It was very minimal and seemed to be an excuse for the guy not doing his job. I jumped it and drove over to O'reilly to find a new one. They were more than willing to help and found the battery I needed. They also were able to do some sleuthing in the computer and found that I had purchased the battery from them that was in the car and the warranty was within weeks of expiring. So the battery was free because of the warranty and they swapped it out in no time. Excellent customer service!

I placed my order and within 5 minutes I received an email stating that my order was ready to be picked up. I drove almost 20 miles one way to pick up the part at this location and when I arrived they could not find the part. My guess is that they actually had the part and then some customer came in and they sold my part that was already paid for to them. Not cool! The battery was removed & the young saleman started to install the new battery & I stopped him to question the battery that he was putting in. (It was a smaller battery with less cranking amps). I asked him to double check to see if that was the correct battery. He had selected the wrong battery for my vehicle. Now with the correct battery, he began the installation process. He got the battery installed & went to place the battery locking bar into place but wasn"t able to secure it. After getting another saleman/technician & the manager, it was determined that the locking bar screw had been broken upon the removal of the battery. So I left the store with a broken battery locking bar on my battery 2.25 hrs after I arrived. I don't recommend anyone using this store for battery replacement! They have a bunch of young inexperienced people working there & they don't supply them with the needed tools to do the job properly for those one off jobs that pop up like this one.

But it's really just another bleak building with bright red paint to make you think something exciting is happening inside. What is that color anyway? racing candy corporate apple red? ​I went in there because I needed motor oil and a few parts for my van, and the whole place just depressed the hell out of me. The shelves were half-sorted, with random jugs of oil sitting on disheveled racks like nobody cared where they ended up. They had this big clearance sign up, but when you look closely, half the stuff is just sitting in plastic buckets on the floor or jammed onto metal shelves without any real flow or placement logic, i can assure you that motor oil aint on the Clearance rack. I asked a guy behind the counter for help, and he gave me this practiced smile that made me want to leave immediately and get a beer. He didn't care about my van, and he certainly didn't care to chat about windshield wipers, he just wanted to finish his shift and go home. You could tell he's said "Can I help you find something?" about ten thousand times this week and I was customer ten thousand and one apparently. ​They do have all the parts in stock you'relooking for. I suppose if you feel like hunting through fluorescent lit aisles until your eyes hurt you can find sickets and sprockets. But the whole experience just feels cold and commercial.
