Ordered the sensor and will call me when it's in. In and out in about 15 mins. At Belle Tire... I waited 8 hours the first day, then left my car all day the second day, picked it up, and dropped it off again the next day right at opening at 8 am and waited 2 hours to be told my tires were fine. They never checked the warning light. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and friendliness. I will be coming here only from now on.

They tell me that one of the stems on the rotor was broken and asked me who serviced my van? I told them not once has it been serviced by anyone other then oil changes and fixing trivial thing like blinkers. They then said it would have to be done submitting a claim. So I waited for just under a week for them to get back with me. And discount tire said they called you on a different number. I asked them when they called me to tell me they had issues with my van, they had no problem contacting me. They are nothing but liars. For a 240.00 fix they choose to lose a customer of about 30 years. Good riddance. Belle tire, Walmart or even a used tire shop in Detroit would be better then discount tire. This site won't allow me to post a review without giving at least one star. They are worse than one star!

Disappointed by the speed of service at this location. The employees were great and communicated…read morerespectfully, but the wait time was ridiculous. I came in at 9:30am with a leak in my tire and was told there was a screw in it and it would be a 1-2 hour wait. Since I had stopped in before work and didn't have another ride, I had to stay and wait. After 2 hours, my car had only just been brought into the bay at 11:30ish to even be looked at, despite there being 3-4 open spots for at least 30 minutes beforehand. I understand that walk-ins may not be prioritized, but giving inaccurate wait times is disrespectful of customers' time and ability to plan their day. If you tell a customer 1-2 hours, the 2-hour mark should be the absolute upper limit, not the point where the vehicle is finally being touched for the first time. Their website's service tracker was also inaccurate. It showed my vehicle's service would be completed by 11:01 AM, while at the same time still saying service hadn't even started and that it would be another 5-15 minutes before my car was brought into the bay. That kind of inconsistency makes it difficult to trust the updates being provided. Also, the coffee bar was out of coffee pods, so the Keurig would just dispense hot water.
