The appointment was made and the instructions stated that we would need to arrive 10-15 minutes early and needed to have all of the proper documentations readily on hand. I left work early and gave myself time to navigate here while toting my 2 year old. What I was met with was a very short employee who directed me to stand off to the side while he helped outer patrons. The wait was long especially if you are factoring in an extremely antsy child who can't seem to stay still for too long. I was eventually helped by Ja. My job had me in the West San Jose area, and I wanted to drop off an Ebay order I had to ship. I pre-labeled the package, and ideally I wanted to hand it to a clerk. So I go inside the lobby, and there's no clerks at the counter. Customers are just standing around waiting. Oh well, I decided to just drop it in the lobby dropoff. It's a somewhat medium sized post office. It has mail boxes, self serve kiosk, and limited parking in the lot. There's a huge yellow zone at the curb on the street.
