Five tables of guests, one server. I was my first time there, we sat outside. My friends were very happy with their orders, a salad and a Ranchero Omelet. I ordered a half stack of French Toast, which was a bit dry. The server couldn't bring out 3 coffees at the same time, so mine was last. Nor could he bring out three plates at the same time, so mine was last. My food sat there, for several minutes, while I waited for him to bring out the syrup, which he did not. I had to go in and ask for it (again). We also had to ask for coffee refills twice. My friends will probably go back again. I won't. read more

WOW! I brought in one my friends today because I told him he HAD to try them out! This was my third time back and it just keeps getting better and better!! I promised the wonderful waitress that I would try something different next time I came in and let me tell you this was BOMB! I built my own breakfast sandwich which included American cheese, egg and sausage inside of a croissant!! The sandwich was ridiculously good and the fried potatoes on the side were amazing as well with the onions and peppers!! They are such good people here and are all working incredibly hard and fast every time I am there. Please give them a try you will not be disappointed at all. And one thing for every customer to remember, if you go into a business and see how busy they are, please keep in mind that your food will take a little longer than usual to come out, and if you still decide to get mad over that fact, then you really really need to grow up! This place is one of those staples that I've been going to the last few years. It's right around the corner from the studios which makes it super convenient. The food portions are large, service is good, and price is reasonable. Don't expect a fancy shmancy restaurant because this is the opposite. It's clean and cute. No frills, but good service. I normally order the Philly cheese steak which comes packed with onions, peppers, cheese and meat in a perfect rotated sandwich. You also have a side included, and I normally get the salad. My other norms are their Triple Decker which is one of the largest club sandwiches I've ever had. So yummy! I finally took the wife there for the first time yesterday since she was in the mood for breakfast and this place serves it until they close. She ordered the breakfast sandwich with the side of hash browns and was not disappointed. It had sausage and an over easy egg that was nice and not overcooked. This was a small coffee shop with mediocre decor and atmosphere. I tried out the crab meat omelette. Really meh cause the crab meat was only imitation crab that had a sweet flavor to it. The egg was fluffy but the over flavor didn't really work out. My friend tried out the salmon Benedict and the salmon had a very fishy flavor to it with barely any taste. Both me and my friend didn't finish our dishes. The coffee was good and there was a Wall-E on it. Very thoughtful so plus on that. This place was yummy! We came in on MLK Day, so it was packed! They only had two workers and they definitely tried their best to accommodate and attend to all. Since it was busy it took a while to get our food but the wait was worth it. The food was amazing! I ordered the Boulevard Breakfast Special and it was all spectacular. I ordered my eggs over medium (which were cooked to perfection), sausage, and house potatoes. The house potatoes are my favorite! They had bell pepper pieces (yum!). Nice hidden place in north Glendale. Cool atmosphere here, busy most of the time. I tried the panini for breakfast. Very good. My friend tried the protein lovers breakfast, it was also good. My friend and I came here and ordered the eggs Florentine with hashbrowns and I got the vegan breakfast with fruit. Overall this is your standard breakfast place, with decent prices. The vegan breakfast was super healthy and didn't make me feel stuffed like I usually do after brunch, so if you're looking for a healthy option I would recommend. I had to add tons of hot sauce for flavor tho. The eggs Florentine also tasted pretty good for eggs benedict but their ketchup seemed eatery and their hashbrowns are cooked on the darker side. It had been a favorite before all this current virus, so we ordered it for pickup and honestly it was as good as we remembered. Nutellla pancakes are a Nutella lovers dream. Omg, topped with strawberries. Fluffy goodness!!!! The also don't go cheap on the bacon it's thick and crispy. All the coffee drinks are delicious and the portions are great! Perhaps because it wasn't one of their pre-organized omelette it wasn't as good as it looked. I really enjoyed their country potatoes! The toast came with little or no butter, which I thought was great! Toast should always come with no butter added... ask for it, if you want it. The restaurant doesn't have a website, but their menu is online is a couple of places, but not on Yelp. They should really add it... would make choosing to go here much easier. read more

Everything came out to be around $40...decent prices. To be frank though, comparing to other restaurants, i would give the food 3/5. The omelete was just like any other omelete, so was the egg benedict and the french toast. The french toast was okay. I had an amazing french toast last week at another restaurant, and it's quite hard at this point for any other french toast to beat the one i had IMHO. Service was awesome though, everyone was super nice and the food came out quickly so i give an extra star for that! Would i come back? mmm...maybe, if i so happen to be in the area again, but nothing really stood out to me that I would make a special trip out here to try the place again. V Boulevard was definitely what we needed to start our day off right. They have parking in the back, which is super convenient, especially if you have children. There's also a lot of street parking in the area. It was pretty empty when we arrived at 8:30am, but by 9:00am, the place was packed. It's not too big but they have inside and outside seating. It was just WAY too cold to sit outside at 46F (yes, this is freezing for us Cali-people). Everything we ordered was good and as expected. My husband ordered a cheeseburger (yes, at 8:30am) and he said it was super juicy.
