I was told to step to the side and wait, and heard the desk agent page a supervisor over the loudspeakers. I waited over five minutes, and when the drop-off line had waned, I asked the guy who paged, "Where is the supervisor? Is she on lunch?" He went back to go see, and came back and assured me, she would be there momentarily. He said it was his fault. What does that mean? I waited at least another five minutes when a woman who I had seen walking around and joking with other employees slowly walked up to assist me. I told her I had seen her walking around and asked why it took so long for her to help me. She told me, "I forgot" and offered no apology at all. I expect I made at face at that, because, what?! I'm standing there plain as day. I asked her name (Ms. Flowers) and she told me something about an issue with the regular supervisor, and she is the Postmaster. Good for her, and I said as much. I don't care who I was talking to, I just needed things sorted. She thought I was being snarky and gave long silences and looks before answering during conversation. So bizarre. She gave me the answers and mail I needed but the interchange was not pleasant. I wish today had been a better experience. Customer service 101: just say you are sorry for a mix up and get on with it. Don't expect it here from the Postmaster Ms. Flowers.

She didnt appear to know where to look. I had to go to the Plymouth post office and while I was there the clerk handed me a bunch of the forms. I then took them back to Livonia. I have not had good experiences with this post office. In the past the mailboxes would be so full that you could literally grab excess mail from the mouth of the box. They are good at apologizing for your wait in line time even if you didnt wait long.

Just connect me to Novi p.o. But no. Here come all the questions the first automated wanted. After 10 min, she finally gave me the number to the Novi Post Office, after the address and hours. So I called the number, listened to the address and hours, got put on a hold and after ringing for what seemed like an eternity, got disconnected! I'M NOT A HAPPY PERSON! HORRIBLE!!

On two occasions I came back several days later than projected. When I went to the post office to pick up my mail a male employee said he check and then told me I checked the box to deliver my mail on the last day of my projected vacation, which was a LIE. This third time, they included the card I filled out, which clearly stated that I would be picking up my mail. So with that documentation in hand, of which I scanned. I filed a formal complaint and will be talking to the Canton, MI Supervisor shortly, providing her a copy of the hold card and the complaint serial number.

This review is for Northville UPS office on Cadycentre.  I…read moremade a notary public appointment earlier this week.  I received email confirmation.  I called and confirmed a few days ago.  I received another email at 5 AM today from UPS confirming the 1 PM appointment (5/23). When I showed up at 1 PM on the dot, I was told the Notary had just left for break and wouldn't be back for 25 minutes.  I informed them I had an appointment and it was confirmed.  I showed the mail confirmation. The staff texted and called him. They said it went straight to voicemail. The notary walked in around 1:30 PM after I waited for 30 minutes.  No apology, no anything.  I was charged the notary fee.   I usually do not complain about much, but this experience was completely unacceptable.  Mistakes happen, but making a customer wait 30 minutes when they had an appointment, not responding to texts or calls from his coworkers, I was shocked at the lack of responsibility, professionalism, and customer service..  Then to not receive a waiver of the $10 fee or at least an apology is unbelievable. Incredibly disappointed with this UPS store.

So I went here thinking about $40 out the door. With insurance the young man in the Northville UPS store said $80 to ship! I quoted the online price and he said this price included some sort of "warranty" and that the online rate must have been incorrect. They rip you off here IMO. We took the package to UPS service counter in Livonia and shipped it for $34.40 with $1800 insurance! I also had another experience with an electronic item a few months ago. Where it was well over $100 for what Fedex charged $80 I believe it was. Stay away.

It's small, but efficient and they provide all the necessary services that you need at a small local post office. There is limited parking on the side and front of the building, but it's pretty infrequent that there's a long line inside either. It's just a nice small local post office that gets the job done.

Free shipping boxes and mailers, great business rates, personal service, care in handling packages, etc. I have yet to have a lost or damaged package that was shipped via USPS, and I ship thousands. I cannot say the same about their competition when I occasionally use them for extremely heavy or large shipments. The New Hudson USPS is rather small, but their level of service exceeds all of the dozen or so other post offices I've visited from time to time. I would highly recommend them
