The address for this location is 15701 Sherman Way. Van Nuys, CA 91409. Your box number is your unit number. They are able to accept deliveries from UPS and other carriers that previously would not deliver to a PO Box. For the PO Box section, they have extended hours up until 8 PM Monday through Sunday. This is a lot more versatility than before. I had a choice of going with this location or the UPS store and I chose this location because it's closer to the business that I'm starting. Prices are comparable with USPS being just a little cheaper. I think I can easily recommend this location. Edit is still a post office with all the postal services. This location even offers passport services.

If you need a label printed, they can easily scan your QR codes at the counter. On top of shipping, they have a great setup with an inside ATM, post office boxes, birthday cards, mailing boxes, and pretty much every shipping supply you could need in one spot. The lady who helped me was incredibly sweet, but had a very thick accent so I had a hard time understanding her. Overall, it was a smooth, easy, and delightful visit. Compared to the crowded Sherman Way location, this post office is night and day--so much quieter and faster. I have been here on 2 separate occasions and have found it to have great customer service. I don't think it is a full post office service location as this was the closest location to my house yet my package pick up location would be the post office on white oak. Most recently I came here to ship a package and I was in and out in less than 5 min, and that was with 3 people in front of me as soon I stepped in line. There were 3 cashiers working and they moved efficiently. I needed to send my package through media mail with a tracking number and it cost me a little over $5. I know other people would go to a 3rd party to avoid the post office, but I don't mind and would gladly come to this location again. The parking can be a bit difficult at time with dunkin donuts in the same lot, but I parking in a 15 min space and had no issues.
