He felt the meat was underseasoned. My huarache was large and had a smear of refried beans inside. It has chicharron on one side and suaderro on the other side. It also had a sprinkle of queso. The chicharron was not the crunchy kind. It is soft because it is simmered in sauce. Neither my husband or I would not have ordered it if I had known because we prefer crunchy chicharron.
