    Boulevard Turkey Sandwich

The perfect sandwich! Enjoyed this wonderful turkey sandwich and the hospitality! Was such a nice day to enjoy eating Al fresco. The outside sitting area is so peaceful and a good spot to eat. This is a place I will definitely be returning to.

A nice little cafe. I came in for a quick breakfast, and ordered the Eggs Benedict, with the sauce on the side. The poached eggs were ok and the hollandaise sauce was very mild, with a little tang to it. The bacon was thinly sliced, but doubled up. Overall, it was fine. I also ordered a coffee. I never got a refill or a check-in. I was the only person in the dining room, and there was just one table outside. Nonetheless, It wasn't the worst service I've ever received and I don't feel that I was ignored, maybe just overlooked. Regardless, there are some other good looking dishes on the menu, so I might be back again for lunch.

It's been a while but came back here after a while - now I live in the Valley and this was an option after taking our daughter to the LA Zoo. I like that this place is not crazy busy and has outdoor seating. We enjoyed the coffee and food. Overall a cool spot!

Came here for brunch on a Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised. I came in with a friend and my small dog, and we were all received warmly by the owner, Arthur. We ordered vegan menu items, as well as lox and bagels - both dishes were tasty and fresh. The seasoned fries are yuuummm. Cafe is clean, street parking is ample. The bathrooms are clean. This is a great place to visit with the family or with friends for all dietary needs. Recommend A+

The best breakfast spot! We've been coming here for years and the food has never disappointed. The service is always fast and friendly. The vibe is casual and very relaxed. The coffee actually tastes like coffee, if ykyk.

HIDDEN GEM IN THE SFV V Boulevard Cafe is a cozy and quaint cafe that's perfect for breakfast or lunch every day of the week!! They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. With the nice weather, it's nice to enjoy seating outside. I can see that it's a neighborhood favorite spot!! Wonderful customer service from Gor! I tried a latte, Pastrami Sandwich and Albacore Tuna Salad. The Albacore Tuna Salad was simply dee-licious!! Just the way I like it!! The Pastrami sandwich had thinly sliced pastrami, pickles and mustard on rye bread. A balance of flavors...rich, savory, smoked and salty with a little spice. I would definitely order this again!! Tip: $5 off any food/drink item when you say the phrase "Art Special" at checkout.

It was a nice stop while driving through the area. I had the oatmeal but got to sample my family's dishes as well. I thought the huevos rancheros with the tangy green sauce and side of crispy hash browns were the best. No complaints about the eggs Benedict either. I noticed they had a couple dishes that didn't include gluten and at least one vegan dish on the menu. The service was friendly and fast and we were on our way in no time.

Our EXPERIENCE and customer service was excellent! Sat outside where it's dog friendly (was able to see furry friends here) We came hungry And were very pleased with our Breakfast Burrito and Lox Benedict with my iced chai latte. We stopped by V Boulevard Cafe in Glendale for brunch and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the build-your-own omelette and chicken pesto panini. For BYO omelette, I got sausage, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese--it was cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of each ingredient. The chicken pesto panini was flavorful and had a great balance of tender chicken and fresh pesto. I paired it with an iced coffee, which was refreshing and strong. The service was great. We were seated right away. The cafe itself has a cozy vibe, and I loved the option of both indoor and outdoor seating. Plus, the free parking is a huge plus. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

    Crabmeat Omelette

Ordered food delivery from here once and it was delicious so my boyfriend and I wanted to check it out in person! This place has a very local neighborhood diner vibe with some nice outside seating (but it's very limited). We got the ranchero breakfast burrito and crabmeat omelette. Both were fantastic! Super big portions, beautiful presentation, and tasty ingredients. No ingredients were lacking which was amazing because usually restaurants will skimp on meat or avocado. When we entered, a staff member walked past without acknowledging us but eventually someone sat us a minute later. And my omelette was supposed to come with toast but it never came. We also ordered a chai latte and iced coffee which were kind of bland and watery but the food is so good that we overlooked these other minor things. They also have a small parking lot in the back but there's also plenty of good street parking if it's full.

A solid 3.5 star restaurant. Came here with the family before visiting the LA zoo. We ordered the cobb salad with tuna, crab omelet and buttermilk pancakes. Imitation crab was used in the omelet, which was disappointing especially given the high price point of the omelet. My husband and kids seemed to enjoy their meals. Service, while polite, was extremely slow (only one waitstaff during lunchtime).

The food was Ok. The service was Ok. The lattes were watery and didn't look anything like the other yelp pictures. I won't be back.

Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Walking into a coffee shop should feel welcoming. Instead, most visits feel cold and uncomfortable. There is rarely a hello, welcome, smile, or thank you from the staff. The overall attitude often feels bothered or uninterested, almost like customers are an inconvenience rather than appreciated guests. The coffee itself is decent at times, inconsistent at others, but customer service is what keeps people coming back. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and focus on creating a more welcoming environment. A simple greeting, smile, and positive attitude go a long way. There are many coffee shops people can choose from, and feeling appreciated matters just as much as the product itself. I wanted to support this business, but after many visits and the same experience over and over again, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

You immediately notice all the musical instruments which makes me think they have live music some times. Ordered at the counter and asked what their "RAF Latte" was and the guy mentioned it was for the customers who wanted them to be more on the sweeter side and less strong so I went for their Horchata latte. Took a few minutes to get my drink but as soon as I saw it, it looked absolutely delish! And it was. Super creamy, still on the sweeter side but the creaminess is what I loved most about it. Still strong enough for my liking so I would definitely come back and get it again! IG: @ammysalamii

Always a pleasant experience at these bakeries. This Glendale bakery café was clean, bright, and beautifully organized with a large variety of pastries, cakes, and drinks on display. The pastries were soft and flavorful without being overly sweet, and the cakes looked just as good as they tasted. The curry croquette wasn't a favorite of mine. This was for a birthday party, so having the cake ready as promised was extremely important. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability. Instead of offering a meaningful solution, discount, refund, or apology for the inconvenience, I was simply told to pick a different cake or wait another 30 minutes for a replacement. Mistakes happen, but giving away a prepaid custom order and then acting as if it's a minor inconvenience is unacceptable. The whole reason for pre-ordering and paying in advance is to avoid this exact situation.
