First time there i asked them to do whatever it took to make my brakes stop sqeaking regardless of cost.Tom said he would, he also replaced my serpentine belt.Two days later the brakes sqeaked more and my tentioner started squealing.I figured id give them another shot a year later and bought my own brakes and had them put them on.The price was good but when i went to pick up my car,my new undercarriage id just put on was hanging, my car made a horrible noise and shook.My dad and i asked him and his employee FOUR times to check the lugnuts and they refused and both insisted it wasnt that,and that they were tightened.Then they jacked my car up and took each wheel and spun the backwards trying to replicate what i told them my car was doing while i DROVE it forwards.I mentioned the undercarriage was hang8ng,likely from where the hack was placed by them,and he ignored it.Took it for a couple test drives and replicaoem. He then drove it some more and said it went away,and for a second it did,but I drive off and it kept doing the same thing once again.I decided to drive it for a couple days to see if it went away then when it didn't, and got worse, I decided o make an appointment to have it checked by another mechanic and have the new mechanic replace my radiator as well, as I was certainly not going back to them! My tensioner that sealed from the first time needed an adjustment becuase they don't seem to check their working just try to get paid and get u gone, refusing to double check even when asked, just as with my lugnuts. Turns out, I'd been driv8ng around with 3 completely loose lugnuts, and 2 finger tight ones because they refused to check them and assured me four times they tightened them. Mechanics should already know that is the first thing to check when the symptoms are shaking and wobbling!! The new mechanic is the one who informed me. I'd been drig8ng my 4 year old grandson, my 81 year old dad and blind sister for over a week with loose lugnuts!! I'm lucky we weren't all kills or my car damaged by the wheel falling off!! How it lasted without falling off for that long is a miracle. I took it back to him and told him what happened and ge was so smug, said sorry, my insurance handles that! No concern for our lives or the fact he healordized them at ALL! SMUG AND RUDE AND IRRITATED HE HAD TO GET OUT OF HIS NEW TESLA HE WAS OUT JOYRIDING AND SHOW8NG OFF TO HIS BUDDY! BE WARNED, THEY ARE UNORGANIZED AND SLOPPY AND OBVIOUSLY NOT EDUCATED ENOUGH TO KNOW WHAT LOOSE LIGNUTS SOUND AND FEEL LIKE, AND TOO SMIG TO BE CONCERNED ENOUGH TO EVEN LISTEN WHEN ASKED TO CHECK THEM. MAKE SURE IF U GO TO THIS SLOPPY, ARROGANT AND INCOMPETENT UNORGANIZED SO CALLED MECHANIC, THAT U DONT LEAVE UNTIL THE PRIVE THE WHEELS ARE AT LEAST ON TIGHT! I AM REVIEWING ON EVERY SITE I CAN FIND, AS WELL AS THE AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS BUREAU, CONSUMER REPORTS, ETC., AND ANY OTHER MAJOR SITE I CAN FIND SO THAT THESE PEOPLE DONT END UP CARELESSLY CAUS8NG SOMEBODY AN ACCIDENT OR INJURY OR DEATH! Hi, I usually do not write poor reviews, but these guys forced me to. Some time ago they changed the oil and after the service I noticed leakage from under the drain plug. They simply did not replace one-time use crash washer. This weekend I changed the fuel filter - they did this last time and it appears that they used power tool to undo one of the bolts. They destroyed the plastic holding the nut. Instead of doing the stuff in 1 hour, it took me 3 hours and I still need to replace the plastic mount of the filter. They did the brakes in the past - I needed to return as they did not install one of the pads correctly. Definitely, avoid this place! read more

I always take my car here. The service is on point. The guy in the white shirt is Vietnamese but dude looks Mexican, he's the boss. I spoke with him about the service fees and he gave me a great deal. Ordered parts for me locally and had my car fixed fast. Had a speedo head and cable installation done on my hub's 1989 Toyota Truck, and Billy and his team did a good job. Some time after that, had a clutch job done in June 2019, which took days to complete. Now about 4 months later, the clutch repair is poor at best. It doesn't shift properly, the pilot bearing is missing along with other parts, the clutch is hard to operate, etc. My hub has been driving a stick shift for many years, so it is not like he doesn't know how to drive one. We have another mechanic working on our truck now, and he said that the clutch job was done incorrectly. When the clutch kit was installed in June, Billy and one of his workers were offended that I wanted to see the old parts. I was told Billy wasn't there and then while I was talking to one of his employees, here comes Billy from the side entrance like he had been there the whole time but didn't want to talk to me. Billy said he could show me the cost of the parts, but he never did. He said he was blocking my number and didn't want to do business with us anymore. I guess because I was livid and raised my voice as I called into question his business practices. He was very unprofessional with us, and I believe he had unskilled workers working on my hub's truck to do the clutch job. He charged us quite a bit of money, and he should reimburse us for the poor clutch job. I guess if he likes you, he will make sure your car is in good working order, but if not, he will take advantage of you. I'm not threatening him, but I put it all in God's hands, and one day Billy will reap what he sows. read more

My 2000 Camry was doing some crazy stuff. After a Yelp search, I found this neighborhood shop, and decided to give them a go. They diagnosed my issue quickly and I was pleased to find out the repair wasn't going to break the bank. Highly recommend this repair shop. Good work at good prices. They do not overcharge you and if it is a quick fix will sometimes no charge you! You can tell this place is good because this is where the card dealers in the area take their cars. Also a good place to get an oil change. Just make sure you speak with Tom or Billy as the other mechanics can seem a bit gruff. read more
