WORST SERVICE EVER! The old Chinese guy behind the counter did not give me a second glance when I came in, but when the young, blonde woman behind me stepped in, he was all smiles and waves. He finished helping his customer then proceeded to try and get me out of the way so he could help the young woman behind me. He told me I had the wrong type of box (its a brown, thick cardboard rectangle is that wrong?) and that I had the wrong type of tape, it was not strong enough. It was not packing tape, but the box was very secure. He told me to fix it and come back, then said Next! He was glancing at his co worker at the next counter to see if she was almost done with her customer so and trying to get me out of the way so he could attend to this young woman's needs. I asked what is wrong with the box and tape, he said it was not strong enough, fix it, come back later then waved to the girl behind me to step up to the counter. Obviously I was not his type and he just wanted to help the love of his life behind me with her very important letter. I told him I wanted to buy stamps also and he had the gall to tell me to fix my package first and come back. Really? I made a few choice remarks and left, not wanting to get into a yelling match with an old postal clerk or waste my time with a crap storm of BS trying to talk to his supervisor. All I can say to the US Post Office is that I now know why UPS is so popular. Seriously, you hire horny old gimps like this to represent your business? Sorry I am not a 110lb, buxom blonde, am I still permitted on the premises? I am a large, white, tattooed man, sorry I didn't give your pecker a flutter, but I am a paying customer also... This place is bad. People that work at the dock don't wear mask and their have a this black female that's not the boss or has a "tittle", she asks like she's the boss and ain't. She wears a mask but doesn't ask her co worker or the big truck driver to wear their mask. Their gates where you unload your package ain't open 24/7 and have to press a button to helpfully to get in and when you do press the button you have to wait 30 mins to go in. I talk to a guy that help me unload, cool old man. I ask why the gates ain't open when you press the button. He said theirs someone opening the gates for you but their usually being lazy (not doing their job) or on their lunch break? Who takes a lunch break? You can eat and press a button to let cars in. Ain't that hard. Their was this talk black man helping me one day. I was scare to get help b/c he didn't wear a mask. I thought we trying to stop this covid? I'm very angry with the staff of this place because of its so rude and unsympathetic way of treating people.Because this morning I went to process my daughter's passport, and supposedly it is from 8am to 5pm and without an appointment,I decided to arrive 10 minutes before 8am because my daughter stared classes at 8:50. But the most despicable person in the world works there.She arrive 15 minutes late and in a very bad mood and bad attitude, and attended another person who supposedly had and appointment, this person had not completed his application which I did if he had done it and that bastard employed by her ovaries ignored us and discriminated us , because the other person was Asian like her .And I lost my time for inept and lacy irresponsible unpunctual people like her .Because if she had arrived at 8 am another story would be that those people should not work in those place they do not know how to do their job or treating costumer they ruin your day and sometimes even your lifetime. read more

Except for the seldom crowds, this is the fastest and most convenient post office ever. The employees aren't sluggish and will always help you out with all of the retarded questions you might have. One of them, named Jack I believe, even remembered my name the last time since I have been coming here for a long time. I know it's stupid but it makes you feel appreciated. This post office closes at 7PM, which is also very convenient. They sell all of the standard packaging. read more

There is an employee at this location that is using his G-13 status as a mail handler to stalk and harass women. He has stalked me across 3 states, and just found me again. How can they employ a predator to have access to our information?? Clifford Hart has been arrested for more than 10 violent assaults in Orange County, dating back to 1992..yet they hired him in 2012. Always trust this place when I delivery packages! I always get my things delivered and get to where they're going. I get tracking and everything. Usually a wait since the place is clearly on top of things. I can't wait to delivery something again Nice little parking lot in the front full of spaces that you don't have to wait long usually. read more
