a week and whenever someone besides him helps me, everything is great. But when he helps me I get charged ridiculous amounts of money. When I mail out a plain manilla envelope he always up charges me for a package fee, this last time my husband was there with me and called him out. He was totally guilty and making excuses for himself. Talking about he doesn't want something coming back on him if it's wrong. I told him the prior 10 times I came other people charge me for a large envelope when I mail out the same documents. He said they are wrong and he doesn't know he helped me. Then he told me he could charge me for a large envelope fee but most likely it would be returned to me and he seemed argumentative and angry about it. So I declined, it was business related and I didn't need it "getting lost" This guy is an African American man and had a cast on his arm when I last went. By far, the worst United States post office. I moved to different states, transferring mail and correcting address left and right. I've been in my current home for 3 years, and this post office can never get it right. They keep sending me other people's mail, they can never get my notes I leave, they always have an attitude including the delivery man. How hard is it to place things in the correct slot? My tax dollars are at waste with this office. On top of everything, my mailbox got broken into, I went to the post office to pick it up, and they said, "we can't find your mail, we've been having issues with the route. The original delivery man had been off." So you're telling me, you're not informing your employees who are covering for other routes, other than their own? Management needs to be held accountable. On more than one occasion I receive mail in my mailbox that doesn't belong to me. I already reported this some time ago and it's still happening. This is unacceptable for many reasons. It may be something confidential and the person receiving it will open it by mistake. It happened to me once. I opened my neighbors' mail and when I started reading it, it didn't make sense to me so I realized it didn't belong to me. Of course I forwarded it to my neighbors and apologized for opening it. Another reason is maybe the person receiving it will just toss it and doesn't bother to give it to the rightful owner. On one occasion I didn't receive my Waste Management bill and I was charged a penalty for not paying it . I never received the bill. read more

I came in during a very busy lunch time to mail some water filters, I was greeted by a young friendly gentleman asking if I needed help he assisted me from beginning to end with a smile and was multi tasking assisting other customers always with a smile. This place is plain stressful. I have a po box here and now, I'm not able to check my mail past 8pm. The usps website states 24/7 lobby hours, but a printed paper on the door says otherwise. I do not drop off any mail outside because of theft, so I always drop it off inside. I've been trying to drop off some Bill's for the past 2 weeks, but have been unsuccessful because by the time I'm off work and rushing to the post office its closed by the time I get there. Very annoying! The staff here is also very rude and love to belittle their customers. Very sad how they treat customers just because they don't know certain processes. Our mail lady is always distributing mail to the wrong people. I always get my neighbor's mail or packages or I get mail from people not even near me. Our mail box was recently broken into and we keep getting told that they're going to replace our mailboxes, but haven't done so. And to top it off our mailboxes are so old and rotted and falling apart, but still theres been a long delay to replace them. We have to pick up our mail at the post office and that takes up to an hour sometimes. So ridiculous! read more

I have been dealing with this post office for two months now. I was living with my sister until my home was ready and I had problems with mail delivery at her house. I was told my mail was not arriving because the household had a different last name, however my sister gets 5 different people's mail ALL the time. They NEVER answer the phone, it always sounds busy and their facility is dirty. The windows have finger prints all over them and the trash cans are most often overflowing. I brought to their attention that their phone always has a busy tone and the person I told shrugged and said she was aware. She stated it is because the people in the back are too busy or no one is back there to answer the phone. I brought this to another worker's attention on a different occasion and the same thing happened. I submitted comments on the survey one gets on the receipts and nothing has changed. I moved into my new home and have been there for two weeks now and I STILL don't have any mail. The carrier has not come to our neighborhood at all. I am very disappointed that these people just don't care. I only put one start rating because I had to, otherwise I wouldn't have given them one at all. read more

A complete joke. We mail out a large volume of mail daily and unfortunately it gets processed at this location. They don't scan a LOT of our mail (we do postage via Stamps so everything is pre-stamped), they lose our mail, and you can't get a hold of them. We have sent multiple items abroad only to have them sent back to us the next day because they can't read the "TO" and "FROM" boxes correctly. I mean, come on? Really guys? It is no wonder the whole system is broke, this post office alone could be the cause. read more

With a printed piece of paper with one inch letters for guidance. There is no actual manufactured sign with text large enough to be read at the door. read more

This post office doesn't even deserve one star, but I have to give them one in order to place this review, Especially the mail deliverer personal everyone out there needs to know about this nightmare experience, and be careful when purchasing on line Last month I purchased an item for a Christmas present I was checking my trucking on the expected delivery day, but when it showed delivered I checked my mail box and it wasn't there, so I called the post office, for a few days kept going to message box every time, finally I was able to talk to a supervisor and I was told that my item was delivered at the wrong house, she told me that she was going to get it back for me, days and weeks went by without any news, finally after a few weeks she told me that the package was lost, and they could not help me, and I needed to file a complain at different office, I did submitted the complaint to this other office, but after many phone calls and over two weeks waiting they told me that they can't help me because they are not responsible for any lost packages and the mail deliverer was told that she made a mistake but legally that was all they could do to her, and I was the one that will end up losing all my money. I think this mail deliverer knows how to work the system by keeping packages and know that will get away with it and we are the ones paying for it. ....... read more

Since they have redone their line protocols this place stinks!! The main lobby has been reserved for any transactions requiring payment, today three clerks and a supervisor were working four counter stations with an average of a six minute wait for the customers. Meanwhile, the single window in the foyer was reserved for non-payment transaction (package pick-ups, address changes, questions, etc). One slow moving clerk with no help handled all the transactions. The line backed up averaged 20 people with a wait of 1 hour and twenty minutes! What genius thought up this system? No wonder the Postal Service is losing money. read more

It is not large enough to accommodate the entire city, use is as the last resort because it is always crowded and parking is limited. The best thing would be to go to the contractor down the street located inside of the rental storage place but it has limited hours. read more

I have been buying toys from a seller (who shall be named unknown) who lives in California.I have been noticing my packages go to this USPS A LOT!My packages keep getting stuck there and I am very disappointed.The first time it happened i emailed the USPS near my area to file a claim of a missing package.The second i did it my package started moving.This is the second time and my package hasn't moved since 5/27/15 and was estimated to be at my house by 5/29/15 (Today)!So where the heck is it?I would think a package would be simple to track, but i guess not.I am very disappointed and fear that it could be lost. read more

This is the worst business in the state. Not only do you have to stand in line(s) for in-Godly amounts of time. Packages that are supposed to be scanned at the facility often are not scanned at all. This has a negative affect on people who use the usps for their business (i.e. eBay, Amazon, etc.) when a package is not scanned the company (in parenthesis) blames the shipper when in reality it is the post workers error or laziness. Even talking with supervisors or complaining to the postmaster general makes no difference. One supervisor even told me that the clerk at the counter can refuse to accept your mail/packages for any reason he/she can think of, this happen in MoVal once and once in Anaheim (on Ball, just outside Disneyland). If there was any other way of shipping our packages at a decent rate, you can be sure I would be right there immediately.
