We called to see if we could do a last-minute walk in, and they were available so we got two gel manicures. I want something super plain, that wouldn't look hideous when it grew out, because I rarely get my nails done, and she suggested the ombre which I've never done before, and I love it. My sister wanted something more wild and got the cat eye, which we've never heard of and she also loves it so much, the pictures do not do justice. Her nails are so cool and depending on the lighting the color is green or blue or gray or purple. We both don't live nearby but definitely would make the drive back out in the future. Parking is easy. it was $65 each and they take Zelle.

I love my nails! It was my first time getting my nails done! The artist was super gentle and patient with me. The salon is cutely decorated with pink and they had a TV playing shows. I enjoyed my experience! Everyone was so kind my nails were $130. I got the GelX with design and extensions.

Been looking for a quality salon for a while and finally got to Utopia Nails. Got GelX here twice and it's been perfect every time. The prep is comprehensive and after 3 weeks, my nails never lifted. The tech was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable and that the nails were exactly how I wanted them. If you don't speak mandarin, bring in a picture of the polish and length/shape you want to make it an easier process. They do take their time so expect to be here for 2-3 hours! I got medium length cat eye and it was $100 without tip. Cat eye with holo glitter was $110 without tip. Considering the quality and how long these last, it's worth it for me. Edited $110 instead of $112

I walked by and found this place. Wasn't planing on getting a gel mani but the designs were so cute, I couldn't say no. The polish they use are all from Japan and China. We were driving around Arcadia looking at houses. Decided to take a break at this shopping center. My GF saw this beauty salon called Utopia. They were not busy at that time so my GF was able to get a manicure. They said they are a new salon. The pink decor was nice and really clean. My GF really liked her manicure with patterns. She said the girl was really nice and attentive and took her time. She said she'll come back here to try the eyebrow treatment next. read more

The place is really cute. But the quality isn't there unfortunately. I got a gel pedicure , the nail technician didn't scrub my heels or apply lotion to my feet. She did apply lotion to my calves but my feet didn't feel any softer. That's the whole purpose in my opinion to scrub the heels. I called they said $45 for gel , after removal $58 , which is fine but again the whole foundation of a pedicure was left out. read more

I'd rate this place 3.5/5. Overall a decent place to come and get your nails done on short notice. My friend wanted to come here when she saw they had just opened and were having a 20 percent off sale. We made an appointment online and came in after work one day. The place was empty besides us two so it was very quiet and tranquil. The atmosphere is cute with everything pink and cloud lights. A gel manicure was $50 and pedicure. $60. I asked if they had any deals for doing both and she said no. I thought it was pretty pricey so I opted just for a manicure. I initially also wanted a French manicure but that was going to be $15 more. They let us pick from a display of colors but half of them they said were very sheer and see through. That was kind of disappointing because those were the ones I found appealing. The sheer green display reminded me of jade. She said I could try it out and she would layer it with white base. However it was still really see through so it didn't look good. The worker was friendly and let me pick another color. However, there wasn't many choices left to choose from. She also had some designs next to her work station and one was really a really pretty French style but she said that'd be $5 more per nail. So does that mean $50 more? I ended up with plain mint nails and glitter one one nail. They're pretty but basic. I could of probably done similar myself at home. Also I noticed later that my thumb was a little clumpy and uneven. After a week I also noticed a little chipping on the edges of the nail but nothing too noticeable from afar. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and my nails turned out fine but I'm not sure I'd be back if I had to pay regular price as it's pretty pricey here compared to other places nearby and the colors are limited. I came in to remove my gel x & then got a pedicure! I believe this location opened a week ago, so it's very new & still offering 20% off as a promo which is great. I usually go to the San Dimas location, but tried this one since they had more availability. Yuyu (I apologize for the possible misspelling) was my nail tech & she was amazing! So friendly, efficient & did an amazing job overall! She has a lot of years of experience & I am very pleased with her work. The decoration/furniture/atmosphere is very cute & you'll be blown away when you go into the restroom lol. Just wait for it, you'll know when it happens. Super expensive, they wanted to charge me $90 for gel nails with tips. Pedicure wasn't very good either, no massage and the nail polish wasn't painted on well. Lived here all my life, this was the worst mail shop I've been to. I just wanted a plain pedicure with regular nail polish and the manager of the shop tells me, "why you people like that regular polish.". I couldn't get out of there fast enough. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . I booked a gel manicure and regular pedicure. For my manicure she never soaked my hand in water . She only took the skin around and shaped my nails. Pedicure was done within 5 mins . This place would be good for a change of color ! Place is outdated and they don't have spa chair . read more

The chairs are cute but didn't work for massage, which she didn't clean the station after the customer she just placed another bag and requested me to sit. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!
