I also got a pedicure but I wasn't asked what type, just assumed it was the basic one. Yes it was very nice she did great, I also got french tips. But found out that was $62 and again when asking just got told "yeah that's right." Just a bit frustrating when it doesn't seem like the service was extra or "luxury" per se. Yes I understand it's been awhile as well and inflation is a very real thing. I was excited to come back and Andy was sweet and did a great job. I just can't understand the pricing when at other places it's $40 for a pedicure and $35/40 for fills for the same services. It's bright and very clean which is always a huge plus. The staff is always friendly as well. Here I always get the $35 pedicure and upgrade to gel polish for additional ($10) more. I always pay cash because they give you a discount when you do and it's worth it. They also warranty your polish for 7days if chip it damaged you can come back and they will fix it. Unfortunately, they look nothing like the reference photo. The shape is wrong, the thickness is uneven, and the white tips are all different sizes instead of being clean and consistent. One nail is completely crooked. They did attempt to fix it, but it is still very noticeably crooked. Overall, the nails are not the clean look I specifically asked for. I also felt uncomfortable throughout the appointment because I was repeatedly told that because I bite my nails and have short nails, they "couldn't" be longer, while also being told I was being charged based on the length of nails I wanted. The nails themselves are not even long, which made that even more frustrating. When I tried expressing that one nail was very crooked and that the pink color was not what I asked for, the girl doing my nails seemed upset, got up, and walked away for Justin to take over. At that point, the experience became even more uncomfortable. To save time, I eventually just told him it was fine because I needed to leave to pick up my kids from school, but I left very uncomfortable and very disappointed with the overall experience and final result. I only get my nails done maybe once a year, so this was something I was genuinely looking forward to and was gifted to me, which makes the experience even more disappointing. As much as I appreciate Justin trying to help, I left completely unhappy with the service and the final result. They aren't the worst and look ok, just not what I wanted.
