This place needs to realize it's purpose. If your purpose is to stick mediocre food in a wood fire oven then you are doing well I guess. However if your purpose is to be a service company for families and individuals to enjoy a dining experience/location who also serves food, then you guys are failing miserably. An entire 9 tables were open outside and families, including ours are forced to stand and kids literally laying on the floor waiting for our food to come out because the open tables are for a la carte diners that never came. As a service company you should be doing everything in your power to accommodate families and diners in their experience. It seems like you were going out of the way to do the absolute opposite. Your set up is questionable at best. Figure your shit out or this community will turn their backs on you. You get two stars because your servers tried their best. read more

We have been here a few times. Every time the same issue is the service. This time we came and it took over an hour to get a pizza. Then they create an outside area that's tiny for the pizza side of the place when most of your customers are on the pizza side. May want to try and rethink your design. read more

we were so excited to try this place but our experience wasn't good from start to finish. pizza crusts were burnt and one pizza was missing half the cheese. waited 10 minutes for them to make our salad meanwhile the hostess took our pizzas out of the hot window and left them getting cold at the counter. overall not a good experience at all. read more

Very family friendly. Flask and Cannon had amazing drinks. We sat at the bar at first while my daughter watched the younger kids. When the food came we ate on the V Pizza side. The food was amazing, very gluten free-friendly, and the service was great. The cost was reasonable and they brought us a free calzone for being first time guests. So much potential and such a great reputation, but this location just can't get it all together. I've been three times and since the opening over the span of several months and each time colossal failure. First time I ordered a sandwich and it was overcooked and burnt. Second time I ordered an Italian beef and the middle was straight-up cold! And there were barely any peppers that I could visibly see or taste. The pizzas we ordered arrived 15 mins later after I was done eating. They were good but it was sad watching them eat after I had finished. Most recently went for lunch and ordered personal pizzas. After 25 mins we learned the pizzas had not been prepared and we waited another 15 mins before they arrived. They were good , but not worth being late returning to work. Sorry guys I won't be back, but maybe I'll try wings to go. STA locals won't return if you guys don't get it together. There are too many other good options. This will become a tourist trap once the newness wears off, I'm afraid! read more

I was excited to visit a new restaurant in our area but sadly disappointed. If you are a friend of an employee at this restaurant you get extra service and better drink pours. I took pictures of everything for friends just in case they think of visiting. Name tags should be required so you don't get an employee upset when you try to flag them down to check on your order. The St. Augustine restaurant web site advertises happy hour from 3-7 and I showed the bartender, but we still got charged regular price. The charges for the pizza and beverages was not worth it. There are better places on Vilano and Anastasia for a better price and dining experience. read more

As a career person in hospitality service I was a bit disappointed in the service here for the second time. Definitely due to training of staff. Our sever Elijah, was obviously new to the service industry. He was very rude. Walked away in the middle of my guest requesting a proper change to her order saying all he does is press buttons. First time in and we were treated like royalty....Manager came over with a wing appetizer which was fabulous and a "Thanks for coming in deal". Hope our server was spot on, explained everything completely, answered all our questions and was a wealth of knowledge. The pizza and salad was phenomenal - period. You can tell they take pride in their operation from the ingredients they import for the authentic pizza experience. We had no less than 5 people bring things to our table as they obviously work together as a team which was refreshing to see. Never a want in the world while eating here....
