If I could give this post office 0 stars I would! I absolutely HATE this one and the staff here also suck ass! Every time I have been here the line is out the door, the workers barely speak English ( so how can you help me!?!?) and service itself is just BAD. Came here one time to take passport photos and still had at least an hour before they closed and waited in line, by the time I had gotten to the cashier it was about 30 minutes before closing. So the woman at the counter proceeds to tell me "ah,no photo!" no photo?wow, really. So she tells me that the man who does the passport photos is on his lunch and she doesn't know what time he will be back. So she thought this was going to be enough to brush me off and take the next person in line, NOPE! So I kept asking questions about waiting for him and so on so she kept on saying "oh ah, no photo,he at lunch,no photo!" by then, my patience had ran out so I proceeded to ask her if someone else could take my photos and she said no he's the only one who could take the photo. I asked for the supervisor because I didn't understand how they had 30 minutes left of their shift and this man took a lunch and on top of that, he is the only person capable of taking the photos for everyone. The manager comes out finally and he has major attitude and he starts to yell at me stating that I need an appointment for passport! Since hey barely spoke English I'm assuming they couldn't understand it as well BECAUSE I WASN'T COMING FOR A PASSPORT, I ONLY NEEDED A PHOTO FOR MY PASSPORT! Dumb ass! So of course, I yelled back at everyone in the post office (mind you,I get embarrassed at things like this so for me to GO OFF IN THE POST OFFICE, is bad) stating hat this is their job and maybe they should train other people on how to take a photo for a passport and how are they going to let someone take a lunch when they are about to get off?!?! So after all of this,the supervisor says to me to go to Walgreens and get them done. I did this and returned to send off the other items I needed to send and when I returned the supervisor was at the door closing it on my face.lol I told him he told me to go to Walgreens and now I'm back, he still pulled the door closed and pointed to the sign that says the hours.jerk! I live close to this post office so it's convenient but they are not good with the mail either. If I have packages sent to my house the postman MIGHT leave a notice staying I have a package and they will redeliver another day...I never get my package or even another notice..EVER. They have shipped my items back to the sender and don't even give me a notice. I have complained about the service at this location several times online and even spoke to someone on the phone but this doesn't change anything because it's still the same...BAD! Have to award 1* just to write comments here. Should actually be minus one million plus for the continued incompetence of our mail carrier(s). I don't know why this person or persons is even gainfully employed still. They have consistently lost other residents' mail by dumping it in our mailbox. Now they have lost our recorded deeds that were mailed by the county assessor's office since beginning of November 2018! In addition, it's we who will have to request copies of these deeds costing us $34. Which we already had paid in the original fees to our attorney when they filed them in person originally, but because of this stupid mail carrier (or carriers) it's we who have to pay for it all over again. And this foolish, incompetent person continues to get a salary for being the idiot that he/she/they is/are. But what is surprising really when you see the types of people the USPS employs nowadays. Some don't even bother to wear the USPS uniform anymore preferring to dress in street clothes. Others are either decrepit and old or so young they look like they're in high school. read more

Can I give the employees of this office a negative 5? USPS, FIRE ANNA AND NELLY. Horrible, horrible and more horrible attitude, zero professionalism and zero customer service and lazy as heck. Every time I go to this post office, I receive the worst service ever, especially when Anna and Nelly are behind the counter. I hate the service I receive so much that I not only want them to be fired, I want to squeeze lemon juice in their eyes and make these women cry! read more

The employees here are terrible. I don't know how they can land the jobs at this post office. They think they own the post office and do whatever they want to do. Completely act like barbarians, seriously US government, the government is wasting money hiring these people. read more

I usually come around 2pm-4pm and the staff has always been quick and sincerely friendly, which makes for a great experience. I appreciate the work that our post offices do especially in the holidays, but this branch is hands down my favorite! read more

I dont like this place. The service is slower than other post offices, and the staff acts unprofessionally.

Oh, and the employees leave their personal cars parked all day in the 10-min parking on the corner!

Friendly, hard working, very fast. The lines go quickly and the staff is personable.
