Carros Baratos was amazing. One of my delivery truck transmission blowed and i needed a replacement FAST. Visited several dealers around OC and they all looked and acted like crooks. Ended up at Carros at 5pm and they had a nice Ram van with low miles for a good price. I explained i needed the van for the next morning, and i'll be back around 10am with the cashier check. When i arrived the salesman had ALL the paperwork already prepared in my name, and in 15 minutes i was ok the road and the van ready to take it's delivery route. Thanks SO much to a very good team. Our salesman David was extremely nice and wasn't pushy, but the manager/owner was rude to our salesman. David was trying to help us out during negotiation and the owner shushed him and made sarcastic remarks to him. The truck we were looking at was also priced high for the mileage and condition. Reply to managers comment below: No I will not be changing my review, I stand by it. And we didn't reply to your salesman because of the way you treated him. It is unethical to be rude to your employee especially when you are in front of a customer. As I recall David just was pointing out what we had told him. The real reason we left was because of your comments to him.(not the price) Also I, like most people, only bother to leave a review when my experience is poor so that is why my other reviews are 1 Star. This was by far one of the most honest and straightforward car dealerships I have ever been to. I didn't feel pressured at any time and they let me take my time when checking out the car I was interested in. They were very understanding and worked with me the best they could. I did not end up getting a car here because my bank didn't approve me loan, but that was not the fault of US Toyota. They do offer financing, but I did not personally want to get my financing through a dealership. We bought a 2013 Ford Escape. Within a week the car started stalling every time I would start the car it would shut off. I called Pepe to ask him if there had been issues with the vehicle that we weren't informed about. He asked that I come in and have his mechanic check it out. His mechanic didn't find any issues so they sent me off to another shop called Hot Wire and this mechanics machine read the codes on the car and stated that the key was the issue. But because the check engine light wasn't on he wasn't sure...... ????? A week later the car continues to shut off and I'm talking about 4-8 times a day. So again I called Pepe to see if the warranty covers the issue. Again they sent me away to Hot Wire to have the codes read again. This time the check engine light was still on and the mechanic stated it could be the fuel pump. Of course that's not covered by their warranty. Almost a year later the car still shuts off while I'm just stopped at a red light or when I'm taking off out of a parking lot going into a major street. My biggest concern is that I will get rear ended or side swiped if it turns off. I Don't recommend you go to this dealer. read more

A few really awful hiccups and lack of communication between Renee and Ali. However, after Ali finally decided to take our calls, 2 hours after the fact, he was another level of crazy I can't compete with. Ali explained the reason they need to verify cashiers check; however, Renee understandably did not feel he could admit to his boss, Ali, that he told my son a picture and tracking of the cashiers check would suffice. My son called Renee at 11am on Friday May 7th and was told he could head down. My son made the 3 hour drive down via Uber and wasn't allowed to leave with his truck. This left him stranded 3 hours from home with $5,000 cash in his pocket and out $600 in Uber fees! I was pissed about this. No apologies. Ali asked Renee and he denied it. However, myself and my son were both on the phone when Renee advised he was good to go. Ali acted like he was shocked that my son showed up, but common sense should suggest that maybe you should listen to your customers as they are the reason you have a business. Renee is nice, but Ali you need to understand that he absolutely 100% told my son he could leave with the truck. My son works harder and is more responsible and respectful than anyone you likely have ever met. The fact my son was upset, and maybe you should listen, is that YOUR employee told him to make the trip! I don't know who you're calling a crook Ali. Our credit union is Mountain America and you spoke directly with them, and all documentation was provided. You probably shouldn't make an outlandish claim of being a crook until you know 100% why your customers were rightfully upset. You left our son stranded in a sh*tty neighborhood with thousands of dollars in cash in his pocket because your employee Renee has a major breakdown in communication. Your business left my son stranded 3 hours away with $5,000 cash in his pocket, in a sh*tty neighborhood with no care in the world for what Renee or yourself had just done. Please don't act like this was our responsibility. We made sure everything was lined up with Renee. In fact, Renee told my husband that you wouldn't get on the phone and that you grabbed and twisted his wrist! Don't play that your employees are happy working for you, they don't like you and you're not a nice man at all. You're quite abusive verbally, and now we know, physically. We will be reporting you for what you did to Renee. I hope that man finds a job where he's appreciated, he's so clearly afraid of you. You're honestly the worst business owner we have ever encountered. Good luck. The truth will start to come out about your "business" one way or the other. read more

Bought my Ford Fusion almost 2 years ago. From the beginning I've had issues with it. I went in desperate needing a car. Worst decision I've ever made. I'm still paying off the car. Car has a lot of issues. A lot of them. Cv joints are busted, battery is weak, and it's missing a motor mount. These people are just a bunch of scammers. When I had the issue with the motor mount missing they told me it just needed new spark plugs. Bull shit. They lied to me. All the interior is falling apart. It's like they themselves micky moused everything and put some sort of glue to keep it together just until a new owner deals with it. Cuz it's not longer the dealership problems. It's mine. Yet I'm still paying for it. If you need a car desperately. Don't come here. You have better chances at carmaxx. Or anywhere else. All those used car lots on harbor are just a waste of money. Just bunch of scammers trying to make money. That's all it is. Oh and another thing I forgot to mentioned that they never mentioned to me... is that my vehicle isn't installed with any passenger air bags. Right they forgot to mention that to me. Just bought a 2001 Ford Ranger on July 30th. I was happy with the customer service and the financing. The buying process was very quick and smooth however the clutch, slave and master cylinder all failed within 3 days to the tune of 1200.00 and the extended warranty they gave me refused to cover it.
