I've stopped by this place a couple times last month to send out both Christmas cards and Passport renewal. Both times, it was quite quick. I may have waited once as there was one person in front of me, but after they resolved their sending, it was in and out for me in terms of payment. Both times there's a lovely lady who helped me out with a smile. Parking can be a hassle as there's only a small lot, and be careful because folks don't look when they come out of their spots. I've gotten hit almost a couple times as people quickly pulled out of their spots. But I think that's just something to be cautious of when in a parking lot. Otherwise, nice to have a small spot to help with my postal needs.

I tried to stop her from yelling. I told her to stop talking over me. I tried to maintain my composure, until I just hung up on her. Besides them being lazy, they're rude too.

I also booked the chapel for 20mins , which has minimum 20 guests other than me and my husband, for the ceremony. Along with license, the chapel booking has a fee. The wedding was a smooth experience. I got the license the morning of my wedding with my husband, came later in the afternoon for my ceremony, and got married :) There is an indoor chapel and outdoor area, and I preferred indoor for privacy. It is also beautifully decorated. And only need for 1-2 witnesses. And then I went back to get the signed marriage license two weeks later and received it for a minor fee.

They had an attitude with us saying we needed to get a death certificate from the funeral home. But we were called by the funeral home to say we can go ahead and come here for the death certificate. We waited around for a half hour to get 10 death certificates, $24 each. We went ahead and left going to credit union and they noticed that we were issued someone else's death certificates. I really hope that whoever got my dads death certs doesn't open any accounts since it has all pertinent information on it. We came back and had to wait until they came back from lunch. So 2 hours wasted that could have been useful.

Yes, this is where you have to go to get the official birth certificate for your newborn child. Please read the documents the hospital gives you. I'm giving this place 2 stars just simply due to the process that they instill. You can either mail your request, which means you have to take it to a notary and pay stamps to mail it, then wait weeks. Or you can visit the place. That is what we did. We waited a few weeks, just as the hospital documents say. We get there, and the person at the counter basically says the certificate is either READY OR NOT READY. So of course the logical thing to ask after is, "well is it ready" Then this is where it gets weird. They can't check if its ready unless you pay the fee. Now this fee you have to pay anyways to obtain the certificate. BUT, they wont check if its ready unless you pay first. They will NOT check if its ready unless you pay. If it's not ready, you still have to pay, and then the certificate has to be mailed. What kind of non-sense is this? The lady at the counter is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! She had the audacity to tap the wall and point at this sign that had some information. They can say it nicely. This process is not something people do on an everyday basis. So say your certificate is not ready, of course you already had to pay to know this. You can't just pick it up, at this point you have no choice but to get it mailed to you. With everything these days being more automated and simpler with online tools in making this easier--esp with most if not all government related issues, this was steps back. I'm disappointed that this is the process for this. Hopefully the city/government officials make this process more efficient to keep up with the times.

I had two passport appointments, the first from 9:45 AM to 10:15 AM and the second from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM, and I arrived early for both. I filled out my passport forms at the office, following all procedures. Even though I was within my scheduled appointment times, the employee still refused to complete my passport application and very rudely told me to reschedule. From the beginning, the employee assisting me spoke rudely and tried to argue. I calmly asked him to speak respectfully, but at that point he began raising his voice and threatening to call the cops, repeatedly telling me to leave the property. He also appeared to avoid interaction by staying behind the counter and refusing to engage. I politely asked for his name three times, but he refused to provide it. I told him I would leave a negative review, and he responded that he didn't care and that I could do whatever I wanted. The way I was treated felt discriminatory and, from my perspective, came across as racist. As a result, my passport applications were not processed, and I had to reschedule both appointments, which caused significant inconvenience and stress. In my opinion, the United States Postal Service at this location should ensure employees interacting with customers maintain a professional and respectful attitude, because this level of service was unacceptable. I hope this situation is reviewed and that customer service improves so others do not have the same experience. I wish I could give this place less than a one star, but there's no option for that.
