This company is a GODSEND! HARO is my hero!!! I'm writing this review at 1:20am. Today, I moved to San Diego from Redding, and after 13hrs on the road driving a 15' UHaul truck plus my car towed in the back, we were exhausted. Long story short, the wheel of my car dislodged from the tow dolly and the dolly's wheel got hinged into the driver's door pinning my car stuck diagonally on it. It's 11:30pm and we are in an extremely sketch part of town (like you could die if someone just felt like messing with you, sketch) I call Uhaul roadside assist and they set me up with USA MOBILE TIRE. UHaul gave me an ETA of 60-90mins guys... But Haro showed up with his gleaming tow truck lights in less than half an hour, and saved the day! He gave my dad careful instructions on how to maneuver the truck and paid close attention to making sure my car wouldn't get damaged. We were able to get my car unstuck, unhitched, and safe onto the pavement in about 20minutes with nothing more than just a little scratch to my car. He was so kind and careful in his work. RUN!!!!!!! First let me say that I NEVER post reviews. However this experience was so bad that I could not let someone else go through this. The OWNER of this place JOSE HARO is a complete crook and could care less when you call him on his dishonest ways. Went to Parkhouse which is a tire facility and was informed that my brakes were locked when I went to purchase a few new tires . From there USA Mobile was called to assess the job. Assessment comes back that one of my brake chambers is NO GOOD. I've changed many of these before so I knew the job would only be about $300 at the most including the service charge. When I asked how much was he going to charge me for the brake chamber he could not give me a straight answer instead I was told he needed to find out. That was the first because they're a pretty generic price. Long story short he charged me $475 lol smh which I had no problem with because he is a roadside business and they are known to GAUGE their customers. However not even 24 hours later my brakes locked up again causing me to be delayed to a delivery and NEVER make it to the next pickup. Fortunately I made it back to my city and called my regular service mechanic. Once he FIXED the problem I was very shocked to see what HARO put on my truck. It looked like something that came from the titanic on the ocean floor it was so rusty.(SEE PHOTOS) When I called HARO his response was it's "LEGAL". My mechanic along with 3 others stated that this is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. However not once did he apologize or show any empathy for his wrong doing,but then after reading all the reviews that saw his true crooked nature, you will see that their business model is "Customer is ALWAYS WRONG". Now mark my words he will also have a response for this review. But MEN LIE, WOMEN LIE, PICTURES DONT. In the end I received a FULL REFUND with NO ARGUMENTS because he knew that he was in the wrong and wanted NO LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS for his CROOKED business ethics. read more

My van had a flat call my regular guy at Ramos Tires but couldn't come out so they called USA tires, came out installed an used tire that had a leak at side wall and tire was flat within minutes was told no guarantee after being charged 260 dollars so when I called they said would send someone out 3 day ago so when i called i was told they would try to make it out so i sent them the address and pictures so they can get out here ,but it would be an additional 145 dollars. Since I didn't agree to pay more and wasn't around they came and left my van on Jack's and took my wheels without me knowing and when I call they said they can bring it tomorrow. See I live in a HOA managed property and the HOA is fining me not to mention the liability with the kids if the van falls. Here I am again with an updated review 5-6months later. Again all my bearings and seals were replaced then I had to take it back in due to my front left tire caliper squeezing so tight it was causing my wheels to lock and make smoke like it almost caught fire on three wheels. Now here we are wondering is the break fluid leaking no it looks to be my axel seal is leaking transmission fluid...I am shocked at how much has gone wrong since taking in my vehicle. I have paid so much money out just for the same, "fixed parts" to not actually be fixed. My vehicle is used for short trips to grab food, or around the corner to the store. Not off road not mudding nothing. Brand new parts all causing issues? No. After this issue is looked at since it's a part they personally fixed, I will be taking my Jeep to an actual shop to get inspected and fixed. I tried one time to get some parts replaced and it has thus turned into a nightmare for my Jeep forever after. I feel scammed out of more money I feel should have been fixed for half that price bc it was lack of test driving why my car had that issue with the locking of the wheels. Now this? My money won't be spent here anymore I tried giving it a second chance and the third is just to see what they think is wrong with the part they replaced/fixed. read more

These guys are awesome Jose's extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They came out near job site for an emergency to fix a tire on one of my commercial vans that had a flat. The tire we had was irreparable even though it was only 3 months old and Jose got us a new tire of better quality then the others that were already on the commercial van. There was a little confusion about the tire that was installed that's entirely my fault and I am very sincerely happy with the service we received. Very impressive service! Found my wife's car had a completely flat tire, could not find a nail etc in it, so called USA Mobile Tire. It was late Sunday afternoon when I called and, since it was outside normal hours, the rate was quite high. They suggested they come out early Monday AM as it would be considerably less expensive: good idea. They showed up at 8am on Monday as promised. Worked really hard to find an issue with the tire - no nail, valve was OK - weird. After 40 minutes of working on it, the valve finally showed its true colors and started to leak. This is a smart-valve, so expensive to replace. They took the wheel and tire back to their main shop as they could not get the tire off the rim. I asked if they needed to get a replacement smart valve to please do so. They said they would if needed - and it would cost more if so; this was fine as the valve was not part of the original deal. They came back 30 minutes later, valve repaired (just a gasket), tire inflated and reinstalled. It took about 2 hours for the poor guy to fix the leak - but no question of additional cost, he stood by his quote. I cannot recommend this company more - they do great work with great dedication. They will get you back on the road! Of course, it was only reasonable that I gave him a good tip - he gave real SERVICE! read more

I went back the following week and had them install all 4 new tires after they diagnosed a problem I was having. They got the tires, mounted them all while I waited. Really dissatisfied with service. I had them come to office to change a tire. It took him 40 minutes when in a hurry. Then I specifically told him to put the flat where the spare goes and instead he leaned up against my leather seats. He also used the tire tools in my car and then left them out and didn't put them away either. Finally, he wanted me to e-mail my credit card info for payment which is obviously not secure. The only redeeming aspect was that they did come within in hour, but then took forever to change the tire. The guy was on his phone a lot. read more
