Then you get a person towing your vehicle in a hurry with an attitude. Bellaire Towing is not like that and will keep you at ease. Their cost is a money saver. From the very beginning, Lee was the definition of professionalism. When I arrived to drop off my truck, he took the time to carefully inspect it, asked detailed questions, and took thorough notes. He made sure I understood every step of the repair process, including what my insurance would cover, what might be out-of-pocket, and what kind of timeline to expect. It's rare these days to find someone who takes that kind of care and patience with customers. I dropped off my vehicle on October 6, 2025, and from that day forward, I received daily updates--sometimes even with photos and progress notes. That level of communication meant a lot to me. They were completely transparent, and I never had to wonder what was happening with my truck. Because my vehicle is a 2004 Toyota Tundra, parts are not always easy to find. A small fender flare support held up the progress for a bit, but Lee kept me informed every step of the way. My Tundra isn't just any truck--it's been with me for years, through multiple deployments, and it has never once failed me. It's been my workhorse, my travel companion, and my dependable ride home after long stretches overseas. Recently I was purchasing a used vehicle on the other side of Houston. Naturally I wanted Freedom to inspect before the purchase. But the dealership wouldn't allow the car to be transported. So, I called Freedom and the owner, Sunny, answered and said he would perform the PPI. This was all last minute. Another time, I was stranded due to a vehicular issue. After talking to Sunny he went way out of his way to drive to where I was to inspect and resolve the situation. That is how dedicated and how much he cares about his customers. I have also had some repairs done here. My car was flooded once after a nasty storm and they replaced some electronics on the inside. Had to bring it back once after that repair because my dash was showing airbag disabled warning randomly and they took a second look. They didn't find anything wrong (they quoted maybe loose connection) and still charged me ~$80 to fix nothing even though it was something that was overlooked by their repair. Service reps are nice and will explain any details you don't understand. Overall, comprehensive but emphasis on costly - you pay for that extra service, I guess.

OVER AN HOUR LATER they called back saying they couldn't find us a tire, new or used, until tomorrow morning. THEY ALREADY TOLD US THEY WERE ON THE WAY. Now we're stuck in a parking lot WHILE WE'RE ON THE CLOCK FOR SNOW REMOVAL all because the guy was more interested in making the sale than ACTUALLY DOING HIS JOB. Oh, AND they wanted to charge a $40 fee for canceling the order, EVEN THOUGH IT'S THEIR FAULT!!!!!!!(We're just gonna dispute the charge) Terrible company. Stay away at all costs. Yousef (driver) showed up after about 45 minutes (we were told it would be an hour). He looked over our vehicle and carefully loaded it onto his truck and secured it well. We followed him to our chosen repair facility and he drove safely. At the shop, he off-loaded our vehicle into a secure location. Although having car trouble is never fun, Yousef took care of us very well. He is a credit to the towing company.

They didn't have the appointment time that they confirmed for us and were rude to my wife when she inquired why they gave her an appointment time and couldn't honor it. They ended up looking at the car the following day. The service should have been simple-- replace some of the wiring/covers around the steering wheel and reset the anti-theft device. Instead of doing that, they were looking at all other areas of the car trying to get some upsells beyond the insurance coverage. At one point, they called claiming the battery was dead and was long past replacement. We responded by telling them we had a receipt from AutoZone showing that it was purchased less than four months ago, and could get the serial number to prove the expiration date was years away. All of a sudden, that wasn't the issue. Something happened, most likely on their end, that fried the electrical. All of a sudden, we weren't getting any updates and the repair timeframe kept jumping further into the future. What was supposed to take about 8 days was now looking like a 6-8 week repair. They ended up having to tow the vehicle to the dealership, and the dealership couldn't fix what happened either, so a repair that should have cost a couple of thousand dollars suddenly became a totaled vehicle that needed replacing. I have no clue how much the insurance company paid them for the non-repairs, but I can guarantee you that it was too much.
