I took a look online for process and to no surprise as all other government offices, appointments were months out. I did a quick google search for non appointment options and found Eastridge Post Office welcomed non appointments. I waited about (2) hours in line as there were a mixture of appointments and non appointments. Once I was up, the process was seamless and Harry was professional and delightful to speak with. He answered all my questions in some of the areas I left blank on the application and he worked as quick as he could to get everyone taken care of. Definitely an efficient multitasker. Anyone coming here to get help with processing your passport, I'd say downloading or filling out the application ahead of time helps with the process and bring your photos and all supporting documents to make it quick and easy.

I've rarely had a good experience with USPS - it's a Federal job and employees seem to just work there for the benefits and dislike their job. We had an issue with our PO Box that we've had for 2 years. My wife and I are both listed on the PO Box, but a recent delivery addressed to my wife's name was undeliverable. When we arrived, the front desk person Maria was very helpful and knew exactly what the issue was. She made sure the our PO Box was updated so we will never have this issue again in the future (seem to be an oversight when we signed up a year ago). PSA: When signing up for a PO Box, make sure all names that you have on the application are actually printed out by the person taking your application so there's no issues in future deliveries.

They made me purchase tape here. When I tried to use someone else, they said that I couldn't do that because they purchased "priority" tape. If you can avoid it, go to a different location.

Every time I come to the post office I realize just how little I know about how to ship items…read more (certified mail, insurance, media mail, etc.) but the staff here are full of knowledge and very helpful. I love that this location stays open until 5, unlike other offices around town. There is a full size parking lot, so parking is never an issue. Unless you visit an hour before close, you will rarely be met with a line. Additionally, there is a user friendly self service kiosk located just outside the customer service area.

If you're coming to get fingerprints of any sort, don't. Mine were rejected because they were done…read moreincorrectly, I had to redo them numerous times and paid over $60, more than I ever have before to get them done for it to not even work. This may be a unique situation but I've never had fingerprints done the way they were here, there are a number of other places to get them done in Morgan Hill so I would suggest elsewhere!
