I HATE THIS PLACE; Most of the postman from this location doesn't deliver the signature verification letter/parcel at the door rather leave the collection receipt at mailbox. You have to find a time to make a trip this location and this place is always over crowed and poor service. The supervisor is so rude and showing full of ignorance when I try to complain about it. Finally he said, Can't do much about it and will occur again and again and call 1-800 number to complain about it because my duty is over, it is already 6.01 pm and we close our office at 6.00 pm and went away! This is the worst PO I've ever used. The employees at the front desk are extremely rude and act like they are being tortured just by working in that place. Government employees have amazing health insurance and great benefits. If you hate your job so much, PLEASE go work somewhere else. Also, the delivery postal workers are just awful. I saw one delivery guy throwing mail on top of cars if the homeowner had a vehicle parked in front or close to the mailbox. Another PO delivery lady, Veta, literally got out of her delivery car, took three steps towards my front door and THREW my package at least 20 feet for the package to land on my doorstep. I ran outside and got into a very heated argument with her. She first tried to deny that she threw my package and when I told her I was watching her from my front window, she said the package was "soft" so it didn't matter that she threw it. I went to there to sent my stuff to my country. There was tape on the counter. I thought The tape was belong to the US post office for free. I should've asked the tape was free or not. Then a middle age old lady asked me to borrow it or not. I said the tape is not mine so go ahead. Then when I paid the sent fee, one of the worker asked me "Did you used this without pay?" I said I borrowed it from counter. So they decided to charge me. Cuz I USED IT. I understand. OK. My bad, I can pay it. But they did not charge THE LADY!!! She used it too!!! then I asked the worker why you do not charge the lady? He just say because I USED IT. I asked the worker again.They said do not be smart. He also said, "You do not want to go jail for that, right?" He assault me!? Or am I just idiot to complain? ok I DO NOT MIND TO PAY THE TAPE FEE, But WHY THEY DO NOT CHARGE IT TO THE LADY????? I was supposed to receive a package to my apartment on Friday. I paid a significant amount to have it delivered by a certain day. Saturday morning comes and it's still not here (I called multiple times to check but no answer it was "busy" the entire time and hung up on me.) so I check online AND IT WAS RETURNED TO SENDER. because it reached "maximum hold" are you freaking kidding me? I was NEVER notified it was even scanned and attempted to be delivered. It was returned to sender the SAME day it was meant to be delivered. I spent 40 minutes on hold. Then was hung up on. Called again, no answer. Called again, a woman answers I explain my situation and she puts me on hold. 20 minutes later the line clicks off. I then spend the entire hour drive to my workplace calling and it being "busy". I finally got a hold of the usps customer service today (2 days later) They give me their number again and say I need to call them because something isn't right it was scanned multiple times and was returned the same day without notification and that shouldn't happen. So I call and guess what. No answer. All day. I now have a case number against them, am waiting on a redelivery on this package, still can't get a hold of their office and am not getting the package before the day it HAD to be here. I am now in a very bad situation because of this. This service is DEPLORABLE. read more

By far the WORST customer service here. Do not go here if you're looking for a smooth and easy process to send your mail/packages. FIRST of all, I've been to many different USPS locations and have received the same and great amount of help, except for when I stopped by this place (it was by convenience and on the way to where I was going). Anyway, I went to two other locations to drop off my packages which has pre-paid shipping labels on here, both locations (Missouri city and stafford) first asked me if anything I'm mailing is fragile, etc then scanned all of my items and gave me a receipt. They were very helpful and friendly. The next day I had more packages to send and I was in sugar land area so decided to stop by this post office. Horrible. MAI NGUYEN helped me. I told her I had a drop off and without asking anything she took my envelope and dropped it in a box. "Ok you're done". Ok......... I was confused.. She didn't even ask me if it's a fragile item or anything. I was shipping a pair of sunglasses and she just threw it to the side. I asked her "are you going to scan it? She said "no we don't do that we scan later" ok I told her the other posts offices scanned and gave me a receipt. She told me "oh well then you go over there..." Ok what? That was really rude but whatever. Had some more packages in my trunk so brought it in. And an African American man helped me (don't know his name). Told him I have a couple more packages to drop off... He says "next time don't wait in line, just set it over there and leave" I told him, oh I'm just wondering why you guys don't scan the packages here because the other locations I went to gave me a receipt for proof that I dropped off. He rudely told me "well next time just go over there because we don't do that here". WTF? Seriously? That's no way to speak to a customer. So I told him that Im just asking to make sure my packages will be sent, and all he said was "yeah". Long story short. If you're trying to send your stuff do not go here because two of my packages ended not having any tracking updates and now I don't even know where it's at or if it's lost. I'm gonna wait a couple more days, I hope it gets to its destination because If not, I am going back up to this post office and they will have to deal with a very mad and upset customer in their face. read more

I am very familiar with this location. If you've read the other reviews, you get the pictures that the counter people can be rude sometimes. Personally, I can't blame them. You gotta see how many of the people in these lines behave. Talk about self-entitled, spoiled, BMW driving a$$hats. Some of these customers talk to the counter postmen like they're subhuman servants! True, I've had an experience where one of the post-ladies was having an exceptionally rough day and decided to take it out on me, but whatever....we all have off days. Anyways, I got a PO Box at a private location cause the one thing that does really suck about that place is the p/u service door. If you have to pick up mail after getting back from a trip or missed a certified package, block off an hour and a half of your time to retrieve it. I didn't wanna have to deal with that. You can ring that buzzer til your finger bangin digit falls off but it won't make a difference. That bell doesn't seem to phase the people back there. Now, to everyone complaining about the lines...that's your own fault. Lines are for suckers. That location has two self serve kiosk stations that are capable of doing EVERYTHING that I've had to do for my small business including Priority, PriorityExpress, International, Priority International, Priority International Express, First Class Certified, Insured for all, etc..... I shouldn't be writing this cause I enjoy walking into the post office and seeing the line going out the door and one or two people using the Kiosks. It happens all the time. I just walk up, serve myself, drop it in the chute, leave. It's so easy, you literally follow step by step instructions and it guides you through the option you want! But I have seen grown adults struggle with these machines and end up taking forever. Prob those same BMW drivers that treat the counter people like servants... Anyways, PO on Grants Lake, if you're reading this, GET YOUR PICK UP WINDOW UNDER CONTROL and maybe next year I'll change your score to a four star! read more
