Our babies formula got "lost in transaction". Apparently made it to the store, and got lost going to the truck. "LOST" the driver couldn't be spoken with because he's "no longer with them" so we can't even figure out where an 8lb package disappeared. The only solution that came out of this witches mouth was "shes assuming the package didn't make it to the truck" and "the only thing you can do is write to a survey for your missing package." Both manager and clerk 05 did not have name tags on to identify them but I'm still leaving a review because I was treated unfairly. I went into this USPS to mail two items and was told "next time come with the items packaged, we don't have packaging for you." When I inquired if usps was a packaging an shipping store, this same cashier (05)became rude and dismissive the manager approached the register and did not offer an apology, solution or reason and condoned his behavior. She agreed with her employee and told me to come with the items packaged. She was also rude and very dismissive. Within 2 months, 3 times our mail was lost and stolen. Our checks were washed and cashed under different names. We ended up paying penalties on our credit card bills and stop check fees. Small post office with a big parking lot. Luckily this location is not super busy and you can get in and out fairly quickly. There are limited hours as they close at 3PM every day. But overall a good post office to get your package out. read more

I would give minus stars if possible. The people working here have no respect for others time or money. I got double charged for a return package that was an online generated return label. This USPS called me to resolve issue after I had complained with customer service and after that basically said they were right and I was stupid as I can't read. My online label created had clearly price adjusted on basis of weight difference and these guys charged me 3 times for the same in cash when they had nothing to do with the return label. Horrible service. They never pickup the phone. You can make multiple phone calls, the phone will ring and ring, and no one there ever picks up! Furthermore, they have the nerve to pretend that they are short-staffed. No, they're not. I would avoid this post office at all cost. If you are in a hurry, you can be sure of 2 things: you won't find parking, and there is always a huge lineup. Where all of these people park? Slow and rude service, and very disorganized. If you want to walk in here when you're 30 and leave when you're 80 this is the place for you! I've been here 5 times in the last two weeks to buy some stamps and each time after waiting for 15 minutes have left because nobody wants to wait 15 minutes for stamps. If there is a single person ahead of you in line you will likely be waiting for at least that long. If you have time to spare and don't mind then you shouldn't have any issues. The package was paid for and sent but it had the wrong address. They returned it back to me but in order to pick it up I had to pay the cost of postage for them to return it to me. Then I would have to pay for postage to send it back. The total cost for a small box would have been 34 dollars total to resend it. Huh? I would have been mad but ok paying once to send it back but one time for her to hand me the package. Label it. Then pay again to send it. I asked doesn't that seem strange that I have to pay a total of three times? Her response was. You should have paid to send it express rather then regular mail. Long story short. This place STOLE my PACKAGE!!! I had a really important electronic item arriving on Monday that I really needed to train with on THURSDAY. On Sunday I get an alert that my item was " delivered ". Wait Postal Office works on a Sunday?! First red flag. Secondly, it was supposedly dropped off to a resident. Really?! Let me see that signature! We were home at that time, viewed all 3 cameras and NOTHING! Then I submit a case online and the postmaster contacts me after I blew up their phone line. Violet seemed to care and said she would investigate. At first she was good on communication and kept me updated. It's been almost a week since she said she was going to review the neighbors footage and I haven't heard back. Oh yea, I forgot to mention the courier told the postmaster that they had "delivered" the item to a neighbor down the street and stated he left it on the porch table. Wait, didn't the updates and tracking say " left with resident?!" Second red flag!!!!! Also, it doesn't take a genius to know NOT to leave an item on plain sight for everyone to see!! I seriously think this was internal theft! Only reason I gave them 2 stars was because postmaster did go out of her way to contact us at first and search neighbor's trash. Other than that, be careful if you have expensive and important items being shipped through the post office and demand amazon NOT to contract them as they can barely keep up with their own packages!!! Either way, I contacted amazon and they've gone ahead and informed apple our item was lost/ stolen. This post office is very limited and has bad parking. Is not like other post offices where the PO box area is linked to the main area. The main area is very limited and tiny. You have to wait in line to even get access to any shipping materials like boxes or envelopes but at least the people that work there were nice, but unless you have to go there. BECAREFUL when dropping off packages at this location. There's a plastic tub on top of counter where you leave your packages. This place is so small that every package left there is reachable. There was a notification that more money was required to send this package to the recipient once it reached California because photo albums do not count as media. I sent some of my husband's ex wife's books and albums to return to her thinking it was all media. Imagine my surprise when it cost almost four times what i had already paid or it would be placed in "dead letters" I called the service center where I gave information to have the post office call me. Because of the frequency and number they have to be stolen from the truck or at the branch. Very scary for the once outstanding service to go to a barely adequate un trusted government service. This is the worst Post Office in USA The all office area is 170 square foot, full with angry people that sometimes don't smell that good. There is always one employee, usually taking her time and work extra slow. The people who comes here are either picking up packages or complain of lost mail. OMG. IF THERE IS A WAY TO GET MY STUFF DELIVERED TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE PLACE ME ON TOP OF THAT LIST. I had a package arriving from Australia on the 20th of February, three days after I check the status because I hadn't received it on the tracking information it stated that it went out for delivery on the 20th but there was an alert that indicated it was never delivered. Worst, I had two gifts sent from two different people and none was received by me. Both said delivered so they asked me if I got my gift and I said no. Two people had to re order their gifts again and still waiting on one. Why is our packages saying delivered and we never get them, why aren't they having us sign to make sure so they can track. After waiting a week for UPS to deliver my package, the day it was to be delivered, they passed it off to USPS. Several days later it arrives here at this Post Office. Online status states it was received and is awaiting approval and that was a week ago (literally). My regular mail lady checked for me and said there's nothing there for me. Most likely it was lost. I ordered a betta fish on eBay and had asked the package be placed on hold at my local post office when it arrives so I can pick it up. Big mistake with this place. They don't know how to press a simple button after scanning a parcel to notify me it's being held and ready to be picked up. Instead they scanned it as out for delivery and brought it back to the post office for "address verification" because the address was incomplete even though that same day they delivered other parcels and mail for me. So my poor betta fish basically got stuck at the post office for an extra day and I couldn't pick it up because it was out for delivery but they didn't deliver it, and ended up dying. This whole thing could have been avoided if you either held it at the office in the first place like you were supposed to or deliver it if you already had it on you. It's not that hard to press a button on the scanner to notify me it's being held. I had to find out myself that I could pick it up because it didn't say so on the tracking page and this office doesn't like to answer their phone. Told me I was yelling at her which I didn't, but by my account the treatment against me gave me grounds to do so! Indeed she conflated me with her, so she has pronoun reversal problems or major repressed anger for her customers. Oh wait, who gives a Flying &^$( about customers. It's the Post office. Silly me!!! You can tell how Shay postures sitting sideways and the nearing end of shift that NO *&$#@s are to be given by to her even if you were to tell her that 2+2 = 4. I even told her to READ the actual thing that USPS sent me. She refused because she has an ego even though she cannot do this remedial job that any compulsory 8th grade inner city schooler can do. With a dereliction of their duty to deliver, they still wouldn't offer me a refund even though I showed them concrete proof of their bureaucratic ineptness .
