Went into the shop big place. spoke to a woman about a broken stem on an old tire and rim. She says back up to the door and they would get right to it. Could have given me a price, but that's OK. Backed up took out the tire and rim guy with Mutible tattoos (didn't get his name) comes over very nice and says I have a tire to mount and will get right on it. 20 min later I was called back to the desk paid $20. and drive around to get my wheel. I wanted to give the guy a tip because he knew that the rim is a Chevy rally rim and super nice, but was not allowed to walk into shop. Happy customer. read more

Against my better judgement, I gave this place another shot because I had quite a bit to do that day and just wanted to get this portion over with. I walked in and was told there was over a two hour wait. Okay, fine, it's a Saturday, I get it. If I can get a decent tire for cheap I'll suck it up. Then the guy behind the counter asked me what size I needed. I said off the top of my head I'm not 100% sure. Before I could even add that I would run out and check, he gruffly responded with "Well, I'm by myself here, I can't be running back and forth to look at people's tires". Uhm. Okay. He did give me a half-hearted "sorry" as I walked out the door, but I was all set. In the end I went to Sullivan in East Wareham. Spent a little more than I would have spent here, but they were far more pleasant and to me that's worth it. read more

Consumer beware. Went to have brand new tires installed today. After 2 hours I was notified that they couldn't install them on my wheels. I received my truck back with old wheels placed on my rims and then realized they never re balanced my wheels when they re installed them. Now my vehicle shakes all over the road, after calling and notifying the sales personal I was told they didn't re balance my wheels because they "thought" I was having my new wheels installed elsewhere soon so they didn't do it there. I was then notified if I could make it back in 15 minutes they could balance my wheels that they removed the weights from for an additional cost. I will not be using this company again very unprofessional and a waste of my time. read more

I called in Saturday morning to check on availability. They told me that if I get there before 3:30pm my car would be served on the same day. I drove about one hour and I got there at 3 pm. We checked on the tires and I was waiting. At 4:30 they came to me and said that would not be possible to do my tires on that day. I came back today (Monday) and Got here at 10am. It's almost 4pm and I'm still here waiting. I rather pay full price for brand new tires than ever coming back to this place. read more

Had a flat at the doctors office, got the donut put on....Thank you Triple A. Rather than drive the car around for a while like that, I thought I would do the right thing and get a new tire now rather than later. I was in Wareham anyway, and used the Tire Warehouse before, so I thought I'd try it once again. I had been turned away many times before so this was the last shot. Hoping for a positive result. No cars in the parking lot. I was thankful that perhaps it had been a slow day and I would be in and out. NOT. I was told it would be and hour, and Bruce immediately corrected his other employee saying it would be a half hour. I thought I had hit the jackpot. I saw people come and go, people got in and out and I'm still sitting there. My car still out front. The place was cleared out twice, as well as people picking up there vehicles that had been left for service. Oh, wait....it's 4:15. I had been sitting there for an hour and a half. Listening to Bruce berate his employees the whole time. After reading the reviews, it appears that Bruce has a problem with women. I will never go to this place again, and will tell everyone that I know how about the horrible service. I would gladly pay more for my tire than to have to listen to this customer service person bellow at his employees again. read more

Used Tire Warehouse Wareham MA We just had a tire repaired at Used Tire Warehouse and when I got to the car (on a rainy day) the windows were open, the key was in the ignition and the car was running. We had been called that the car was ready an hour and a half before I picked it up. When I went back to tell the service manager about this, he said maybe the mechanic did not know how to turn off the car. He also said that they always leave the keys in the car with the windows open and he was sorry if I had rain damage. I told him there was no damage but the point was the car had been left running for I did not know how long. All he said was that it had only been there a few minutes. All I can say is that if the mechanic doesn't know how to turn a key to the off position, I don't want him working on my car. And if this is an example of customer service, I won't be going back to Used Tire Warehouse. read more

I had 4 new Bridgestone tires installed on 9/2020 on my wife's Toyota Highlander and now had an unfixable nail issue in one of them. Rather than putting a new tire on now I thought a used tire was a perfect fit until I needed to replace all 4 in a year or so. I called late afternoon the day prior to arriving and was told they had a Bridgestone that was very close to my model. I was given the model # and it worked for me. My wife wouldn't be on time to get there that day so I asked if I could make an appointment first thing in the am. I made it clear that I wanted that tire and asked if they could hold it. The woman at the Wareham location told me that it was first come first serve and they opened at 8am. I arrived at approx 8;30am and there was 1 other customer at the location. I was greeted by Shannon and she checked my tire and told me to sit in the lobby. Soon after that I was called to the counter and was told I was all set. I was taken back thinking that they would show me the tire so I asked if I could take a look before I paid for it. When I went to my vehicle there was what she called a, "budget friendly" tire on the car that I have never heard of. I was very confused. After a quick back and forth and some attitude from one of the service techs about what they did and didn't have in the warehouse I reluctantly paid and left. I was very uncomfortable and frustrated. The lack of communication was unreal and unnecessary. They should have held the tire for me or at least explained to me that they didn't have the product. I referenced my call the day before to Shannon as soon as I walked through the door and again after she checked the tire. I made it clear I expected a Bridgestone. I feel like she didn't listen to me or just didn't care. She simply pushed me through the process and gave me a tire that doesn't match the 3 other tires on my vehicle. I won't be using this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. I understand you get what you pay for but I didn't pay to get discounted and insulted. read more

Got two tires from this place. Took over 3 hours to replace the tires. Came back for a second visit to get a new tire (one of the two tires I was given was faulty) and still had to pay for a brand new one. Now I'm hearing that the tires they gave me are both bad and need to be replaced again. It's been 2 days since I got my new tire. No to mention the customer service was horrible and the wait was over 2 hours both times. The tire was also so poorly installed that my car had to get fixed again because of sever shaking above 40 mph. Never going back to this place. So I brought my motorhome in a vibration when highway driving. I had purchased 2 tires from C&I tire last fall and had not driven very far since then. I asked them to check the balance on those two tires, and it was found one of them wasn't balanced causing the vibration. While there I met the owner, a wonderful gentleman, and saw a very large operation, well run with friendly people. 2nd time I've used them. First was 1 replacement tire for my daughter's car when she hit a curb. Today I replaced all 4 tires on my AWD SUV. They had 3 different matching sets of tires and let me choose. They quoted me an hour and it did end up taking 90+ minutes. Tires look great I will definitely cone again. read more

Spent the morning with 3 customers in the showroom for 3 hours. they installed the wrong tires, needed to wait to have the correct tires installed and the manager Matt Benoit thought he was doing us a favor by getting the new tires installed in 20 min. What a life saver this place was, I needed 4 tires for my 07 Honda CRV, the lowest price I could find was $550.00, and trust me I looked at every option, I found a set of 4 tires on eBay and notice that the seller was from Mass. I email the operation and was forwarded their location. I called and spoke to the shop boss and he said the tires I was looking at on eBay weren't on site, but informed me he had a better set out in the yard, He located them and called me right back with the condition and price, The tires where Firestone LE, and they were a 9 out of 10 rating, I was quoted a price of $218.00 for all four mounted, balanced and tire disposal plus a 60 day guarantee. What!!! is this for real, it was and the tires looked like they just came off the tire rack. I will never buy new tires as long as this operation is open. Since I found this place I have recommended it to at least a dozen people and the results where all the same, nothing but complete satisfaction. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a couple tires for my car and was charged an extra fee per tire because i had deep dish style wheels. Despite that they did not take the extra time needed to do the job right or their machine isn't appropriate to prevent damaging the rims edge on both wheels! Complained about the burns and gauges through the protective coating and into the alloys and they refunded the extra fee like that was enough to repair this damage. New these wheels are $500 each. After getting the run around from management and the owner wouldn't return my calls or the letter from my attorney. I had to take him to small claims to at least get something to repair them and won. Zero apology from the owner as he was only inconvenienced. Never bring a car with nice wheels there ever! Aaron doesn't stand behind his undertrained employees work. Nor does he care about his customers satisfaction, at all! He never spoke to me directly like a human. It's all about the money. Believe me, the last thing I wanted to do was deal with any of it! I just wanted to buy two tires. Hope this saves someone from this type of experience. Go anywhere else! read more

As someone mentioned previously, the waiting area is very nice...they made it that way because you end up spending half the day there!! I went in to have 4 winter tires taken off and 4 regular tires put on( the tires were mine and in the back seat, so it's not like I was buying new tires and an oil change. I guess the tech can't count because he told me there were only 3 tires in my car, but after sending him back to look again, he said oops.. Well after 3 hours they called that my car was ready, paid the bill, went outside and the car was still in the bay blocked in by a delivery truck. When they finally bring out the car, I ask "everything all done even the oil change? Uhhhh what oil change. So back it goes. Find out the next day after driving on the highway it's obvious they didn't balance the tires!! Think I'll send my husband this time read more

I am giving them a 2 because they produce OK products and OK customer service, but while I was waiting for my car to be completed I witnessed another female make a VERY valid point. She voiced her opinion (which I can confirm as this happened to me), they DO NOT offer to show females the tires assuming that it's not necessary because we are female, however they ALWAYS offer males to go in the "warehouse" and view the tires. Waiting for my car he asked the guy interested in tires "Would you like to go look at them in the warehouse...?" Point being they shouldn't ASSUME that females don't know what they are looking for. read more

This place has gone cooperate. Same good deal on tires, however, their customer service lacks greatly...comparable to Walmart! Guy at the service desk was not intelligent enough to explain prices in a reasonable manner, left me confused and forced me to ask 100 questions to gain the proper information. Bought tires from them and transferred on rims that i brought in but they couldn't put them on my truck because it was a busy saturday and i would have to wait over an hour, cant squeeze me in between jobs, or would have been nice to explain to me way before service started! After the storm I went out to go to work and saw my tire was extremely low, thinking I had a small leak I brought to used tire warehouse to get it fixed. After only waiting 10mins they came back with my keys saying they had good news. My tire stem was loose and tightened it up for me free of charge. I was also missing a small center cap on my rim witch they randomly had one lying around and threw it on. I appreciate it and highly recommend bringing your car or truck here. read more

My husband called this week and was told tires were $35 each. When he got there they were about $60 each. After waiting 2 hours and paying, turned out they put wrong tires on (wrong size and not the ones we bought). They put the tires we bought on a different car and screwed us over. Never again. You can get a good deal on tires....if you make it past whoever answers the phone. To say the customer service is lacking is a mild understatement. When you call its like your bothering them. Rude, rushed, never mention what brand tires were how much wear... Not sure the kid on the other end of the phone understands that customers are what keeps him getting paid... I did use them once before and they did a number on the rims on my highlander, total hack. I also asked them to about using a torque stick to put the lugs on, which they lied and said they would. The torqued the lugs on so tight i couldnt break them when i had to change a flat, its also not good to have them on that tight cause they will cause other damage...thats why they need to be put on at a specific torque. A place dealing in tire installation should be doing it correctly if they give a shi#$. Young kids (hacks ) out back working on installations with no consideration of customers property. If you get a decent quote on the tires, go and pick them up, inspect them make sure there is meat on them and have someone else install them. I just called and got a quote on two used tires for 135.00 and can buy them at Town Fair new for 140.00 so do your homework and compare apples to apples. Good Luck. read more

I wanted to believe this was a good place to go. Prices seemed excellent! 4 tires and the tire warranty plan for under $400.00! Nice! I have an all wheel drive SUV and told them I needed 4 of the exact same tires, no problem they said. Waited about 3-4 hours for the replacement and away I went! A week later I have to go back because drivers front kept leaking out. They say I'm in luck, they still have the same tire, but will cost $15 even though I have the warranty, no biggie. Fast forward 2 weeks, have to go to a brake place to get brake work done, they call and inform me that ALL the tires are different and that's not good for the vehicle.....then they say that 2 of them won't pass an inspection within the next month....AND the replaced drivers front is starting to crack and is leaking. Wow. Over a thousand dollars later and I have the correct tires. VERY disappointed with this place. Don't like being lied to my face. But you get what you pay for. I understood going in that it's used tires, but not that used - should get at least a year out of them. $400 out the window! read more

I have purchased several sets for my trucks and I have had 2 blowouts in the past 3 months when the tires were purchased in November 2013. I purchased 4 used tires from this company a week ago and was very pleased with the great prices they offered, I also got to go back and pick out which set I wanted and was recommened by the warehouse staff on which tires were better for my suv. I am happy to say that the staff is extremely friendly and can handle very busy times although I wish I could say the same for the manager. They offer balancing on the tires you purchase and mine did not get that, I had to pay another company cause my car shook so bad while driving and when I addressed this issue with management I was there for 20 minutes with him refusing to make the situation better. I am a manager and this is not how I would have treated a paying guest! Finally he did make the right choice and refunded what I had to pay the other company. Even though this happened I would still recommend this place because of the prices and the staff was so knowledgeable but would also recommend to go when they are not so busy so they can complete everything that needs to be done to your vehicle! read more

We bought 4 tires in Feb 2016 - they would not stay inflated, so we finally found time to bring in and replace in April 2016. They replaced the tires. They have also not stayed inflated. Sharing a car between to adults with 4 kids, we hadn't found time to go back to replace them again. While filling one of the tire that had gone flat in 3 days, it exploded in my husbands face. Now he is stuck an hour away from home at a gas station , when he should be at his construction site working. The company's response was "why did it explode" and and "you must have hit something" and "its been over 30 days". I always thought tires should last more than 6-7 months. But not if you get them here. Stay away. read more
