Second, it's the easiest to navigate for a newcomer because it's a small gym dedicated solely to gymnastics, and they have a smaller gym a couple doors down for the 4 and 5 year olds. The viewing areas are clean and comfortable. The coaches are great with the littles... very kind and knowledgeable. Parking is great. There's a Planet Fitness right next door, so I can get in a quick workout knowing that she's in good care and enjoying herself. They host open gym a couple of Saturday nights a month for a great price, and it's easily my daughter's favorite thing to do if I need some time to myself or just want to let her get that extra energy out. Last but not least, the location is so convenient to just about anywhere in Rockwall. It's easy in and out. I highly recommend them for any busy parent who's kid is interested in gymnastics.

We love the other two locations but this one was incredibly disappointing for their lack of cleanliness. Toddler time is a great opportunity for little ones to expel energy and UE offers that. However, I don't feel it is sanitary at all especially for the young ages that are there. They have chemical bottles just laying around that can easily get into the wrong hands. They had garbage laying around on and by the gym mats, even though it clearly says not to bring food in there ppl don't always listen. There was a staff member "working" but she was just sitting on a mat the entire hour and lots of rules were broken without care (shoes being worn, etc). There has been a broken light for quite some time and it's also a safety concern where the bulb flashes like a stobe. This can be extremely harmful to someone who has epilepsy and isn't a precaution that people aware about before they enter, nor is it something that they have fixed and has been like that for quite some time. There is chalk everywhere which is a given for gymnastics but this is so much then I have ever seen elsewhere and an asthmatic they can feel it in their lungs and you just see the dust in the air which is not good to breathe in. It honestly doesn't look like this place is cleaned even tho there are full chemical bottles just laying around. It just felt very unsanitary and gross. In comparison to the other locations in town, this one is disappointing to see their lack of care and attention. There really isn't an excuse for that neglect.

We enjoy when other parents join in the class so all the little ones can learn from each other and socialize. Each week we learn a bit of sign language, sing songs, practice crawling/standing/walking, work on core muscles, arms, stretching, and social skills. On Fridays the class is in another room and a bit slower paced but believe me parents, you'll be the ones getting a workout! Mrs. Melissa has you lift your little bug, squat, do curls, and other fun exercises with your baby! All of the staff members are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Sometimes my little bug gets fussy during class and no one asks us to step out, they simply try to help calm him down or sing to him. They are all wonderful!!! My little bug is 8 months old now and has learned sooo much from coming to the little gym! Being around others and having the equipment available has helped him crawl and pull himself up. Take two on my daughters gymnastics career…read more Last year, I decided to put the kiddo in gymnastics. The kid has some amazing balance for a four year old, is fearless, and is really short. I guess when you put that together you have the makings of the next Mary Lou Retton or the one from Allen Texas who won gold some years back. Anyways, I put her in a program in Denton and we didn't stay to long. Not that it was bad, but it looked more like daycare than actually learning much. And with 8-10 kids in a group, she wasn't getting the attention needed to actually accomplish anything. Granted the place had plenty of trophies lining the cabinets but whatever..... Enter the suggestion of my ex-wife and we found this place. Yes it's smaller, but her class size? A maximum of five kids. Her classes have been her and a little boy, and sometimes another girl. So only two to three kids? I think that's much better and I think she might get things done now. This place is more on the tumbling aspect, so I noticed that there wasn't a balance beam or a vault, but as long as my kiddo is happy, I'm happy.

My daughter was on team , we were initially looking at the USAG program and we made the decision to enroll into the TAAF program due to scheduling. They were very informative in helping us get settled into the gym as well understanding the difference in each team program and what to expect. The Coaches ( Princetta, Katie, Mary and Stephanie ) are amazing , no yelling , always being positive and encouraging to help build confidence in the gymnasts. It says a lot when other Coaches take the time to acknowledge and give corrections and offer support to a gymnast who is not necessarily under their own instruction and group on several occasions ( my daughter was spotted by Rick and Kadence on uneven bars ) . Anytime I have called or stood at the front desk Ms. Lori and Adrian were very helpful and welcoming . They were always eager to assist and make sure I had a good understanding when I had questions. They also would double check any payments or team fees when I had to update my records during meet season. They helped walk me through a blind access to my account and never passed any judgment for not being tech savvy. As far as the gym it is a very uniform and structured facility. If the gymnast are are on the uneven bars / balance beam they are able to see themselves on a tv screen to be able to see form and visualize the error / correction. A larger gym would be ideal somedays it may seam a little over crowded ( prior to COVID -19) . You have the ability to watch practice or drop off. As far as Beckie and Kurt they always made themselves accessible to any parents who had any questions or concerns . They gym has done a phenomenal job of insuring the gymnast safety.
